Magical Spells/Abilities:

• Shapeshifting - Skin-walker's have the natural ability to turn into, possess, or disguise themselves as an animal and thus take on its traits. The older, more experienced skin-walkers can do so at will, some even able to mix and match different animals or greatly enhance their own bodies.
• Animal Telepathy - A skin-walker can understand and speak to animals without talking, a simple glance is enough to transmit a thousand words.
• Phantom Step - Whenever out of sight, whether it be hidden in darkness, fog, or simply behind a wall the user can step between the veil and reappear a short distance elsewhere (so long as that place is also out of sight).
• Dark Arts - Damon is skilled in various ritualistic dark magics, from curses to magical wards or summoned phantasms, with the right resources Damon can perform a myriad of devious spells.

Bio: Damon, for all intents and purposes, is more akin to a lonely depressed teenager than an ancient evil witch. Not many of his kind remains, despite his attempts to spread his knowledge, Damon is likely one of the eldest skin-walker's alive. While his ancestors originate from Navajo culture, Damon was actually born in a place now known as Canada, some 500 years ago to his two loving parents. In one particularly cold winter, his parents passed away, Damon living secluded through history mastering his powers to survive. By chance, another witch from a group called the 'Whispers' encountered Damon, teaching him of the modern world and guiding him. Today, Damon works in a coffee shop in Seattle, but news of strange Meroitic tablets has just reached him.
Strengths: Dark magic, stealth/hunting, fear-tactics, teaching.
Weaknesses: Holy/anti-evil magic, starvation (eats a lot), large open spaces.
Goals: Keep witches, and thus himself, hidden.

New World buds! Same birthplace, relatively close ages, similar affiliations, competing powersets. Since Aldus' has travelled around fighting dark witches its not a stretch to say he's encountered other skin-walkers, too.

I was kind of distracted while making my post (watching My Hero Academia and the Patriots vs Titans simultaneously) but I wanted to at least set the stage for a possible fight between Arlo and Karina, which I hoped would make interactions between the coalition more tense. As of now, Karina backed off, but am I needed to do anything more to help progress the plot? Or is the remainder left to the Supreme and the decisions made in the meeting?

Age: Physically 21, Chronologically 150.
Magical Spells/Abilities: (go with any spell as long as you balance it out):
Vampire abilities-
Fangs: Being a vampire, Dea retains a pair of sharp, durable fangs in order to bite into a target when she's thirsty.
Slowed Aging: Vampires can retain their youth for extremely long periods of time, as seen by Dea resembling how she was at her early 20s despite being born in 1869.
Vampiric Offspring: Any child that is birthed to either a vampiric mother of father is nearly always guaranteed to emerge a vampire or half-vampire. This is to ensure the vampire species don't go extinct, though relics that can create vampires make this seem unneccessary.
Enhanced Strength: Vampires are exceptionally strong beings, being around the same level of raw strength as a gorilla. A measurement of Dea's strength set her finger pressure as 325 kg/cm2, with a punch measuring around 5,500PSI. Dea herself has extremely sharp fingernails that function as miniature claws to an extent.
Enhanced agility: Vampires are very agile, their speed having been likened to that of a cheetah. They able to jump several meters up in the air, and other demonstrations of agility and strength include casually hanging from a ceiling and leaping great distances.
High-level Regeneration: The body is able to live even after having vital body parts amputated. It will eventually regenerate and the body parts can reattach themselves through this healing. However, Vampires can still die if their brain is damaged sufficiently or severed, and a stored amount human blood is required for this to function. Vampires themselves have a special organ dedicated to storing human blood for this purpose, located between the pancreas and spleen.
Blood Sucking: Vampires consume the blood of living creatures to sustain themselves. Blood consumption will strengthen a Vampire and heal them if they were weakened before. In a severely weakened state, a Vampire will instinctively crave blood and may attack any victim to regenerate. They can optionally also consume animal blood and "haemoglobin supplement"
Enhanced Senses: Having been equipped with night vision equivalent to that of a fox, as well as the ability to determine someone's blood type by scent, vampires appear to have enhances senses.

Spells-
Vanilla Ice: A spell mastered by Dea allows her to freeze her own body parts to temperatures of -45°C (-50°F) and transfer the loss of energy by touch, causing her enemies pain in coming in contact with the freezing ice and even transferring the flash freezing effect to them. However, she cannot do this for more than 2 seconds.
Grateful Dead: Dea can create Zombies either from an unconscious human or the cadaver of the deceased. The Zombies are also strong creatures, but less so than their vampiric creator, having human durability, no healing factor and no capacity for magic. They will obey her and will relentlessly perform a specific instruction like chasing after a target, or coming back to Dea, or any miscellaneous order. Some zombies seem to be able to maintain their human personalities, notwithstanding a corrupted version of it due to their undead forms. Zombies are known for having a rotting stench, a monster-like appearance and an insatiable bloodlust for human flesh. The process of zombification involves transmutation of a small amount of vampire extract into one's blood vessels. However, witches can reject this process easily. However, a zombie also possesses weakness to sunlight and can be killed via decapitation, and once a zombie is killed, it cannot be resurrected again.
Rhinestone Eyes: Creates two pressurized fluid jets from the eyes, made from a section her spinal fluid. Strong enough to cut through a stone column, however, this will cause her dry and extremely irritated eyes that can only be replenished through consuming blood.

Other-
Mixed Martial Arts: Despite being unarmed save for her fingernails, Dea is a practictioner in many brutal forms of martial art to compliment her vampire powers, showing techniques seen in olden 18th century Rough and Tumble, as well as Krav Maga and prominently 'dirty' moves such as eye gouging and throat chops.
Throwing Knives: Dea carries a set of 6 Damascus steel throwing knives, which she can throw and utilise with a fair amount of skill.

Bio (a detailed paragraph will do): Dea was born in Birmingham, England around 1869, her father being a famed chef with a natural talent and professional attitude as well as a war veteran, while her mother was a fashion designer. In around 1877, they moved to the United States and settled in Texas, the girl being a notable showoff and thinking highly of herself, thirsting for attention and admiration amongst her peers, though in the rough town they resided him, there was alot of dangerous activity, and gunfights between policemen, criminals and vigilantes were highly common, resulting in Dea seeking protection by a cowboy by the name of "John Cranberry". Eventually joining the vigilante's gang in 1891, one day, she stumbled upon an old relic in a museum run by a corrupt businessman whilst on a mission to steal some items in order for them to gain money. Upon investigating the mask, a surge of dark energy went through her, knocking her out. She seemingly disappeared as constables arrived, however, but Dea then struck, getting her first meals and going on the path of becoming a woman of power, murdering her gang and killing her then abusive father (seeing his company go under in 1885 drove him into a state of drunkenness and anger, beating her and her mother.), before using the mask to forcefully transfer her mother into a vampire like her, so they could live forever together. She eventually took her proud funds in order to reside in an abandoned manor in Pennsylvania, moving in and living in isolation for several years, save for a few close friends and the occasional trespasser, honing her abilities as a vampire and also discovering her ability to harness the spark and being able to create zombies and freeze flash. However, upon hearing of the tablets, she decided to set her heart on claiming them, in order to improve her power greatly.

Strengths: Persuasion, aerobatics, literary knowledge
Weaknesses: Burns in the sun unless a special gel akin to sunscreen is applied to her skin, can be harmed severely by any UV or sunlight-based energy, allergic to silver, requires a constant source of blood to feed from, animal or human, fights unarmed besides a few throwing knives.
Goals: Retain as much power as she can through the tablets and become a wholly powerful entity, potentially even a leader.

Your character's pretty strong in my opinion, physically at least. I can rate your character against some of the others (especially the witch who specializes in killing Dark Sparks), as I was the one who made those matchups. And the IC has been linked already, so there's nothing for me to add there besides asking the OP to include it in the same section where the apps are

Well there was just a big break up of a major meeting of factions in the immortal community. If Aldus doesn’t get sent to faerie land, I’ll probably have him start making some phone calls and assembling a dream team to either nab the tablets to keep them away from the wrong hands, or atleast set up surveillance on which ever ones are floating about.

I've done prequels and sequels for RPs, so it's definitely possible. If you have a dedicated player base, it tends to survive more often

It's gonna be called Coven Wars, basically it takes place in Triora about 500 years into the past...a city in Italy infamous for being a cradle of witches, kinda like Salem. We all play as witches who either are coven leaders, coven members or trying to build a coven. You make alliances and fight rival covens in order to become the strongest witches in Europe.
