With no objection, hopefully the motion to proceed to a vote would be waved through pretty soon, though at any rate, Raph was a little confused. Utah had never been on the list for the nuclear repository, and from what he understood of the discussions, the Democratic leadership didn't even want to go with the Nevada site either, which'd mean the nuclear waste would end up further away from Utah than originally planned. He decides to pen a letter.

Our side doesn't have any intention, that I am aware of, of putting the nuclear waste repository in or close to Utah. Please don't jam up the works, we're so close to the finish line here.
