SAD CRIPS: A YOUNG CRIPS STORY
We lost more brothers than we ever dreamed... But we will recover.
IC coming soon!
- "Homie... I don't know what will happen to us. The Bloods have taken over almost all of San Diego, Rick won't pick up the phone, Easy A is still unconscious here at the hospital... Is this how it ends? Is this how the Crips go? Please, brother, call me as soon as possible. I'm not sure how long I can hold them off for... But I'll give my life to protect these poor cancer patients, I won't let the Bloods eat them!"
- GEORGE RODRIGUEZ, killed in the Great Turf War of San Diego
The residents of San Diego took it as a fact of life. If your turf wasn't with the Bloods, whose color was a bright red, it was with the Crips, who sported a dark blue. Both groups co-existed in a tense peace, where each knew their place, where no one really bothered to fight over a street. Families were torn, but not broken. Friends became rivals, but not enemies. And San Diego, while drenched in flammable oil, was never really in the danger of being set ablaze - people carried on with their daily lives, their school, work, children. That very uneasy peace was, as has been mentioned, a mere fact of life. The Crips were the heroes of their community, doing great acts such as raising puppies and helping old ladies cross the street, while the Bloods
However, it all changed when the Blood nation attacked.
Despite the heroic efforts of the Crips, the Bloods' relentless, violent assault did not take into account the poor civilians, whom the Crips were so desperately trying to protect. As they ate baby after baby, the Bloods continued to take street after street from our heroes, who desperately evacuated everyone they could. Eventually, the Crips were pushed all the way to the corners of the city, where they were mercilessly wiped out by the inhumane Bloods, who sought nothing but evil.
As the dust settles, your homies are gone. Friends, family, people you've ridden with your whole life - gone with the wind. Now, it is your job to lead the counterattack. Under the command of Blake Martinez, also known as Big Z, the Crips are reorganizing and ready to fight the Bloods on their terms. Will you have what is necessary to take San Diego back?
MAP OF SAN DIEGO
Welcome, everyone, to yet another iteration of Young Crips! I am very proud of running such an acclaimed franchise of roleplays. In this thread, you'll be put in the shoes of the member of a resurgent gang, fighting your maniacal and evil rivals, who are obviously the bad guys Bloods. The Crips, being the good guys, will use every mean at their disposal to retake San Diego from such monsters. Keep in mind that, while guns were supposed to be nerfed due to how unfair they are, I've decided to keep them in their normal state because I figured that would be a pretty dumb thing to do. Anyway, have fun, and don't forget to read the rules! Peace, homiez.
