It hit hard in the urban areas especially. Areas he needs to broaden his appeal in to beat Brookshire. It makes sense to me.

I think it might just be good for Rockefeller since he'd be able to harvest the black vote through an aggressive "return to normalcy" presidential campaign. Obviously he's not going with it in Kentucky, but I was wondering if that might help him.
