Bio: “Built by Koggu, built with pride”, those were the words from the Humanity’s second most noteworthy contribution to the PTO: technology. While being a primitive, backwater planet fifty years ago, the sheer ingenuity and grit of the human spirit catapulted them into modernity. The Koggu Conglomerate was synonymous with the exosuits used in all aspects of human life, from construction and battles on far-flung planets, to medicine and cybernetics. Into this dazzling display of wealth that Renchi Koggu was born.

To say he was the atypical billionaire genius would be an understatement, as he helped build technology that could help humans punch above their weight class, and utilize Ki. While Ki-therapy was a widespread practice, humans still were considered the runts of the galactic litter of ki-wielding individuals. Yet during the live fire test, a malfunction occurred, and the long time pilot was trapped under a burning and burst open machine. Rather than allowing anyone to salvage either pilot or the burning wreck, the PTO observer demanded that the machine be destroyed naturally, as to demonstrate the consequence of failing Lord Frieza. Koggu, naturally, said nuts to that, and proceeded to rescue the Saiyan pilot with relative unease. The PTO observer of course chewed him out, insisting that if Koggu was going to bother rescuing anything, he should have prioritized the vehicle over the pilot. Renchi on the other hand tried to chew out the PTO official in turn by stating that he can rebuild machines, but pilots are hard to come by. The PTO Observer did not approve of the hairless monkey’s attitude, and promptly slapped him aside to reiterate the power gap between them. In terms of raw strength, hierarchy, and importance, the Human and Saiyan were like ants to them.

This would have a profound effect on his mindset, as until now he considered himself above the losses that Humans and Saiyans had to endure every day in the PTO’s wars...and realizing his part as a slightly useful pawn in Lord Freiza’s dominion...

Powers: (Specifically nonstandard powers. Everyone is going to have the basic Ki blasts, beams, flight ect. Include techniques that alter combat power and/or any cybernetic enhancements/gene mods. Also include race specific powers.)

The Ki-Oversuit Gear (or KOG for short) is a variant of the Oversuit Gear that, well, is designed to utilize Ki. Whether innate or drawing in like a miniature Spirit Bomb, the KOGs are designed to allow humanity to punch above their weight class. These mobile suits are treated as promising prototypes that will no doubt be furhter improved over the course of the story...if Renchi even lasts that long.

KOG-2a: This is the most basic of battlesuits, seen as a heavy-weapons answer to the average human trooper suit. However, it appears that unlike the 2b, this one has a bit more artistry and fancy gear, from grappling hooks and a parachute to various stealth measurements. Unlike it’s bulkier cousin, the KOG-2a is more designed for martial arts and mobility, rather than delivering

KOG-2b: A secondary battlesuit, analogous to a PRAWN suit from Subnautica or an AMP from Avatar. This larger suit is his best means of punching above his weight class, and trades off the 2a’s mobility for sheer grit and power. She may not be the fastest or even the prettiest hunk of junk, but she can punch and fire ki the same as any Saiyan footslogger.

KOG-DUO-1: a prototype battlesuit that currently requires one human operator, and a ki-wielding individual to essentially act as a backup battery/heavy turret. Not quite finished yet.

Bio: Android #5 used to be an average human conscripted to a rebel movement against the world government before the PTO's arrival. After a series of military defeats at the hands of the world government, the rebels realized that without something serious they were doomed and so using the best science available to them set out to transform an average soldier into their own personal superweapon. He was taken from his quarters and forced to undergo the procedure. When Android #5 woke up he found he was stronger and was unable to tire himself, but had no memory of his former name, family, or anything about his past. He went berserk but was able to be sedated put in cryosleep, and left in the science lab where he was created.

Years later #5 woke up and found that not only had the rebels left him inside the building but that the Earth was under the control of aliens called the PTO. Unsure what to do with himself and his new-found power (which surprisingly went unnoticed) he lived his life relatively unnoticed for a few years until being noticed by a group of rebels. He engaged with a sparring match with their leader to see if #5 would be strong enough to join and accidentally killed him by overexerting his power. He was shocked but didn't have much time to react to the incident when the rebels had decided to declare him the leader for his strength. He had realized that the group of rebels he was with were hardcore authoritarians, but as they were the only ones who took him in and gave him something to do, he has stayed with them until the present day.

Powers:

Android Barrier: #5 can summon a shield to block incoming attacks. If attacked with a move strong enough it would break leaving #5 open

Infinite Ki supply: As an Android #5 has an infinite supply of ki located in his chest. Since the ki is artificial it shows no ki signature.

Eye beams: #5 has been outfitted with lasers in his eyes by his creators. They are red and made to penetrate.

Name: Ryuchi Masaki | Mizuna (Saiyan Name) | The Wraith

Race: Saiyan-Human Hybrid

Appearance:

While retaining an appearance similar to that of Bismark Waldstein from the Code Geass Series, There are two distinct differences that revolve around Ryuchi's appearance. Instead of his left eye being sewn shut, there is instead a metallic eyepatch in place alongside a long scar running down the length of the eye.

Bio: Son of Asumar Masaki and Shiroma Ashihei, Ryuchi Masaki was born into the world under unique circumstances as a Human-Saiyan Hybrid, something that had been frowned upon mostly in Saiyan society. In order to ensure that his son wouldn't suffer any persecution or prejudice, his father took steps to ensure that the truth behind his son's origins was kept secret, leaving the vast majority of his upbringing rather uneventful leading up to late adolescence where Ryuchi eventually joined the Saiyan Military and served as one of the many shock troopers under the Planet Trade Organization. During his military service under this organization would Ryuchi make himself out to be different from his Saiyan peers during the crucial Edaria Campaign, a war in which pitted the Planet Trade Organization against the fledgling Edarian Confederation for supremacy over a small cluster of star systems.

Having participated during the late stages of this war would Ryuchi find himself as one of the many involved in the Battle of The Calcaster Wetlands which pitted the 22nd Saiyan Shock Company against what was meant to be a meager resistance force. Said resistance force in reality housed fighters who were actually on par with that of the Saiyan group. Finding himself and his forces cut off and outnumbered would Ryuchi be forced to take command of the 22nd Shock Company, using his tactical mind and strategic use of Ki to fend off the enemy forces temporarily until the 18th Saiyan Shock Company arrived only hours later, with Ryuchi's father Asumar leading the charge to relieve the besieged 22nd Company. It would be during this time that disaster struck, High Command, having grown impatient with the results of the battle moved to level the entire forest with the 22nd and 18th Shock Companies still in the Wetlands, leaving everyone presumably dead as a result.

Unbeknownst to the Planet Trade Organization, Ryuchi had managed to survive the bombardment of the forests, finding that everyone else around him, including his father, had died or were well on their way to dying. Outraged and Disillusioned with the Organization's policy of treating their soldiers as expendable, Ryuchi would enter what remained of the enemy base and eventually procured a spaceship, using it and his knowledge of PTO Security Codes to chart a random course away from the world of Edaria and to the farthest reaches of space, eventually landing on the world of Earth in an effort to start a new life. Having taken shelter in one of the many forested areas of the world, Ryuchi began his life on Earth struggling to survive, holding very little prior knowledge about the life forms in the forests and what would be considered safe to eat, at one point this lack of knowledge would nearly prove to be his undoing, being poisoned by what he presumed to be a berry.

It was at this point that Ryuchi, weakened by poison and a lack of knowledge on this strange new world would come across an elderly monk who had taken residence in the forest, introducing himself simply as Shimura and offering to help not only train the wayward Saiyan but also give him the knowledge necessary to survive the harsh nature of the forest. Eagerly accepting this offer would Ryuchi begin his training under this sage, obtaining the ability to sense Ki without the need of a Scouter as well as suppressing his own energy signature, for two years would his training under this mysterious sage continue until one day that whispers of a rising rebellion made their way to Ryuchi's ears...

Powers:

• Saiyan Physiology: Link if more information is needed.
• Ki Suppression: As a result of his two years of training under the mysterious sage Shimura, Ryuchi has demonstrated the ability to suppress his Ki signature at will in order to avoid detected by Scouters or others who can sense Ki.
• Ki Sensing: Another result of his training, Ryuchi is capable of sensing the Ki signature of others without the need of a scouter, He is however unable to sense those who have suppressed their own Ki signature.
• Military Strategist: Due to not only his Saiyan heritage but also exposure to countless long term campaigns under the Planet Trade Organization, Ryuchi has set himself apart from his Saiyan brethren by demonstrating the ability to conceive of strategies suitable for several objectives, especially objectives in a military setting.

Appearance: Shizuo. Armor. Ship (when necessary).

Bio: Before they were augmented, Shizuo was a normal human living on Earth. Around the time they finished high school, they were caught in the crossfire of a skirmish between the PTO and PLO. The conflict put them on the edge of death, and Shizuo was rushed to the hospital... if the hospital was the first to arrive at the scene, that is. As it were, they were picked up by a roboticist affiliated with the PTO, and restored to life via the power of machinery. Shizuo awoke following the surgery, shocked and afraid of what they had become. They destroyed the remote lab where they had been experimented on, and hopped on the next ship they could find away from their life that had continued moving on after Shizuo's legally declared death.

Shizuo found themselves wandering space for a time, seeking new purpose with their new body. Along the way they ended up stopping a noteworthy criminal from stealing the interstellar DBZ equivalent of an armored truck carrying loads of zeni; and Shizuo was rewarded with the man's ransom. After realizing that they could (relatively safely. thanks to their robotic body and vast energy reserves) protect people, deal with bad guys that caused accidents like theirs, and make a living doing so, Shizuo leaned into their strengths and became a bounty hunter. A few years and upgrades later, and they've made a name for themselves as a reliable hired gun with an occasional heart of gold, and have been contacted by both sides of the galactic skirmish between the PTO and PLO at one time or another. Rarely do they take the jobs.

Powers: Shizuo's go-to form of combat is ranged, utilizing their twin blasters to focus their energy blasts into faster and more dangerous bolts. While proficient in hand-to-hand combat and "gun kata," they prefer to shoot. In addition, their secret technique (that they don't have access to at the outset) is called 「Limiter Release」. It breaks through the restraints set on their programming, allowing for larger and more dangerous energy output in terms of ki blasts, speed, and physical combat. It places a strain on their systems that is often felt after the limiters are restored, the extent of the stress determined by the number of limits broken.

Power Level: ~4,000

Attacks/Techniques:

• Full Bore Breaker: A charged blast from both barrels of Shizuo's pistols.
• Full Bore Barrage: Shizuo fills the air with a swarm of smaller projectiles that start slow, but rapidly gain speed as they track their target.
• Full Bore Buster: A short range, wide cone shot from the pistols that intends to separate Shizuo from a nearby adversary.

Bio:

Planet Plant was home to the Tuffles, a race of humanoids not too different from humans due to their affinity to technology and comparatively weak stature when compared to the Saiyans. They were a race that had become spacefaring far before humanity and definitely the Saiyans, often sending large colony ships and scout ships out into deep space in search of life in the stars. Planet Plant remained relatively isolated for some time, until the PTO suddenly arrived and decided to probe the planet's defenses with their Saiyan shock troopers. Much to their surrpise, the Tuffles had the necessary technology and planetary defenses to react to this sort of invasion, their technological prowess proving to be a formidable match for the Saiyans' brute force and power.

A truce was brokered with the PTO, with the Tuffles integrating into the empire surprisingly smoothly. While the Tuffles were not frontline combatants, their support aspects would prove to be extremely useful for future endeavors, namely, the invention of the Scouter and various weapons employed by the PTO's military. Many Tuffle scientists would also find themselves employed by the PTO as researchers, including Dr. Ramune.

A child prodigy inventor, Ramune had been set on joining the ranks of the PTO even as a small child, demanding her designs for "gravity-manipulating gloves" and "non-lethal takedown devices" be put to good use. Needless to say, as soon as she became of age, amassing a list of professions and accolades that would make even trained professionals jealous, she joined the PTO's science wing, running the occasional test with a willing or unwilling test subject, devising new ways on destroying the enemies of the PTO, and more.

A mostly autonomous force compared to the rest of the PTO due to the sensitivity of her research, Dr. Ramune was practically given free-reign to do whatever she so pleased in the name of science, including the occasional mission planetside for sample recovery, particularly in regards to her so-called Big Green Project to produce an artificial fighter for the PTO. Due to her autonomy, unpredictable nature, and questionable mental state, the lines between mad scientist and rogue are blurred by the day, with some comparing her simply to a force of chaos. As far as Ramune is concerned, long as she makes continuous project towards the Big Green Project...she'll be alright.

Powers:

• Technological Affinity: Despite lacking any "real" powers, Dr. Ramune, like many Tuffles, naturally possesses a natural affinity to technology, with even the youngest of Tuffles being able to interact with and integrate technology into their lives fairly easy. This goes hand and hand with Dr. Ramune's intelligence, which is well over the average compared to most.
• Enhanced Intelligence: Dr. Ramune posses an unnaturally high level of intelligence and holds experience in numerous disciplines, namely biology, xenobiology, psychology, chemistry, engineering, and computer science. This may not translate entirely to combat, but in terms of assessing weaknesses of technological-based constructs, as well as just practical use, it's incredibly useful.
• Gravity Manipulation: Ramune can manipulate gravity around her using the so-called "Power Gloves," a pair of hand-mounted devices made by her, for her. The versatility of this ability is quite evident, from practical uses like including rather closely mimicking flight and telekinesis, to more offensive uses like powering her attacks with the force of gravity. The most common use is to simply blow away enemies, to fly, or, conversely, to walk on vertical surfaces for fun.

Attacks/Techniques/Equipment:

• Heavy Plasma Cannon Strike: Utilizing an experimental matter transportation system built into her Power Gloves, Dr. Ramune summons a heavy plasma cannon to her disposal. A tactical shoulder-mounted weapon initially intended for PTO special forces to use against armored targets with high power levels, it has been modified by the Doctor from an anti-fortification/armor weapon, into, as she describes it, an anti-everything weapon. It takes a while to charge up, but when it fires, it unleashes a powerful blast of plasma capable of being guided via the weapon, or a scouter.
• Annihilaser: The aptly-named Annihilaser is the alternate fire version of the Heavy Plasma Cannon Strike, and instead focuses its energy into a concentrated beam useful for slicing through foes or armor.
• Neurokinetic Soft-Kill Agent: Despite its name, the Neurokinetic Soft-Kill Agent will not instantly kill a target, but is instead meant to be used as a non-lethal self-defense device. When activated on its max setting, the energy field-based device will inflict massive amounts of pain on even tougher targets by causing direct neural stimulation of their pain receptors. Its output can be lowered for use as a potent torture or interrogation device, or to simply "mess" with enemies.
• Gravity Gun: Using the Power Gloves, Ramune makes a finger gun and punts the target away with a compressed blast, which has been described to be similar to a large, invisible punch. Conversely used for breaking through fortifications or launching objects at enemies.
• Seismic Blast: Distorting the gravity around her area, Ramune can effectively produce localized earthquakes or rip holes in the ground, which can provide her and allies with a distinct tactical advantage, or can be used to defend from inbound attacks. Commonly used to create large earth-based constructs that float around her, and only works on the ground.
• Power Shield: A defensive technique, Ramune produces a bubble-like shield of energy from her Power Gloves that surround her, allowing her to defend herself from incoming attacks. The shield will break upon reaching a certain threshold.
• Medi-gun: Dr. Ramune possesses a portable medi-gun device in her arsenal which exposes patients to an energy-based healing device, allowing patients to heal from most minor wounds. It is not to be used as a replacement for larger wounds, loss of limbs, or broken bones.
• Saibamen: Dr. Ramune possesses multiple vials full of Saibamen seeds, which can be used to grow Saibamen for use as bodyguards or for testing against targets of interest. The power level of these Saibamen vary, but are usually around the 1,200 range.

Bio: Colrab was the fifth child of an Elite Saiyan Family. From birth he was destined to be superior to others of his kind, but fate would not be so kind. Born with the pathetic power level of ten, Colrab was a disgrace to his family and their claim of Elite Saiyan Heritage. He was quickly disowned and sold into slavery on the Acrosian homeworld of Acros. He traded hands many times until the age of thirteen, when a noble Acrosian from the Clan Kold took a liking to him. This Acrosian, by the name of Polara, had sensed some form of hidden potential in the young and pitiful Saiyan. Taking it upon himself to beat that potential into a moldable useful form. During his savage beatings and punishments, both Colrab and Polara became aware of his hidden rage, it was powerful; shocking Polara the first time the young slave boy had ever resisted his beatings.

After this event, Colrab found himself learning from the Acrosian himself. He found himself in nicer clothes, living in the luxuriant conditions of the actual palace, rather than the abhorrent squalor of the slave pens. Polara trained him in the basics of Energy Control and Manipulation, encouraged him to learn the PTO combat forms, and conditioned Colrab's mind to be obedient and subservient. As years past, Colrab has found himself the trusted and unwaveringly loyal bodyguard of Polara Kold.

Saiyan Physiology: Powerful Transformations, Natural Flight, etc etc

Great Ape Training: As an Elite Saiyan Warrior by blood, Colrab received special training permission from his Master Polara Kold, while controversial; the loyal Saiyans of the PTO could only comply with this demand.

Hidden Rage: Colrab has a deep and seemingly primal form buried deep within his psyche. When in this state he looses the capacity for rational thought and becomes consumes with an insatiable bloodlust. This is a x3 effect. His only way for leaving this state is either a loss of consciousness, or his Master's implanted trigger words "Kolrabi Noodles". Polara can also induce this state with the phrase "Ice Age, Party Time". After being in this state Colrab's power is reduced by half in his base form, and can only safely reenter this form after a long rest (24 hours).

Atlas Blow: Summoning his hidden rage, Colrab unleashes a full power blow. Typically seeking to land under his opponents guard.

Name: Polara the Third, of the Clan Kold

Age: 120

Race: Acrosian

Bio: Polara was the third clone of Polara Kold, Direct Descendant of Clan Master Kold. Designed to be genetically superior in the fashion of most elite Acrosian children. Polara quickly gained attention from within his clan, while not particularly strong or powerful in comparison to his peers, he was found to be unflinchingly ruthless and cunning in exams against his other broodmates. He has leveraged his position in an important Acrosian Clan to his advantage. Gaining respect and infamy among the PTO and PLO alike. It is thought that Polara was the main instigator in the targeting of Planet Valkyrie and the subjugation of the Valkyren.

At the age of 105 Polara happened upon a young slave boy. The tiny Saiyan was quiet and broken from his life in chains, but Polara sensed something from the child. Knowing of the Saiyan ability of Zenkai, he proceeded to take custody of the otherwise worthless slave, and inflicted massive amounts of damage on the boy. Cruelly attempting to unlock this mysterious potential he had sensed within the boy. To his great surprise and joy, he found an unimaginable reserve of hate and rage within the Saiyan, and sought to control and mold his young broken mind to his liking. Colrab has since become a useful tool for the Acrosians' schemes, his rage alone becoming a feared punishment among low and high ranking members of the PTO.

Cutting Winds: Polara fires multiple focused Ki blasts from their fingertips, in rapid succession. An armor piercing energy attack.

Death Beam: A considerably powerful energy blast, an inherited move from Clan Kold.

Ice Time: Polara recklessly targets the earth beneath their feet, seeking to level the battlefield around them.

Name: Sabi

Age: 16-17

Race: Saiyan

Appearance: Current Reference (may swap it out in-future) Maniaxoi is a really talented artist

Bio: Born into a higher class (i'd like to request royalty if possible) family, Sabi was spared from the fate of a lower-class Saiyan, which was to be sent to some backwater planet in the middle of nowhere. Even at a young age, she showed promise, capable of besting multiple Saibamen in-battle which in-turn resulted in her recruitment and indoctrination into the Planet Trade Organisation, or at least they TRIED to indoctrinate her. From there, her life was quite typical, following the "Go to planet, kill everyone and then feck off" routine, which she seemed to be content with. In actuality however, she despises the PTO, the lizard overlords especially. Fortunately, this was a mindset that a fair portion of the Saiyans, her family included, shared.

Over time, Sabi started to become frustrated with her routine, as she was often sent to planets that were "troublesome" at best which made growing stronger a chore. Her belief was that this was intentional. After all, the Saiyans were known for their natural strength and growth, so limiting their growth would make them easier to control. Perhaps it had something to do with the legend? Regardless of the reason, no matter how many times she pleaded for "better missions", she always got the same answer.

Saiyan Physiology

- Decelerated Aging: As a Saiyan, Sabi ages at a slower pace compared to a Human. Her prime may last until at least eighty years of age.

- Enhanced Physical Capabilities: Includes speed, strength, etc and that is WITHOUT the usage of Ki. In exchange however, her body requires more "fuel", resulting in a hefty appetite.

- Saiyan Power: Also known as "Zenkai", it allows a Saiyan to grow in the face of adversity. This is especially apparent following a near-death experience. However, self-inflicted injuries will not invoke this ability.

- Tail: As a Saiyan, Sabi possesses a monkey-like tail, which can serve as an extra limb. However, it also serves as a weak spot, as gripping it will weaken Sabi tremendously. To avoid this, Sabi keeps her tail wrapped around her waist most of the time.

- Great Ape: Possessing a Saiyan tail, Sabi will transform into a gargantuan, ape-like beast when exposed to enough Blutz Waves, whether it's through a Full Moon, Power Ball or a fancy Blutz Wave cannon. While Sabi does possess a degree of control over this state, she is prone to going on a mindless rampage.

Attacks/Techniques:

- Power Ball: In the absence of a Full Moon, Sabi can produce a sphere of energy that radiates Blutz Waves in a similar manner, allowing for a Great Ape Transformation.

- Scorching Punishment: Sabi charges and then fires a wave of energy from her hands. The temperature of this energy may be increased or decreased based on how long it's charged for.

- Chou Makouhou: Sabi fires a wave of energy from her mouth, though it is typically only used within the Great Ape form.

- Nova Bomb: Sabi charges a small sphere of immensely condensed energy and throws it. The sphere violently explodes upon contact.

- Maiden's Wrath: With a scream, Sabi unleashes waves of energy in all directions.
