Biography: (Minimum 2-3 paragraphs)
Born in Cardiff in 1955, Morgan's parents emigrated to Maine to find better job prospects. Morgan was a thoroughly average student and passed with straight B's through High School. Graduated with a Bachelors degree in Forest Management from a literal-who college which is located in Canada. Morgan married an Abenaki woman at age 25 and has 3 daughters with her, but they never make public appearances. Morgan grew increasingly disgusted by abortion law gradually liberalising and became incredibly jaded after Roe v Wade was passed. He worked as a Forester around the woods of Skowheegan.
Upon the retirement of his congress rep, on a slightly alcohol-induced action he registered as a candidate for the Republican party. He railed against abortion and the degradation of " American values and basic human dscency".
Winning 37% of the vote, he narrowly beat out the democratic and independent candidates(who both got about 31% of the vote) in an unexpected upset. A recount was called, however Morgan still narrowly beat out his opponents. Morgan gleefully announced his victory in Skowheegan town hall, but few attended due to him never actually announcing it as he expected to lose. Morgan is largely seen as a Catholic nut job by democrats and a turncoat by republicans, and his reelection prospects are grim if either party decides not to contest his election.
