1. The bounty thing is based off of a real squadron, so yes it is true.
2. Fixed that
3. The Wolf meeting was supposed to be held under wraps, but obviously the press got to know. It was publicly unclear what was discussed, but it was an attempt by Doyle to get a cabinet position, or at least be on good terms with Wolf to perhaps influence his foreign policy decisions. I based it off of Tulsi Gabbard's meeting with Trump and Bannon, which was widely used against her at the time.
4. I added unpopularity with young voters, since he can be a bit dated in his ways, and also the fact that he isn't obsessed with Wolf and the #Resistance, so it can be mischaracterized as "sucking up" to the president.

Character Information Sheet

NS Nation Name: Nikaton
Character Name: Brett Thomas
Character Gender: M
Character Age: 37
Character Height: 5'11"
Character Weight: 200
Character Position/Role/Job: U.S. House of Representatives NC-4th Dist.
Appearance: Average height but bit overweight, Brett makes up for it with piercing green eyes and a strong face.
Character State of Origin: Iowa
Character State of Residence: North Carolina
Character Party Affiliation: Democrat
Main Strengths: good at prepared speeches, intelligent, young, thorough policy writer and planner, passionate on the issues
Main Weaknesses: struggles with confrontation, poor networking skills, rumors that he once voted republican, prior substance abuse
Biography: Brett Thomas was born in Sioux City, IA to an upper middle class family. His father was a civil engineer who invested in local real estate and his mother worked in an HR department for an insurance company. Brett has an older ne'er do well half brother who is a vehement republican and perpetual job seeker who was a big supporter of President Wolf. He also has a younger precocious and religious sister who is a moderate supporter of the president. Brett lived with his parents and sister around the Sioux City area through elementary school. He had a good group of friends and showed academic promise but was a tad shy.

The first big life change for Congressmen Thomas was at the age of 12 when his father made the abrupt decision to sell all of his property and buy a hotel along the beaches of North Carolina. The decision was motivated partially from weather but mostly to avoid the father's abusive family and specifically his parents (Brett's grandparents) who craved his self-made wealth. The family was uprooted without much say from anyone but the father and there it stayed. The young boy was shell shocked and struggled mightily starting in a new middle school with no friends and hormones blazing among the student body. Brett never really got out of his shell while on the beach and this hampered and followed the boy into adult hood. He was bullied a bit in middle school and often didn't stand up for himself until pushed quite far. His parents stayed together, despite initial spite, and his sister prospered. His brother had remained in Sioux City as he had already been an adult at the time of the move.

Brett despite his social awkwardness was a smart child and attended NC State on a scholarship. There Brett remarkably emerged out of his shell and made a quick group of friends. The young man still struggled with confrontation but kept a good group of friends and did well academically. Brett now 18 began voting for the first time and was surprisingly a Republican in his younger years. The young man had been raised Catholic and privately maintained conservative views on abortion and economics at this time in his life, but he was not politically active or expressive in undergrad.

Brett graduated with a degree in history and after realizing he did not want to teach or be a barista, he decided to attend law school. Brett went to UNC law and struggled at first. By the end of first year Brett had developed alcoholism and often found himself drunk in class with a thermos of whisky in hand. Brett's behavior while drinking became toxic and he lost many of his friends and emerged as an outcast at his school despite some early progress. Brett rebounded through AA and even some confession and by the end of first year he righted the ship enough to pass through his first year.

After the tumultuous first year, Brett excelled in school, he took great notes, organized well, and was heavily involved with pro bono (volunteer) work on campus. While taking constitutional law, Brett saw his political views change, the young man had been socially liberal on many issues but the pro-life had always kept him on the swing between Republican and Democrat, but listening to Roe v. Wade and its progeny the young man found himself much more persuaded by the pro-choice arguments made, which actually sounded of law and not just religion, and this great switch lead the man into the liberal views he has today. Brett in his third year began dating his future wife, Renee, who as a staunch progressive imprinted some of these views upon Brett as well.

In Brett's final year of law school he was the leader of a student pro bono group focusing on handling cases by inmates claiming actual innocence from the crimes they'd been convicted of. Brett grew close with the attorney supervisor and project leader through this work and when she decided to run for state Attorney General, Brett eagerly volunteered to work on her campaign. This was Brett's first real political experience and he shined in the position, becoming a trusted speech and policy writer for the candidate and excellent organizer. The candidate unfortunately lost in the primary but Brett had became hooked on politics and had found a new passion.

Brett graduated from law school, passed the bar, moved in together with Renee, and got a job at a small but well established firm in Raleigh,NC specializing in special education and disability law. Brett loved the work he did, helping others and making a difference. It didn't pay the greatest but he made a good living and tried his best to invest well. Renee worked her way up into management at an optometry company and the couple married after two years together holding a wedding in the mountains of North Carolina. The couple honeymooned at a ski resort in Switzerland and traveled to Italy as well while there.

By his thirties Mr. Thomas was a partner, a locally active democrat, and father of two children. Mr. Thomas' work and family, along with his shyness perhaps, had led him to turn down previous positions to run for state or local office but in 2009 a good friend of his and prominent state senator was elected Governor of North Carolina as a democrat. The new governor had worked well with Brett before and insisted he take a position as attorney to the governor. Brett mulled it over and knowing he wanted to be involved more in politics took the position, knowing it was an important role yet out of the spot light. Brett enjoyed the role but the administration struggled to cope with and respond to the recession which lead to the governor's defeat in 2012 against then Congressmen Nathaniel Richardson.

Leaving the governor's office in 2012, Brett was quickly drafted by the local democratic chapter, of which he'd been an active member, to run for a state senate seat in District 15 in 2014. Brett bitter but still hungry to be involved running the state, agreed. The seat was heavily democratic leaning and would be decided in the primary. Brett gained heavy support from the local establishment, put his speech writing skills to good use, and gained key endorsements from prominent North Carolina leaders who knew him from his affiliation with the prior Governor. This allowed Brett to breeze through the primary with over 60% of the vote though he did struggle in the lone untelevised primary debate against a city official.

As a state senator, Brett Thomas gained notoriety for is vocal opposition of the socially conservative legislature, involving bath room bills and the like, pushed by the deeply republican house and lieutenant governor. Brett, who had previously interned in law school with the State Board of Education and worked in special education law, also became a major sponsor of education spending legislature that achieved some cross bench support.

Just prior to 2018, the 80 year old democratic prior 4th District Congressman decided not to run for re-election upon his diagnosis with Alzheimers. Brett Thomas as one of the more prominent and new young bloods holding office in the district decided to run for this seat. The primary election was a bit haphazard with the surprising opening and Brett found himself in tougher competition this time around. Brett gave good speeches and had strong local support but his debates never went better than above average as he struggled with direct attacks. It ultimately was Brett's well thought out policies and legislative plans which brought him to victory over opponents who lacked such clear cut ideas and plans of actions for their congressional tenure. Brett won the primary with 40% of the vote in the crowded race and then won the heavily democratic leaning general election with 59% of the vote.

After this 2018 election, Brett is now the representative in U.S. Congress for North Carolina's 4th district and eager to get to work on education reform, employment discrimination and benefits reform, military spending cuts, and a green new deal among other liberal objectives.

Other Info:
Brett's goals are to move up in the house rankings or eventually gain the governorship or a U.S. Senate seat.
Brett is a staunch liberal but is not prepared to go as far as the socialist democrats up New England and elsewhere.
Brett is socially liberal on all issues but takes a more pragmatic and negotiable approach to economic and spending policies

Character Information Sheet

NS Nation Name: The Free Land of Hypercapital
Character Name: John B. Schwartz
Character Gender: Male
Character Age: 42
Character Height: 6'3
Character Weight: 180
Character Position/Role/Job: Senator
Appearance: (Photo preferred, not required)
Character State of Origin: Native Louisianian, though lived for six years in Hawaii with his parents when he was a tyke.
Character State of Residence: Louisiana
Character Party Affiliation: Green Party
Main Strengths: Skeptic, Loudspoken (Baritone voice), Open-minded, Decisive, Focused
Main Weaknesses: His skepticism can also be taken as a weakness, same w/ his tone-of-voice, 'too wacky and fringe'
Biography: (Minimum 2-3 paragraphs)
Johnathan Boulder Schwartz, shortened to John B. Schwartz or John S. was born and half-bred in Louisiana. He was born on October 20, 1978. John B. Schwartz, even in his youth, questioned everything to the chagrin of his parents and community. His mother was a stay-at-home mom, and his dad went from job-to-job. John B. Schwartz married a woman named Elizabeth S. Sharppe. John B. Schwartz was strict when it came to his education, and 'pounded the textbooks hard,' in his-own-words. John B. Schwartz describes himself as: "A proud Rebel, enthusiastic, and devoted," and many of his Louisianian supporters would agree.

Johnathan's teachers loved him, though some thought he was overly-opinionated. Johnathan ran for the Senate because he wanted to 'challenge the Status Quo' and 'present the minority opinion.' John ran for the Green Party despite not having Environmentalist values/that ideology. Johnathan saw it as "Giving America a choice, and not just Democrat or Republican." Johnathan sees himself as "Running the South first-and-foremost, while offering America differences in viewpoint and ideology." Johnathan is one of the few that represent the Green Party's minority in American Politics, and is also eyeing the Presidency. John thinks he'd make a good presidential candidate because: "I never backed down from a fight. I'm not afraid to flip America on its face, and I stay true to my allies." Johnathan is Pro-Canada, and Pro-Taiwan, seeing it as 'spitting dirt in the Red Dragon's eyes and stopping Maoist expansionism." Johnathan is pro-Canada, seeing their politics as "Intriguing and giving many voices to many peoples," wishing the United States did so as-well instead of being Left or Right.

Johnathan is thought of as being 'too wacky and fringe' as he floated around conspiracy theories and some pseudosciences. He also is very pro-2A, and thinks the Second Amendment is more than just guns, but is an amendment for anyone who wishes to defend themselves in any way possible. He thinks every American should defend themselves, and have that right to.
Other Info:
John's slogan was "For the Betterment of The People." John's presidential slogan would be "Not just for America, but for Prosperity." John is pro-Education, though Anti-Common Core. John attended Debate Club and French Club, and is fluent in French, Chinese, and German. John has a conversational understanding of Spanish and Hawaiian.

John questioned most of Wolf's policies and decisions, but supported him because 'He has a good personality. Wolf's a man's man." Although having a Jewish surname, John B. Schwartz isn't Jewish or born to Jewish parents.

John defending his Pro-Confederate stance/opinions on TV: "Look, the South was for States' Rights. America depended on the South, but people should agree and think that our region [referring to the South] should have some more autonomy and leniency. The Battle of Gettysburg; the bloodiest battle was uncalled-for. It's perhaps the only point to support the Geneva Convention; to make War safer. Now, the South grew to be different from the North. The Southern Colonies were very rebellious also, so it was kinda foreshadowing this great Rebellion. Federalism is a flawed ideology, and this Nation doesn't represent the people. Now, we all know the Framers were or had Libertarian ideas. Infact, one said 'I do not support what you say or do, but I support your right to say or do it.' Most of my base is/was Louisianian, and Louisiana reflects the South as it also was majority-agrarian and a sugar-based State. Obviously, I do not support Slavocracy, but what the South did was justified. If Hawaii or Vermont or another state wanted to secede and in the 21st century, I'd support that too. It doesn't make me racist or sexist since this applies to regions and not me saying "Oh, if Louisiana is sugar-based, what's the matter w/ Sharecropping?"

Irl, Louisiana has a Libertarian party, so some third party sentiment does exist. Other than that, what state? Texas? Florida? It has to be Southern, it's a part of his character.

Pretty solid app, i'd like a bit more detail on his political stances, particularly guns and healthcare

Guns: supports universal background checks and no fly list bans (he's in a college town and urban heavy district so this stance should be fine despite it being a southern state)

Healthcare: favors an expansion of Obama care leaving private options. Wants tighter regulations on insurance and pharmaceuticals including drug price reductions

Education: reduced tuition, partial loan forgiveness and reduced interest, free two year schools but not four year

Environment: re-enter Paris, subsidies for clean energy, taxed on fossil fuels, ban on off-shore drilling and fracking

Budget/Tax: Raise corporate tax, lower estate tax exemption to tax more people, decrease military spending, increase social security spending and other proposed projects

Yeah, then lmfao, I might-as-well just start tf over. I like him in that position, it wouldn't make much sense if he were Mayor of a Louisianian city or town, or a political advocate-type figure. If realism's the issue, then it kinda-sorta makes sense as to why John B. Schwartz's char isn't realistic (though could be, w/ the way IRL politics are starting to go)

I know, but many Americans hate the two-party system and those politics and policies. The Green Party isn't a 'viable contender' obviously, but I don't want to be forced to be Libertarian or Dem/Rep. Honestly, the Libertarian Party 'looks' way better than the Greens.

Independents aren't 'viable,' but then again, Bernie Sanders is a thing irl. (though he's an Independent running for the Democratic platform)

John B. Schwartz

It's not about those parties existing, it's about how charismatic a person is that would make them support this or that party w/o supporting those policies or politics. I'd see Schwartz as an outsider candidate, a man of the people who isn't afraid to stand up for the minority. Though I based him off of Supreme, he's obviously not a Supreme 'stand-in.' I like the idea of weird and interesting candidates, like him or Tulsi or McAfee, even if I don't support the majority of their issues.

Yeah, then lmfao, I might-as-well just start tf over. I like him in that position, it wouldn't make much sense if he were Mayor of a Louisianian city or town, or a political advocate-type figure. If realism's the issue, then it kinda-sorta makes sense as to why John B. Schwartz's char isn't realistic (though could be, w/ the way IRL politics are starting to go)

we are a realistic RP, your character is not accepted as a senator but you can try and run him as one

Dent, you still up for Richardson to be interviewed by American People? I can TG the questions to you.

My overall account that I use for P2TM and even for international roleplaying! Character Information Sheet

NS Nation Name: The Free Land of Hypercapital
Character Name: Alyssa Shoemaker
Character Gender: Female
Character Age: 37
Character Height: 5'2
Character Weight: 102
Character Position/Role/Job: Political activist/advocate-type figure (see Mark Dice or Vermin Supreme or other irl activists)
Appearance: (Photo preferred, not required) Described as being very petite, though 'basic build' (ravenhaired/blue eyes/not too muscular)
Character State of Origin: Oregon (child-to teenage life)
Character State of Residence: Nevada
Character Party Affiliation: Democrat
Main Strengths: Ambivert, Orator, Engaging
Main Weaknesses: Not physically-imposing/threatening, considered to be "too good a speaker"
Biography: (Minimum 2-3 paragraphs)

Alyssa Shoemaker was born on June 10, 1983 to a father who was a policeman and a mother who was an educator. (Schoolteacher) Alyssa is currently single. Alyssa worked jobs in diners and shops, but she had an eye for Politics ever since she was young. She hated the idea that females couldn't be politicians, and never ever could be President(s). Alyssa worked the jobs she worked because she was mainly a C-student in School. She was an artsy girl, but she was never 'good' at Mathematics or Sciences. She was good in Arts-and-crafts or any artistic-leaning class. She also saw History and Politics as an Art. She supported and voted for out-of-the box candidates when she got older.

Due to Alyssa's dad being a cop, she supported the men-in-blue and security/anything dealing w/ Law and protecting others. Her schoolteacher mother was strict on her, trying to get her to go to Harvard or atleast any 'good college,' but Alyssa just couldn't. Alyssa was always ambiverted, and was considered 'too extroverted for a girl' but 'if she were a male, she couldn't be introverted enough.' Alyssa is Democrat, but supports and gives voices to 'weirdo' or 'odd' candidates. The reason why she isn't a card-holding Rep, is because she saw Republican females as 'too loudmouthed' and 'not classy' enough.

Alyssa always pushed the envelope, not just politically/ideologically, but even w/ her own art. She got along with other female peers, but hated the idea that a girl or woman was constricted to being a cook or working a desk-job or teaching. Alyssa didn't take Debate or Speech, though was a good speaker. She considers Public Speaking and Art to be one of her gifts, and although she wasn't an Honor Roll or Straight-A student, she considers herself to be Gifted.

Other Info:
Alyssa was born left-handed, but she taught herself to be ambidextrous. Alyssa was born to German-descended parents. Though Alyssa does have some 'feminist' ideas, she doesn't see herself as a feminist. Alyssa's name is just 'Alyssa Shoemaker,' she doesn't have a middle name. She identifies more with her region and less with her state or country, seeing herself as Cascadian or Pacific Northwestern.
She has long hair, though wears it in a pony-tail or bun most of the time.
Alyssa does 'carry,' she conceals a Glock. Specifically, she was from Portland, Oregon and then moved either to Carson City or Las Vegas, NV when she got older.
Alyssa knows English Sign Language since she lives in a region of the US where there's more hearing-disabled people, this can be considered another strength. She doesn't know French or German or any other language though, and this can be interpreted as another weakness.

She's not pro-education (based on her youth and issues w/ learning) though isn't 'anti' and is more 'education-skeptical.'

She didn't support [not-McCain] but she supported [not-Palin] even though she was most likely to support anyone from the West anyways.

Pro: 2A, Israel, South Korea, Canada, Cascadian independence (but wouldn't vote for it, surprisingly enough), the Splitting/partition of Texas (though into ten states and not four or five or three), Hongkong and Tibetian Independence, Wolf and 'Wolfism' as a whole, Belgium splitting into Wallonia and Flanders, Catalonian independence, Independence/disbandment of the United Kingdom, Puerto Rico and Guam becoming states, Keystone pipeline, Uranium and Nuclear Power, Technocracy (not a technocrat, but leaning towards Technocracy though)

Unsure/skeptical: Mexico, France, United Kingdom (history-wise and their Queen), Russia (and Vladimir Putin as a whole), State of Jefferson, Civil War (says it split the country even to this day, and that Americans should be more whole and united. She's not anti-Southern Independence though.), Abortion (she's on 'the fence'), Environmentalism/Veganism and Vegetarianism, Hunting, Religion and Christianity, Feminism.

Anti: Ukraine ("Why are they depending on US? We have too many nations depending on us!" ~ Alyssa S.), Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Iran, 'Palestine,' China (and Xi Jinping as a whole), European Union (because of Greece. She believes they should've helped Greece w/ their Economy.), Islam, [Not-Sanders]
