Una, Goddess of Soft Whispers

Una merely pointed at the display before them, "Apparently that was found in the Mortal Realm, No one seems to know what it is or how it got there." Her voice was a gentle whisper. She then looked at how he was dressed and gave him a knowing wink. "I heard about what happened last week, don't worry, i won't tell anyone. For now." She gave a soft and mischievous smile before turning back to the others, listening in on the on going discussion.

Listrin

The Deva of Destruction stood up, brushed off his armor a bit, looked around to make sure all were finished talking before he spoke up. His voice boomed across the hall, yet in a calm and controlled manner. "With all respects to you Titan of Power and Titan of Space, I fail to see the purpose in summoning all of us here over a manner that seems trivial at the moment. This Orb for the moment at least has no impact on our domains perhaps outside of the Cosmic Deva and you don't even know what it is. Unless you wish for me to destroy it or something similar, I will take my leave until we know what this "hole" is and have some form of action to take against it."

Thaetol

Thaetol looked but have not seen anything, how an orb was important, he looked at Athanatos and said with a cacophony of voices speaking as well "The Orb is nothing" he simply set, but he meant much more in those words and people would be able to feel that he meant that the orb should not be considered as anything important and thus ignored.

Alarious

“My Lord Thaetol,” The Deva of Humanity found himself speaking without even realized that the words were falling from his tongue to dance upon the air. “Perhaps what Lord Athanatos is trying to tell us is that the object in question might not be of consequence now, but the fact that it cannot be identified or destroyed by the greatest minds and powers of our age suggests that this... Thing... Certainly has the potential to become consequential given enough time.”

Realizing now that he had spoken out of turn and more or less admonished the head of his pantheon, the young God blanched somewhat and added a hasty, “Please, forgive me for speaking out of turn, I simply feel as if we should consider what it could mean in the future.”

Thaetol

Alarious would feel a hand being put on his shoulder, while the point of immediate contact became cold he wouldn't need to worry, even thought Thaetol not said a thing it would be obvious for an unknown reason to the young God of humanity that Thaetol did not harbor any negative feelings for what he said

Gonz
Gonz shook his shaggy head. That’s when since the new began that the Titan spoke. “Fellow Gods and Goddesses. We know nothing of this mysterious orb, and if I do say so myself has nothing to do with my Pantheon. We don’t know what it does or what it’s for, therefore the best solution is to keep a close eye on it. If in the future the need for it to be destroyed it will be done.” “It is better to keep a close watch than to take quick action now and for grave consequences to come later.” “If everyone agrees we can move on to the next point of business.” Gonz wasn’t trying to be rude or anything. He knew that if they dwelt on the subject for to long they’ll end up in a long discussion of what to do and they’ll never get done. He also didn’t want to anger his fellow titans either which is why he set up the valid point of asking everyone in the room whether they were paying any attention or not.

Carstol
Carstol looked back and forth between the speaking gods. It really didn’t matter to him what the thing was and what They did with it. He did want to speed up the meeting, so when the Titan Gonz asked if they could move on he was the first one to reply with a yes. Internally he still couldn’t believe that just about every single god was in this single room. He could just feel the building tremble with the overwhelming display of power that was held every century.

Malum

Malum kept a calm composure, but something seemed off about him when Khov-Pharn and Athanatos brought up the object. He suddenly shifted position when he heard about the object. Fools..., he thought to himself. He listened intently, and was seemingly the only god who was doing so. He then got up from his seat and asked Khov-Pharn with his deep, almost whisper-like, yet demonic sounding voice, "How would you attempt to reveal any impact, harmful or passive, to mortals or the mortal universe itself? Perhaps a journey to this spot of anomaly would benefit an entity wishing to attain a larger knowledge of the object?"

Setsa
The snake goddess raised her head; "Malum speaks truth, as does the great Gonzss" she said, "I can go to the spot in the void upon which this object or hole is and know of kin who can handle the matter if it proves harmful." she said thinking of her eldest specifically, who traveled distortions of which a hole could be considered. She was able to take the form of any serpent and physical traits as well, of that spectrum included was her eldest, "We have guarded many things in the past- watching and inspecting this should be of no issue to us save in our duties to the mortal plane. Given time I could bring into this world one tasked with monitoring this object- freeing us to continue our work. There iss not I feel any of us who would want to leave their domains unattended for a century." she said, expecting that this orb would remain a mystery for many years. To gods it was not much time but they also knew how quickly mortals change in that timespan- the world is constantly shifting and absence would create opportunities. What she was proposing however was that she and one of her children inspect the area and watch it for a time until another was created by her to do so. She certainly did not expect to learn anything Khov-Pharn was unable to.

Sakaal, Deva of the Moon, Magic, Distortion and Mysteries

At the entrance to the throne room, space flickered and distorted, swirling and undulating as light and air was displaced by a mysterious power. Pale silvery light emerged from the distortion in space, followed by a slender, feminine figure. This figure was clad in white silk robes, a helm in the form of an ornate metal crown obscuring the upper half of their face from view. Silvery hair, pale skin and legs that ended in twelve serpents rather than feet made it abundantly clear that the figure in question was Sakaal, the Moon Serpent. The white-scaled, golden-eyed serpents slowly weaved through the air, tongues darting in the air as they sensed the surroundings. Behind him, the twisted spatial gateway rapidly disappeared. Pausing for a moment, he bowed respectfully in the direction of Athanatos. The constant glow of moonlight emanated from his body, giving him an ethereal quality. Behind the helmet, magical lights flickered across the surface of his golden eyes as he silently used a recording spell to view the discussion that had already taken place. The lights faded a second later as Sakaal had updated himself on what had occurred before his arrival.

Never the most boisterous or outgoing of gods, he adopted a faint smile as he quietly nodded towards whichever gods happened to be looking in his direction. As he hovered slightly above the surface of the floor, the gaze of the white serpents turned to Setsa. Communicating in the manner that snakes do to one another, a message in the form of pheromones drifted over towards Setsa; a note of greeting, bearing with it undertones of reverence, obedience and familial love. Following this, Sakaal glided towards the nearest unoccupied seat. Smoothing his clothes in an elegant motion, he sat down, and turned his attention to the topic of the summons. Thinking of the enigmatic back sphere, a look of anticipation tinged with fear briefly flashed across his countenance. He knew better than most the dangers of pursuing the unknown; he recalled vividly how his own pursuit of hidden mysteries had resulted in him finding a distortion in existence, fundamentally altering his own divinity in the process. Nontheless, that spark of fear was nothing compared to the anticipation he felt. Sakaal could not help himself, his eager search for knowledge and his power over mysteries was widely known. He keenly desired to add this sphere to the list of mysteries understood by him. As one of the most scholarly deities, his desire to research, examine and analyse the mysterious orb, and to comprehend its nature and purpose, went without saying.

He silently listened, noting the words of the other deities as they grumbled about having wasted their time, while others brought forth a counterargument. He nodded as his mother added her contribution to the discussion. Sakaal then spoke, his voice as feminine as his appearance. Though he talked softly, his calm, sibilant words could still be heard clearly by each of the gods, accompanied by an otherworldly vibe that was both soothing and gently charming. "I would agree that this sphere should not be ignored or dismissed as an irrelevance. It is an existence unknown to the wisest of us, and must be comprehended. If there are no objections, I should be considered available to research the sphere's mysteries." Given his experience and his nature as a divinity presiding over mysteries and magic, it was not difficult for him to concoct a long term arrangement for the observation and research of anomalous existences such as this sphere. Perhaps his power over distortion would prove useful, too. While Sakaal might not make any quick discoveries, he was someone with no small amount of patience. Of course, given the failure of the other Deva and Titans, he had no high aspirations for himself at this juncture.

“Watch your tongue Deva,” said Athanatos in a firm voice, “Be mindful of who you are speaking to.” Athanatos took note of what other gods had said. “Here is my decision. Sesta, Sakaal, and Minerva will work together to examine the sphere under the supervision of Khov-Pharn’s forces for as long as they remain in space. All discoveries will be reported directly to me. Any questions?”

Una, Goddes of Soft Whispers

Una remained silent, even though she had many questions, as it didn't matter if she asked them or not, answers would come her way eventually. She was definitely intrigued by this Orb-thing, but its secrets, like all others, would pass by her eventually. Patience and care were her best virtues, after all. Although, one question did arise to the forefront, and thus she whispered, "Wait, whose turn was it to keep an eye on Etheri this time?"

Una was indifferent to Etheri in general, but even she had to admit, Etheri could cause a lot of trouble if not watched carefully. Though most of the time she was usually harmless...but if left out of hand, Etheri could cause a lot of problems in the mortal realm, all with good intentions, of course. She once wiped the mind of one of Thaetol's key followers, making the follower forget his faith. She also once made the entire Egypt/Australia war become completely forgotten by mortals, urking some of the war gods. And then there was the one time where she made a whole temple become forgotten, and Una was unable to snatch and protect it's secrets in time.

So it became customary to at least have one god keep an eye on her whenever these meetings where held. Una's turn was two centuries ago, but she pondered who had been selected this time...

Alarious, God of Humanity

The nascent God stood stock still as he felt his Lord’s icy hand upon his shoulder. Literally death reaching out to pull him into the void. He repressed a shiver, refusing to let it run down his spine, refusing to show just how afraid he was.

But the end never came. Death didn’t claim him, and Humanity needn’t wait for another guardian, for he was still here. Minutely the young god allows his shoulders to square and his chin to rise. This may not have been a test; Alarious didn’t care. He -felt- as if it should have been one, and he passed. Perhaps then, this very small victory could be the seed from which his ultimate goal from humanity could be lain... But such thoughts were dangerous here amongst so many of his kind. Sterling himself, he allows his mind to go blank, the thoughts trickling away like water retreating beneath the thirsting sands of the Sahara.

“I could get her, I suppose.” The Young man replies with a slight nod of his head. “I have business that needs doing in the mortal realm any how, and I’m very certain I have little more to add to this discussion about the anomaly.” He looks to his Master, the God of Death, and then the Lord of Power in turn, “Sires, with your permission?”

Listrin

The angelic form of the fire god bowed his head upon hearing the Titan's words. "If that is all, I will take my leave. Lord Gonz, should you have need, you know how to reach me. I bid this council farewell. The Mortal Realm never ceases to destroy itself."

Listrin's humanoid form burned away to reveal his flaming eagle form again, and the Deva took wing, flying once more out of the meeting hall and through Mt. Olimpia, before descending through a divine gate into the Mortal Realm, finding himself in the mountains outside of a small city in Mexico. He heard the screams, as he always did, and watched as fire descended upon the town as a nearby volcano spewed ash and lava into the world. Listrin took the form of an impovershed human, and from a distance, conducted his symphony.

Though the lava was beyond his control, he raised his hands and brought down the buildings it burned through. He coaxed the flames that started from contact with the molten rock, whipping them up into a firestorm. He let the flames bear down upon the town, engulfing it in an inferno. He guided the rubble as it fell, and made sure that all that was slated to be eradicated was. Grabbing a nearby stick to steady his mortal shell, he wandered into the town to witness the aftermath of the flames, even as lava slowly consumed all that remained.

Wandering from ruin to ruin, Listrin wondered what would grow from this. Whenever he encountered a body, he returned it to ash, making sure the obliteration of the village was complete. His role fulfilled, Listrin sat down, crossed his legs, and relished in the moments of quiet.

Vallmodon, Deva of Murder and Rage
The Mortal World

A man was waiting at the front door of a house with his hand on the door knob. He whispered, “Can I do this?”
Vallmodon placed her hand on the man’s shoulder and whispered in his ear, “They hurt you. They broke your heart. Break theirs!” His left hand tightened on the gun and he opened the door with the spare key. He confidently strode through his former home with Vallmodon casually following. He kicked open the door to the bedroom to his ex’s scream. Vallmodon became imperceivable to watch. His ex’s new lover got up to tackle the attacker but he got shot in the leg and accidentally ended up making the attacker fall.
His ex jumped over the two and ran down the stairs with Vallmodon following her. The ex ran towards the open front door but Vallmodon got there first and slammed it shut. The ex screamed and ran towards the back door. Halfway there, another gunshot was heard upstairs and then silence. The ex was fumbling with the top lock until Vallmodon came over and broke it off.
The ex was so focused in her panic that she didn’t notice the attacker coming up behind her until he grabbed her hair. As he was dragging her she began pleading, “Please don’t hurt me. Please let me go.”
“No! You two broke my heart in that bedroom so I’m going to break your hearts.” he said with venom in his voice. He threw her next to her lover’s body and shot her in the chest. She was dead within a minute. The gravity of the situation then hit the killer like a truck. “Oh gods! What am I gonna do?”
“Well my friend. Odds of you escaping the police are very slim so I’d say go to jail.” Vallmodon said.
The killer looked up at Vallmodon concerned. “I can’t survive in jail. I’m not built for it.”
“Well there’s always another option.” She looked down at the gun by the killer’s side. He grabbed the gun and began deliberating in his head. Red and blue lights began flashing and downstairs they heard a police officer call out. A smile crept over Vallmodon’s face as she got an idea.
“How about this, you need more help and it seems to only be one officer right now. So when he gets upstairs, you shoot him and then you’ll have more time. By the time the other officers get here you’ll have made you decision.” He nodded in agreement. Vallmodon looked down the stairs and saw that the officer was about halfway up the stairs. She called out, “Get ready. He’s started to come up the stairs.”
When the officer came in before the killer was ready, he tried to raise his gun first but wasn’t fast enough against the officer and was shot dead. A wicked grin was plastered on Vallmodon’s face as she gazed upon the beautiful carnage when she felt the call for the centennial meeting. She sighed and teleported to the meeting. She walked into the building and stood behind her master’s left shoulder to watch other Deva’s discuss the orb.

Thaetol has silently given permission to the young God, Alarious would see soon as he was teleported out of the palace, thought, it could be read in a million of ways, Thaetol told him that way he was free to go, as he did that he once again spoke in the many of voices of all the souls who died to this exact date "I too shall do it" even thought he said that his presence still remained, silently watching Athanatos as if waiting to see if the God of Power would want to stop him

Korv-Pharn

"For those who wish to inspect the object themselves, a portal leading there shall be left open for a short while after this meeting." His presence winked out as a portal to the object appeared where his fake body had been, and left these words "If anybody wishes to discuss the matter with me, you know where to find me."

Next to the sphere, a portal formed, and an avatar of Korv-Pharn was formed. The avatar was just for many of the devas who wouldn't realize his presence without it there. As he did that, he also continued to make finite adjustments to the space around the object in order to ensure it did not mess with the rest of the galaxy.

Malum

A portal opened back to his throne room, a red whirlpool of space and time disruptions, and he disappeared.

Throne Room

Malum sat on his throne, contemplating his lonely plight. None to accompany thee in the realm of Ruination and Flame. The other God's viewpoints I have come to see, too judgemental even for them. They too believe in the prophecy that a mere mortal will ravage Hell and it's black plains, scouring with imprudence for every last soul and demon. If even they thought with only a slight that Divine rule needed preserving, then they would refute the prophecy. Thee desires company, peaceful company. An entity with which to converse with civility, as even the demons I don't see fit, they are too vested in their sole purpose. I need time, perhaps to create a new world, perhaps to create an entity.

Janik Deva Of Sleep, Dreams and Mind
Janik had practically slept the entire meeting, as usual. The Sleepy God was able to keep up with everything around him. Using his Mental powers he was able to make out Athanatos dismissing the meeting. Once both Titans finished talking the God Yawned. Sleepily the god stood up as he did he emitted the same aura when he first walked in. The feeling of sleep. Most Gods viewed Janik as a lazy god, who only slept. That didn’t bother Janik though. He emitted a grey light and once the light had dimmed down the aforementioned god had disappeared. He had gone to the mortal world, he had decided it would be a good idea if people slept. Not to mention the last time he had that idea the entirety of the Eastern Hemisphere had gone to sleep for a good five hours. So of went back into the mortal realm, sleepwalking.

Phobo Deva of Panic and Fear
The Deva quickly disappeared once Athanatos gave the word that they could leave. He went to the mortal realm, he had a job to do. It was pretty easy. Fear, for centuries he had given the humans their worst fears resulting in a panic. He had come to enjoy the humans being afraid of heights, spiders, and even the number 13. In a panic and of fear the mortals had given these fears a specific word, phobia. Anyway Phobo appeared in Paris, where for now he decided to wander the streets. It would remind him of the French Revolution where he reigned supremacy in that country for several years.

Panos Deva of the Wild
Panos finally stood up, he decided to leave, although not before bowing down to the Titan Gonz, Thaetol, and Finally Athanatos. With a scent of fresh rain and a feeling of the outdoors Panos disappeared, to the treacherous mountains of Nepal. That’s where he usually was whenever he was in the mortal realm. In the treacherous wild places the world had to offer.

Arkel Deva of Battle, Combat, Espionage, Trickery
Arkel had remained quiet during the meeting. He had found it an utterly waste of time. He hadn’t answered Iskandar not because he was trying to be rude but because the meeting had started once he wanted to answer him back. Iskandar has been right, a lot of his plans had been destroyed because of the meeting, but they were easily replaceable. He then turned to his fellow war god. “Say Iskandar how do you feel about starting WW3 down on Earth?”

As Khov-Pharn examined the sphere, he noticed it was slightly larger than last time. Originally the size of a baseball when it was discovered, it had now become the size of a bowling ball. Still no motion, no energy to sense, nothing. Nothing but total stillness.

Suddenly, Malum heard an ominous and unfamiliar voice. “Vagta calu’ minga,” said the voice. It’s as if the voice was coming from every direction at once but not like telepathy. Malum could tell it was of an ancient god dialect but it had been all but forgotten after millenia. “Vagta calu’ minga,” said the voice again.

Thaetol

Thaetol presence soon left the room as it appeared in Tibet, where a young man lied, he had fallen off of the mountain he wanted to get on top, yet some life still lingered, the young man felt Thaetol but saw someone else, as always, Thaetol appeared to every dying and all of the dying saw him differently, the young man apparently saw him as his mother and asked "Mom, is it you?" Thaetol sat near him and replied to it with only a "Yes" thought his voice was normal to the man it would be the voice of his mother, but, hearing this warm tears started to appear, Thaetol than said "Sleep, you have come a long way" the man then closed his eyes, and Thaetol knew the man just appeared in the Spiritual World as a new being.

Etheri, Goddess of Loss, Regression, Fading and Forgetting

Etheri skipped happily down the street when she spotted a cool looking restaurant that she had never tried before, something called 'Mac's Burgers'. Well, why not give it a try? She happily skipped inside. As she was sitting, a woman sudden came to her table carrying a tray of food and placed it before Etheri. "Um, what's this?" she asked. The woman gave an incredulous look, "It's your food. that you ordered." Etheri frowned, "No i'm pretty sure i didn't order anything..." The woman rolled her eyes, "Lady, i literally just took your order like ten minutes ago, you paid and everything!"

Etheri didn't like the woman's tone, but simply scoffed and took the food. Free food is free food, after all. As she ate, she could here the lady arguing with some the staff, "What do you mean 'who am i?' George i've been working here for eight years, stop joking around! Wait! what are you doing--?!" the woman was suddenly forcibly removed by local law enforcement who happened to be eating in the diner. Hmm, wonder who that woman was.... The woman continued to scream, 'I work here!' and George's name before finally taken out of the diner.

She enjoyed the rest of her meal, and left to explore the strange city outside, after all, she had yet to see what was beyond this diner! As she walked she happily skipped around the block, following the right turns of the sidewalk until she came across a cool looking restaurant she had never tried before, something called, 'Mac's Burgers'.... Well, why not give it a try?

Una, Goddess of Soft Whispers

Una dissolved into the wind and returned to the Mortal Realm via a secret portal that she didn't share with other gods. She let out a soft sigh as she began to delve into the soft whispers of the world, listening to all the soft spoken secrets that mortals told to themselves or shared with others. She smiled warmly when she heard the soft caressing words of a mother to her little baby girl. She also smiled as she memorized the entire hushed conversation two businessmen were having about their wives. Secrets and Soft Whispers was where she felt most comfortable, all the things that are missed or overlooked in the bustling world was hers to learn and keep, and occasionally share....

Listrin

Allowing himself to blow off steam in Mexico had clearly benefited him, as Listrin now felt at peace with the cycle once more. Rising from his meditative state, Listrin decided that he would do well to check in on his usual partners in work. Though most Deva did not consider the implications of their actions, certain individuals were far more clumsy or harmful than others, and Listrin often followed in their wake, tying together their work in a neat little bow. Falling back into Gonz's domain, he quickly found a took a portal to Paris, a favorite haunt of one of his usual allies, Phobo.

Listrin appeared sitting in a small cafe, in the form of a middle aged man. The presence of a woman half running down the street in a mild panic confirmed that he had made a proper choice. Raising his hand to a man that seemed to be the center of the small outbreak of common fear, Listrin said "Mon Ami! Aimeriez vous du café?" calling out to Phobo.

Comonos The Changer, God of Chaos, Corruption, Manipulation, and Intrigue

Comonos slowly paced the Blackened Plains located in the first level of hell, thinking and plotting while watching the flames of a bonfire in the distance. The screams of the damned could be heard even all the way out here from the fifth level and beyond, with the Changer relishing in their torment. Alas, however, his free entertainment would come to an end, as it was now time to get down to business. A meeting of all the gods was being held on Unera, as was the custom every 100 years. Comonos thought about skipping it to go have some "fun" with the mortals, but knew that now was not the time to piss off the King of the Gods. And so, he journeyed to the Palace of Olimpia, deciding to take the long path out of Beyond Unera rather than simply teleporting.

After trekking up Mt. Olimpia, Comonos arrived and simply leaned against a back wall near the entrance, one of his feet bent towards the wall while the other stood on the ground. He watched as the other gods arrived and mingled with each other before Athanatos began the discussion. After some time, a chill went down his spin as he suddenly felt a sense of coldness; realizing it was coming from the Titan Thaetol, he began to shrug it off. He then reached into his left pocket in his leather jacket and pulled out a pack of cigarettes and a lighter. He took out a single cigarette and lit it, lifted up his golden mask and began smoking; it was a habit he had picked up from the mortals after frequent interactions with them, one that he surprisingly enjoyed as a god. As Athanatos went on about this mysterious sphere that had been discovered, that even the Titans could not manipulate or otherwise destroy, Comonos's interest was peaked. Such an object could prove very useful for his grand plan, if it's primary function could be deduced. Comonos's eyes lit up at the prospect of utter chaos.

After the King of the Gods concluded the meeting, Comonos threw his cigarette on the ground and stepped on it, in blatant disrespect of the sacred ground that was Mt. Olimpia, and then turned towards Athanatos.

"So...something that even the King of the Gods himself can barely comprehend," Comonos said. "A rarity indeed isn't it, my liege?" Comonos then bowed mockingly before stepping through the portal.
