Age: 45

Planet of Origin: Dorado, a Feudal World
Years of Service: 27
Personal Weapons: Locke-Pattern Bolt Pistol
Rapier style Power Sword
Personality: Domingo is the typical spaniard. He's cocky, arrogant, and primarily self serving. It just so happens that he has a higher loyalty to Eldoro than himself. He has a bad case of spanish honor, mostly because he has found himself in command of the pride and joy of Dorado within the Imperium. He does feel a degree of empathy towards his men and he won't blindly charge a WAAGH!, but a slight against his honor will not be tolerated in most cases.
Bio: Domingo was born into a noble family on the feudal world of Dorado, in the capitol of Ciurilliante, which bustled with activity and spices from across the world. As a youth he paid homage to the Mejorey, worshiped Eldoro, and studied the military arts like most noble youth on the planet. Excelling ahead of his classmates, Domingo was brought together along with thousands of other bright minds from across the planet to become one of Eldoro's Chosen, a Conquisto. Conquisto were famed across Dorado, chosen by Eldoro himself and able to travel around the world in seconds, gifted with weapons from the angels.
The first thing they did with the newest recruits of the Conquistos was shatter their illusion of reality. Eldoro was a being known as the Emperor, and while his divinity was not in question, the Imperial Creed was a far different faith than the worship of Eldoro. The Conquistos were not defenders of just Dorado, but all of the galaxy, a vast cluster of stars and planets. The angelic weapons seen rarely in Ciurilliante were in fact just guns far more advanced than anything on the planet. Owing to his intelligence and prowess with a blade, Domingo was commissioned as a lieutenant to command a platoon of his fellow green soldiers. Dorado as a feudal world has little need of a PDF, instead offering it's men as a tithe to the Imperium and the Astra. Thus, Domingo and his men were quickly sent into the furnace of combat.
Against all odds, Domingo and his men were usually among the survivors of when the Conquistos encountered Orks and Eldar. Seeing success, Domingo rose up through the ranks, rising from Alférez, to Teniente, to Capitan, to Commandante. He now is in control of a whole regiment of Conqusitos, with eyes on rising even higher within the Militarum Regimentum.
NS Name: The Anarcho-Syndicalist Commune
Name of Regiment: The 34th Conquistos
Commanding Officer: Cmdt. Domingo Ruiz y Garcia
2nd in Command: 1st Capitan Lucia Santos y Cardiel
Planet of Origin: Dorado
Founding Date: 650.M37
Type of Regiment: Heavy Infatry, mix of Mortar units and typical Infantry
Number of Guardsmen: 80,000
Regimental Bio: The Conquistos were originally founded to deal with a problem. The Redemption Crusades were applying massive strain upon the Empire's normal recruitment worlds, and soon it became neccisary to start drawing a man power Tithe from the various Feudal, Death, and Feral worlds of the Imperium. Dorado made an ideal target. A large world with roughly 60% of it covered in land, split between two large super continents divided by a barrier sea, Dorado was particularly advanced for a Feudal World, lying roughly in the age of colonization technology wise and more importantly it held a strong belief in the Emperor, under the name Eldoro. It had a massive population, mostly split between the Doradans, natives of the Southern continent and the planetary rulers, and the Estines, subjugated northern natives that provided the labor backbone of the planet.
Contacting the Doradan Mejorey, the inner circle of the Doradan nobility were brought back into the Imperium's fold. From among the best young soldiers of each generation, Regiments of Conquistos would be recruited, the "Chosen of Eldoro" to defend their world and the Imperium. In return, the Imperium would ensure the stability of the Doradan Monarchy and their hegemony over the planet. Thus, the Conquistos became part of the Astra Militarum. As members of the guard, they were noted for their peculiar tactic of attempting to engage enemies in line battles. To the continued shock of many, this tactic worked, allowing the Conquistos to make a small name for themselves in the Imperial Guard for the past 3 millennia. The Conquistos are divided among their Regimentum into several sub-regiments and continue to mostly serve on the front lines to this day.
I'm likely to flesh out the Regimental Background more in the future. In the mean time, enjoy this picture of a Conquisto officer

So..
1. Just a nitpick but the Regimental Name would be 729th Keyvath
2. We aren’t really building these Regiments like the tabletop game, so that many lord commissars and commissars for a regiment of 1400 is literally insane unless it’s a penal company
3. Normally combined arms regiments aren’t allowed

2nd in Command: Major Dahlia Esposito
Planet of Origin: Elalia
Founding Date: 798.M39
Type of Regiment: Armored
Number of Guardsmen: 3,250
Regimental Bio: A refounding of an older regiment, the 66th received its training from the Forge World Elalia fed, Magmell, where they were instructed on the operations of their tanks and trained in their tactics by the tech adepts and Skitarii of Magmell. Since their training, they have largely been involved in pacification missions against rebellions, using their training in breakthrough blitz operations to overrun units with fewer armor units and inferior training. They have had two major engagements since their inception.
- The War for Drakken: A massive trench conflict between two coalition factions on a pre-modern planet that had been forbidden to outside forces by the Sector leadership until the war that had engulfed the population was resolved, arguing that the victorious faction was the better one and worthy of joining the Imperium. Chaos cultists, however, took advantage of the war that had been going on for several generations and turned one faction to their side, if not their religion. The Guard was dispatched to resolve the situation, however, the forces sent were largely light and line infantry, and while they made large inroads during the fighting the war was still dragging on longer than sector leadership could afford. Three regiments were requisitioned (2 armor and a mechanized) and deployed to the points of the heaviest fighting, with the 66th being assigned to the most fortified part of the opposing trenchworks. The 66th set to work immediately and performed one of the first large breakthroughs in 50 years, not unheard of in the conflict, but because of their armor and the enemies inability to counter Imperial armor with their own comparatively light armor, the breakthrough was held at the initial breakpoint by Imperial and local forces, allowing the 66th to continue advancing far into their own lines, even cutting off sections of the trenchwork from supply allowing other sections to be broken by loyalist forces.
- The Skrathian Blitz: A planetary governor decided to use his recent acquisition of an STC fragment in an underground ruin as a bargaining chip to deny the Guard it's tithe of men, believing that the STC fragment would give him enough power to bring them to the negotiating table. It did not. The 66th was deployed along with a unit from Magmell to recover the STC fragment and bring the Skrathian's in line. Fighting had already gone on for several months before the arrival of the 66th, and had been advancing steadily against the local PDF but the 66th was ordered to break through and secure several crossroads to facilitate a rapid infantry advance on two fortresses that were supplying the PDF front. Using what they learned on Drakken, the 66th applied heavy pressure on the PDF who had poorly maintained armor and inferior tactics to meet them with. Unlike Drakken where their advance was quickly supported, however, the Imperial lines on Skrathia were largely made up of PDF units who didn't defect with the governor and were similarly ill-equipped materially and tactically. This lead to the 66th advancing several days ahead of their nearest support and created a salient where the defector PDF had freedom of movement along a line the 66th couldn't manage all at once. A single Battalion was sent back in a fighting withdrawal to friendly lines and linked up with Skitarii forces from Magmell, leading a return assault with veteran support, allowing the 66th and their supporting units to take and hold their objectives, going on to lead the assaults on both fortresses, recovering the STC fragment for a Carborator.

Sex: Female
Planet of Origin: Mon-Terrava, Specifically the Hive City of New Tianburg
Years of Service: Technically 30 as all commanders are declared retroactively to have served from birth. A more helpful answer is 4 years in the Imperial Officer's Academy, and 1 year as an active service commander.
Personal Weapons: As is the tradition of Regimental Commanders on Mon-Terrava, she is not expected to fight on the front lines. Though she isn't stupid, and carries a handcrafted Fusion Pistol.
Personality: Overconfident, haughty, but with a surprisingly open mind for an Imperial Commander.
Bio: Born on the Imperial World of Mon-Terrava, as its name would indicate it is a world far from the light of the Emperor's gaze. While on the surface its noble castes might seem to stand similar to their counterparts on the millions of fellow Imperial worlds, the truth is far more complex. While she, like her mother and grandmother before her, laid claim to Imperial Titles, young Tiffany grew up watching Tau entertainment. When she was young her mother would bring her along to watch the races along the great tracks of Commorragh, and to see the magnificent relics of local shrines extolling the virtue of the 'Four Armed Emperor'. For on Mon-Terrava, trade was put far above the petty ideals of human exclusivity that so starved the Imperium of its resources.
As her teenage self toasted new slave contracts and enjoyed compliments on her pronunciation in Aeldari, she knew little of what the suffering in the backwaters of the Imperium might think of her. Even her meetings with the fat old Inquisitor in charge of the sector only lead her to learning of the teachings of the Xeno Hybris School of Inquisitional Thought, that Chaos not Xenos was the true enemy of humanity. To the young woman as she came of age, nothing was wrong with having a crush on her Air Caste Pilot, nor in the fact she was given invitation to enjoy a night at the Combat Arena of the Dark City alongside the heirs of a dozen Kabals. Even as she milled around in her secondary education she would take classes in classical Eldar Philosophy, and learn the art of Kauyon from old retired Gue'Vesa.

Regimental Bio:
Mon-Terrava's 88th Regiment is one of the strangest in the Imperium, though not in the same way as many other feudal or hive worlds with their style of troops. No, the 88th is odd for its vast collection of Xenos technology, mainly purchased from the Archons of the Eldar, and the Tau Empire. A smaller number provided by the Craftworlds, and Haemonculi Covens. Their varied, not to mention exceedingly expensive, equipment leans itself to an over reliance on firepower rather than raw numbers. Unlike other Guard units, the lives of each soldier is valued (By Guard standards anyway) with heavily constrained rules on the Commissars, and a large amount of Tau armour being purchased.
On Mon-Terrava this regiment, alongside dozens of similar ones, are used to support the Arbities in operations to crush any signs of Chaos Cults, and insure the population who speaks against the world's Xenos trading net is slaughtered. It is not infrequent for these soldiers to focus on non lethal strikes with their accurate weapons, taking alive prisoners for the small monetary bonus offered by their leaders. What happens to these captives once they are handed over to the Eldar is something that most Guardsmen would prefer not to think about, and instead focus their minds upon their new wealth.
Unfortunately, after some incidents with other Guard Regiments, those deployed offworld tend to dismiss their Xenos Auxiliaries. This has lead to the drafting of members of certain Imperial Cults who all but beg for representation in the Imperial Guard to better serve their strangely titled 'Cult of the Four Armed Emperor'. These cultists from the Mining Guilds are carefully screened for any sign of Chaos Taint, but their loyalty to the Four Armed Emperor (Declared by the local Eclesiarchy to be perfectly fine) seems absolute.

Number of Guardsmen: 15,250 (240 Towed-Basilisk Guns, 250 Ten-Ton Trucks, 20 Five-Ton Trucks, 10 Vox-Masters, 25 Vox-Casters, 50 Towed-Hydra Flaks )
Regimental Bio: The 108th Artillery Regiment was originally organized into ten artillery divisions, centralized and commanded by high-command of any given war. Over decades of attrition and bad luck on the fields of battle, the 108th Artillery Regiment has been reduced to a single artillery division.
The Asmen Campaign : The 108th Artillery Regiment is shortly formed after a cultist uprising within Hive City Jita, Ekura, and Eden. The 108th was moved across the vast wastelands of Hive World Asmen to Hive City Jita. The Siege of Jita took the 108th two years of periodic bombardment to break its defenses, allowing other regiments to do a direct assault on Jita. The 108th then has to defend Jita from counter-battery and counter-attacks from in-coming cultist army groups, forming a defense ring around Jita with other regiments. The 108th is forced to move as the defense live breaks, the assault on Jita fails as cultist commits to the counter-attack. The 108th is reassigned to the Siege of Jita, shelling the Hive City again, but now for another ten years. The 108th is relocated to Hive City Eden after Hive City Jita outer defenses is broke. The Siege of Hive Eden starts. The 108th shells Eden for ten years and the 108th is moved again after the defenses of Eden falls. The 108th arrives on the outskirts of Ekura, shelling starts once more. Three years is taken up by the constant shelling of Ekura. The 108th is now moved outside of Hive World Asmen to other battlefields after the Asmen Campaign.
The Okela Campaign : The 108th arrives on the Agri-world of Okela. A small Ork WAAGGGHHH is in process. The 108th is given the task of supporting regiments defending a small town (Jouvlen) on a strategic transportation and supply hub. The 108th stays at Jouvlen for five years before an Ork warband manages to encircle Jouvlen. Two divisions is lost before a relief is afforded after a breakthrough. The 108th moves to the defense of the Okela major space port with multiple infantry regiments. A year passes, the Ork has yet to break into the space port. The 108th assists in the outward push out of the space port. Three years later, the 108th is evacuated from Okela, one division are lost in the process.
The Nourvukaiken Campaign : The 108th arrives on Hive World Nourvukaiken. The 108th moves in to defense of Hive City June, assisting armored regiments southwest of Hive City June in battle against Orks. 108th moves to the east of June, covering the escape of infantry regiments. The 108th involves itself in the defense of Hive City June in the west wastelands, shelling Orks with the aid of armored regiments. Hive City June falls to the Orks. The 108th retreats to Hive City Shovale. The 108th and multiple other regiments are surrounded by Orks after infantry regiments fail to cover their retreat.
Three years later, the 108th is evacuated from Okela, five divisions are lost in the process.
For three months, the 108th desperately fights on. Relief is given in the form of a Guard Army Group breaking the encirclement. The 108th loses three divisions in the Battle of Shovale. The 108th is then shipped off to its next campaign.
