You start with 1. But by phase 2, you now have more levels of powers but you still only have one power? Or do you get more powers too, and what's the limit? Do you have the option of instead of getting more powers, your one power increases even much more in strength? Thanks.

Character DescriptionName: Allison Clark
Gender: Female
Age: 16
Appearance:(Image)
Strengths and WeaknessesSkills: Allison has been taking kickboxing classes since she was six, making her exceptionally skilled in physical confrontations. She's knowledgeable in physical health and medicine as it pertains to athletes, being one herself. If anyone has any questions on how to work out, she's the girl to go to. She has recently taken up BBJ to balance out and extend her repertoire.
Weaknesses: Due to her knowledge and experience in martial arts, she believes herself to be invincible, that no one can beat her physically. She's arrogant which unfortunately means that she doesn't know when to shut up. Because of her focus on physical performance, her academic skills have faltered, requiring tutoring in most subjects.
Phase One Power: Super Strength: Allison has the ability to lift objects up to 300lbs in weight as well as punch effortlessly through normal walls ( drywall and thin wood) without severe injury. Cannot punch through brick or stone without breaking her hand. (Level 1)
Phase Two Powers: Super Strength: Allison can lift objects up to 1400 lbs in weight as well as punch through brick and stone walls. She can also dent and bent iron and other soft metals. ( Level 2)
Body Density: Allison's flesh and bones have become denser and tougher. She is able punch harder objects without causing injury as well as sustain minor physical damage, ie being stuck in the head with a blunt object. ( Level 1)
Phase Three Powers:
Super Strength: Allison can lift a couple tons with ease and toss them a considerable distance. She is able to punch through most metal structures up to 5" thick and dent structures up to 10" thick. Steel bars up to 5" thick can be bent with moderate effort. ( Level Three)
Body Density: Allison's flesh and bones are as hard as iron. She can punch dense metals without breaking bones and can sustain moderate physical trauma, ie getting hit by a car at 30mph. Bladed weapons do not cut through her skin. She is still not bullet proof. ( Level 2)
Shockwave: Due to her supernatural strength, Allison is able to create a shockwave by clapping her hands. This sound wave is only able of causing temporary hearing loss and minor disorientation. ( Level 1)
Background:
Personality: Allison is probably the most obnoxious girl you will ever meet. She's loud, arrogant, and boisterous, taking every opportunity to tell someone how awesome she is. Allison marches to the beat of her own drum, not listening to reason or authority. She'd rather do things her own way to achieve a goal. Despite her flaws, Allison has a genuinely kind heart and likes to help those in need.
Backstory: Allison is a bit of a local face, being born and raised right here in Prefeton, Maine. With her parents owning the local gym/physical therapy center as well as being successful local athlete, she was practically destined to be an athlete herself. Most of her childhood was spent at the gym, her parents being too busy to watch her elsewhere. Naturally, she began training at the gym when she got old enough.
Allison quickly looked to her parents as role models, basing her goals on their past athletic achievements. So she began to train and seriously at kindergarten age, taking every opportunity to play any sport she could and take any martial arts class she was allowed to. Eventually, her hard work began to pay off. She started excelling in her martial arts, advancing in belts at a rapid pace.
Once she started participating in tournaments, Allison began making local news. She appeared in newspapers and news channel, winning several local kick boxing tournaments and one state tournament. Gaining local Fame and being declared " the pride of Prefeton", Allison thought that things couldn't be any better...until she discovered her power.
One day, Allison was on the bag practicing fundamental strikes when one of her punches struck the bag a little harder than usual, making a distinct sound. Confused, Allison stuck the bag again, this time the bag moved significantly more. Unfortunately, Allison sprained her wrist during the second strike.
As she recovered, Allison couldn't stop thinking about what had happened during her solo bag session. She had never stuck a bag that hard, not even during some of her more anger fueled sessions and she definitely never hurt herself like that in a long time. When her wrist finally healed, Allison decided to test the bag again with a similar result without hurting her wrist this time. She wrote this strange efficiency in her strikes as her naturally getting better.
It wasn't until weight lifting became significantly easier to her that Allison realized that her strength had grown exponentially, to super human levels. With her new found powers and the upcoming national tournament, Allison is going to ride this metaphorical train of awesomeness straight to glory.

Character DescriptionName: Izumi Rumiko
Gender: Female
Age: 16
Appearance:
Strengths and WeaknessesSkills: Cooking, Cleaning and Birdwatching
Weaknesses: Making Friends
Phase One Power: Minor Flame Generation - Izumi can produce small flames no larger than what someone could produce with a zippo lighter. Generally there is very little risk of exhaustion from using this power unless it were to be used for a VERY long period of time. The flame can be blown from her mouth or produced from her hands only. - Level One
Phase Two Powers: Flame Generation - Izumi can produce dangerous flames from her hands or her mouth. These flames would amount to the equivalent of a flamethrower if used to their full potential. Generally used as a concentrated stream of fire but can also utilize fireballs. Far more taxing than Minor Flame Generation, Izumi shouldn't be expected to use it for a sustained period of time without feeling intense exhaustion. - Level Two
Heat Resistance - Izumi is able to withstand temperatures up to about 1,250 degrees Fahrenheit without injury and 1,400 degrees Fahrenheit with non-fatal burns. For whatever reason her clothes also gain this resistance while she is wearing them. She cannot extend her resistance to anyone else. (Interestingly enough, her internal body temperature also raises to about 120 degrees Fahrenheit and she becomes more susceptible to the effects of the cold. She also tends to radiate heat) - Level One
Phase Three Powers: Total Flame Generation - The furthest extent that Izumi's flame generation could reach. Izumi is able to produce massive, scorching hot walls of flame reaching temperatures of 2,500 degrees Fahrenheit. Her fire is so hot that it becomes blue in color. Izumi could use this power for about thirty minutes, longer than that resulting in extreme exhaustion.
Advanced Heat Resistance - Izumi gains a resistance to heat at about 2,500 degrees Fahrenheit. Her internal body temperature is raised to about 150 degrees Fahrenheit. - Level Three
Background:
Personality: Izumi has a personality fraught with unresolved issues. She has a long standing distaste for men, whom she see's as being immature and barbaric. She sees girls as being nothing more than backstabbing and pretentious, American girls even more so. Izumi also has a difficult relationship with her parents and no relationship with any other family, nor does she have more than a single long term friend and she has never been in a romantic relationship.
Izumi's opinion of American girls is colored by her early experiences. She was bullied for years by the popular girls in her classes. As she became older the other girls kept their distance-they didn't like her and the feeling was mutual. She has never fit into any cliches and girls that don't know her are quickly discouraged from talking to her by others. She was outcasted and doesn't have any close relationships with the women of her class or around town. While the friction is most prominent with her peers, even the older women don't trust or particularly like her all that much.
Izumi has never had a romantic relationship with a boy-nor has she ever had a close male friend. More out of her own volition than any sort of bias stemming from the guys. Izumi sees most guys as being lazy, immature and unstable-unable to control their actions. She doesn't trust them and never has apart from a single sole exception.
Izumi is hopelessly in love with Ascot Rider. It doesn't bother her that he is two years her junior or that he has no idea that she exists. To her, he is different from other guys. Izumi doesn't understand why her heart flutters when she sees him. She doesn't understand why it makes her so frustrated when he's around other girls, or why the memory of him clots her mind whenever she's away from him. Nothing really makes any sense to her other than the fact that she knows that she wants to be near him every single day. The thought of another girl or person having his attention breaks her heart.
Backstory: Izumi was born in Nagasaki Japan as the granddaughter of two Hibakusha (survivors of the nuclear bombing). Because of her grandparents, Izumi experienced discrimination almost since the time that she was born. Other children teased her or wouldn't talk to her-apart from a minuscule number of other Hibakusha descendants. Her parents loved her and decided to homeschool her to give her some semblance of a normal childhood. Her small number of friends dwindled as the years passed until she was completely alone apart from her parents. Still despite her loneliness she learned more than any of her peers, she surpassed them in school-becoming more knowledgeable than any of them.
When Izumi was 11 years old her fathers carpentry business failed. Having done most of his work in nearby towns and cities he was able to keep his families past hidden away from clients. Then news got out and people stopped hiring him, fearing that he was affected by radiation caused diseases, that his parents radiation sickness was somehow contagious. With no money the Rumiko family was forced to sell it's valuables, then its personal vehicles and finally the family home and business. They were homeless for a whole year before Izumi's father made a decision that would affect her life forever.
Izumi's father sold her to a local Yakuza gang who in turn sold her to a small branch of the syndicate in a far away place called Washington. She was taken from her family and put in a crate on a boat heading across the sea. She wasn't given more than scrapes and survived by stealing from the other few children also being trafficked in the short times they were allowed outside their crates. It was a difficult time for Izumi and it caused her to hate those she had to steal from. About three quarters of the way to their destination the small barge that was transporting them was assailed by a massive storm. Her crate was broken after it was thrown against a wall and she escaped. Leaving everyone else on the barge behind she snuck onto the top deck. Izumi slipped into a rowboat and dropped herself into the raging tides.
She didn't remember anything after that. She woke up in a small hospital on Prefeton Island, learning that she had been found floating at sea. Izumi was questioned by the authorities and reluctantly gave them what information she could. Izumi learned that her parents had immigrated only days prior and happened to live on the Island. After a lengthy holding period Izumi applied for citizenship.
Izumi spent the following year in therapy, and started school the year after that at the age of thirteen. A foreigner who barely understood the language or customs of her new land, she couldn't fit in with her peers. At the same time Izumi reconnected with her parents-a strained relationship developing from it.
When Izumi was fifteen years old she met a thirteen year old Ascott Rider. She bumped into him in the hallway and felt something akin to love at first sight. After that she saw him everywhere-sometimes with a date and sometimes not. Izumi kept her distance but the butterflies in her chest never subsided. Having just turned sixteen and having discovered an unnatural ability to create fire from her fingertips, she is thinking about the upcoming party and confessing her feelings to Ascot.

Character DescriptionName: Henry Caldwell
Gender: Male
Age: 17
Appearance:
Strengths and WeaknessesSkills: Due to him doing cross country for years, Henry has high endurance and leg strength. He is also quite good at mountain and tree climbing. He is also quite knowledge about local wildlife.
Weaknesses: Has trouble communicating with others. Henry gets very nervous in crowds and has claustrophobia. Has an overactive imagination and will often lose focus in his daydreams.
Phase One Power:
Animal Friend: He can communicate with animals and can convince them to do his bidding. He can only command the local woodland creatures for a day at most before they go back to doing normal animal activities.
Phase Two Powers:
Animal Summoning: Henry can summon and command various earthly creatures, the largest being a grizzly bear. The summoned animals will disappear after 4 hours or when lethally injured. Henry has to wait a week before summoning the same type of animal. His command of the local wildlife has improved as well allowing him to command multiple critters for an entire day.(Level 2).
Animal Additions: Henry can grow additional animal features, such as a claw or tail for a short time. These extra parts take the appearance of a black shadowy form in the shape of the desired part. These parts last for half an hour and each unique part can be called upon once a day.(Level 1)
Phase Three Powers:
Wild God: Henry can summon and command extinct creatures as well as current animals. These summons disappear after a day and he can summon three at a time. He cannot repeat summons until a week has passed. He now has full command of the local wildlife.(Level 3)
Shadow Shifting: Henry can now fully transform into a shadowy animal form. He cannot freely shift between forms and must first turn back into his human form. His transformation gives him the senses and abilities of the creature he is transforming into, as well as slightly higher strength and durability.(Level 3)
Background:
Personality:Aloof, calm, and collected on the outside, Henry is actually a nervous wreck on the inside. He has trouble with forming connections with others since his parents work forced him to move around the country for most of his childhood. He always feels like an outsider and has only recently started opening to others on the island.
Backstory: Henry's early years were full of constant upheaval, as his parent's jobs took them all over the country. After many years of goodbyes his parents finally settled down in Prefton working as government researchers at the local facility. Since he and his younger twin sisters are now old enough to be left alone at home, his parents could take long trips for work without having to uproot their entire family. Henry doesn't much care about his parent's work, thinking it some normal government weapon design. Instead he spends most of his time exploring the woods and trails of the island. While out in nature he would often talk to the animals, pretending they were his friends. One day while walking in the woods he saw a blue jay, his favorite bird, up high in a tree. He called on it to come down to him so he could get a closer look at it, and was quite surprised when it obliged. He soon found that he could understand the bird's thoughts and could get it to do tasks for him. After spending the rest of the day Disney princessing his way through the forest, he headed home and his euphoria soon transformed into fear. If anyone knew what he could do, he would probably be seen as a freak and tested on in a secret lab. After being calmed down by his pet cat, Henry decided that while he could continue to talk to animals as he normally had done, he wouldn't command any of them, except for commonly domesticated animals. That way his powers would seem like simple animal training and not a mental link.

Character DescriptionName: Malcom Jule
Gender: Male
Age: 16
Appearance:Malcom has very pale skin with an overall skinny build. He is of average height. He has blue eyes and flowing black hair. He's average in terms of attractiveness.
Strengths and WeaknessesSkills: He is very good at math and science. If he has the right materials, he can build just about anything he sets his mind to. He is also very loyal and good at keeping the friends he makes.
Weaknesses: He is often detached from reality, caught up in his own head, which often puts him at a distance from his friends. On first impression, he can come off as antisocial or awkward which makes it hard to make new friends. He's also not very athletic.
Phase One Power: Limited Electrical Manipulation - Whenever Malcom touches an electrical device, it glitches out and sometimes turns off. Basically, he can disrupt electricity... if he touches whatever it's in. (Level 1)
Phase Two Powers: Electrical Manipulation - Now, he can fully absorb the electricity from whatever device he touches. He can then let the electricity out in little bursts, like a shock on a person or even into a device to make it glitch out or disrupt. (Level 2)
Super Speed - Malcom can use the supercharge from the electricity he absorbs to run at higher than normal speeds. Normal running speed is about 16 miles an hour for him, as electricity streaks behind him. (Level 1)
Phase Three Powers: Electrical Manipulation - He can now fully manipulate electricity. He can absorb electricity and direct blasts of it at people or things. Objects within five feet of him can be disrupted. However, he has to touch an electrical source before he can do anything with electricity, and he has a limited supply of it. (Level 3)
Lightning Form - He can transform into electricity to either transport himself faster through electrical lines, or zip through the air at 40 miles an hour within a short distance. He can really only stay in lightning form for seconds at a time when zipping through the air, in order to stay stable. However, going through electrical lines sustains his lightning form until he reaches his destination. (Level 3)
Background:
Personality: Malcom can come off as very antisocial or socially awkward at first, but he's an interesting guy once you get to know him. He's definitely a nerd. Whenever he learns new things, he's always excited to share it with people. His thirst for knowledge is uncanny, which pushes his scientific endeavors at home. He loves anything superhero or science fiction.
His morals are generally in the right place. He doesn't see life as something with higher meaning, but instead as a cosmic fluke. He can see things kind of grim, that humans will eventually all die and cosmic balance must be maintained. However, he secretly craves higher meaning. He wants something more out of life that makes it worth living, but he doesn't know where to get it. He usually tries to find this in his friends, which is why he'll do anything to protect the friendships he's gained. He cares about humanity in general and certainly cares about friends and those close to him, but he may not always feel like admitting it - sometimes he doesn't know how to.
Backstory: Malcom's father was a physicist who always incited Malcom's curiosity. His father, Peter Jule, taught Malcom about the fundamentals of physics and the way the world works. The forces of electromagnetism, gravity, the strong and weak nuclear forces. These intrinsic forces that held the universe together intrigued Malcom and sparked his curiosity for things.
When Malcom was a child, his father moved the family to Prefeton where he began a new job in physics, usually acting as a consultant to push forward developments in fields of the physical world. When Malcom was ten years old, his father mysteriously disappeared without a trace. Ever since, Malcom has lived with his mother who struggled to support the two and keep them afloat. Peter's disappearance caused a strain between the two, especially as that is the one topic his mother won't talk about with him. Partly why he loves superheroes is due to their tragic backstories, and he's looked for a father figure in them.
Since Peter's disappearance, Malcom has devoted himself to finding out what was behind his father's disappearance. So far, he's gotten nowhere. He just tries to bring to life the ideas his father and him came up with together, stealing scraps from a junkyard to make it happen. Recently, though, his body has been getting shocks whenever he powers up his machines. It got more crazy when his machines began to power down along with these shocks. Following that, lights would flicker in his presence, televisions would go to static, and devices he touched would glitch out. He suspects that his body is somehow disrupting electrical pulses. That leads to his newest question - how?

Objects within five feet of him can be disrupted. However, he has to touch an electrical source before he can do anything with electricity, and he has a limited supply of it. (Level 3)
Lightning Form - He can transform into electricity to either transport himself faster through electrical lines, or zip through the air at 40 miles an hour within a short distance. (Level 3)
Let me know if the character is too OP, or if I should change literally anything, like personality or backstory or otherwise.

Hmm...
Might do something involving regeneration, teleportation, invisibility or reanimation (i.e. making some undead minions/essentially necromancy as a superpower). Maybe something else, but those options were what immediately sprung to mind.
