We probably need it, given the mess going on in real life politics.

Absolutely nothing is happening that is affecting anyone directly. Nothing will happen except a nadir in Iranian-American relations, which is what we’ve been used to for 50 years now.

I agree that the WW3 claims are a pretty big overreaction, but given that we're already deploying 3500 more troops to the region, I wouldn't say that no one is being directly affected.

He literally just hit by an American missile, I'm sure he's still unaffected. Not snarky, just sarcastic.

Very early. If I were Winthrop, I would've waited a while longer.

Has Republican polling come out already? Even without my character, I'm interested in seeing where things are.

I'm not. Winthrop and Westra come from the tradition of Berniecrats, which is far more confrontation and hostile towards moderate Democrats than, say, Warrencrats, who more fit into the Davenport mould.

Don't forget the imminent Sharansky endorsement which he achieved by basically bribing her – politics as usual.

Oh yeah, he totally bribed Sharansky. She seemed more the Little type ideologically.

This, Winthrop has always seemed much more similar to Murphy than Westra. I never expected Winthrop to support anyone who wasn't Murphy, Westra, or not-Sanders, and while I could see she was definitely liking the idea of endorsing Westra because of all the policy programs released, I definitely didn't expect her to straight-up endorse him, especially this early on, I assumed Murphy was still in the running to get her endorsement

If anyone needs Vohoffsky, just send an email/text/call/whatever. I'll work on Steinitz's opening as I wait for his app to be approved.
