Diva would be the most likely, but Maurikael will have to pull a lot of strings to get her near him. What I see happening is that Maurikael has Jasmine masquerade as a servant, and she uses it then. She may use it on Xavi so Maurikael can have more control over the State Affairs ministry. For now, I think we'll stick with those two first, probably Diva

The target of Devil's Whisper would keep most of their personality. The target would try to accomplish whatever she wanted, but would do so their own way. Diva, for example, doesn't care for being Emperor, and if Jasmine was to use Devil's Whisper to do something, Diva would keep his reckless and gambling personality while still doing it.

I got the true ending on my first playthrough, now I'm helping my friend before I go on to NG+. I'm only 8 achievements away from having them all.
