We are also shaking the format up a bit from the last one, which was something of a beta test.

Michael De Santa is right. Hypocrisy is civilization's greatest virtue.

Character Age:65
Character Height:4'11
Character Weight:100 pounds
Character Position/Role/Job: Representative of Maine's first congressional district.
Appearance: (Photo preferred, not required)looks like the amish man shown in https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.spokes ... ontent=amp (don't bully me im stupid and can't copy images)
Character State of Origin:N/A, Born in Cardiff, Wales. Lived in Skowheegan ever since he was 3.
Character State of Residence: Maine
Character Party Affiliation:Republican
Main Strengths:generally seen as acceptable, not a radical nor too much an old fogie, but still a little bit of an old fogie
Main Weaknesses: Support generally unethusiastic, total opposition to abortion makes him deeply controversial. He is on viewed as only partly American, as he generally prefers to speak welsh to english and always has a thick accent. Even among his supporters he is generally not seen with much enthusiasm, and combined with his extremely lax views on gun control he is near universally despised outside his district, and he only won in the first place due to a contentious three way race.
Biography: (Minimum 2-3 paragraphs)
Born in Cardiff in 1955, Morgan's parents emigrated to Maine to find better job prospects. Morgan was a thoroughly average student and passed with straight B's through High School. Graduated with a Bachelors degree in Forest Management from a literal-who college which is located in Canada. Morgan married an Abenaki woman at age 25 and has 3 daughters with her, but they never make public appearances. Morgan grew increasingly disgusted by abortion law gradually liberalising and became incredibly jaded after Roe v Wade was passed. He worked as a Forester around the woods of Skowheegan.
Upon the retirement of his congress rep, on a slightly alcohol-induced action he registered as a candidate for the Republican party. He railed against abortion and the degradation of " American values and basic human dscency".

Winning 37% of the vote, he narrowly beat out the democratic and independent candidates(who both got about 31% of the vote) in an unexpected upset. A recount was called, however Morgan still narrowly beat out his opponents. Morgan gleefully announced his victory in Skowheegan town hall, but few attended due to him never actually announcing it as he expected to lose. Morgan is largely seen as a Catholic nut job by democrats and a turncoat by republicans, and his reelection prospects are grim if either party decides not to contest his election.
Other Info:walks with a cane, magnificient neckbeard. Never wears a suit and always wears slacks and a plaid shirt. Has long hair in a man bun hidden by his straw hat

We already have a character from Maine’s second district, and since we are going off of the real life composition of the House, your Representative would have to be a Republican or Democrat

Could be an independent senator that caucuses with the Republicans.

Washington, maybe?

Also, I just realised how underrepresented LGBT characters are in this RP.

We've already got a Governor of Washington. Also, there is at least one bisexual I can think of and I'm pretty sure he's not the only one. But on the whole, LGBT persons are pretty underrepresented in the US.

so I have to make 3 apps

Democratic Governor of Louisiana (I'm thinking a socially liberal, but fiscally conservative woman)

Republican Michigan Senatorial candidate (Bernie Porter, Justice Cramp hybrid aka Very socially conservative, and economically corporatist)

And a Democratic Governor of Michigan (socially liberal, economically socialist son of the Republican Michigan Senatorial candidate, possibly gay)

You could apply for the candidate that will replace Levi in the Minnesota Senate seat in 2020. If he or she is socialist/progressive they would receive the support of Levi.

Also, I would like to reserve the Mayor of Las Vegas. I'm working on an app currently, but it's going slower than I thought.

Just keep going with Meredith for a bit then take it one character at a time
