Hmm, did the public take the discovery well? I mean, the impact on what may potentially be a religious site of Val, and the potential to explore the infamous ruins that may be full of wealth, could be very bad. The Shamans wanted to keep it secretive to prevent any fracturing in both faith and also to prevent the foolhardy to desecrate the ruins.

What I want to do is station troops in my protectorate so they can focus on production but if they need to build barracks to maintain my troops then it certainly puts a hamper on things.
