Any number of pops can be moved between settlements in a year; at the cost of 5 Public Order per pop.

Pops may move up to 5 Wealth a year, but only two resources. Bulky bags and sacks of goods take a deal more space than gold and trinkets.

Well, I did send them back. The Dominion doesn't even recognize the Cartel as a sovereign state we see you in the same vein as the midnight pirates.

I really think we can move to the next era after 8 turns or so. We’re still in the middle of the black Sails event chain.

If we are to do the next iteration I would hope the vampires have some great control over Midnight and maybe have torn it down or carve their influence into fiefdoms of a whole confederation. A giant middle finger for the two centuries of tyranny that Midnight had caused everyone. Hell, maybe even have a puppet on the Obsidian Throne and show that the Ancestor-Spirits finally have their vengeance in blood and usurp the night from those that claim it so.

Meanwhile, I've gone back to the previous iteration of this and edited and retconned my former posts making the elves more lore-friendly.

No more psychic, and telekinetics XD I know no one will go back to read them, especially since I rushed, but it helps bring me peace of mind and that's all that matters to me at least
