RECOGNISING the grave danger that is present in North Korea as a result of the civil war;

DECLARING that members of the United Nations have a role to play in bringing peace to the area;

GREATLY CONCERNED at the prospect of quasi-terroristic militias having control of nuclear weapons in the nation;

PROCLAIMING that, as a result, extreme measures must be taken;


  1. Uses its powers under Article 41 of the United Nations charter to mandate that member states sever economic ties with all rebel factions involved in the civil war.
  2. Authorises member states to use any measures proscribed under Articles 41 and 42 of the United Nations charter in order to prevent the possibility of a terroristic faction obtaining weapons of mass destruction.
  3. Authorises member states to use any measures proscribed under Articles 41 and 42 of the United Nations Charter in order to prevent a spillover of the conflict affecting their territory.

Well then, time to move the fleet to 50 miles off the coast of North Korea. And by fleet, I mean the Izumo and it's escorts. And I have the same problem, but it ain't too major. It might reset with a new page.

Great Britain has a GIANT air force of about 35,000 planes. Granted, most of those are ww2 era, but still, impressive.

Correct. No offensive wars, although I plan on reinterpreting Article 9 at some point.

The Kaesong Liberation Front is about 85 miles from the South Korean border. But if Russia gets paratroopers to the location...well. I shall be thankful for the help.
