You have the best advantage, because your natural spylike, you could infiltrate Gs society without much penalties. Maybe you lose a vampire circle, but not much compared to the rest of vampire society. However if your cowardly demeanor carries over to your vampires, you could easily be betrayed by a cunning vamp who chose to serve G instead of you.

Kinda awkward when you have the midnight on his doorstep. Should have left a "on vacation" sign.

Such is their heritage.

I know vampires are faster and more durable/able to regen than humans or elves but how far does that extend and are they stronger than a couple of them or is it just those two stats?

Well, a vampire can easily outrun a human over even short distance, and moves with agility equivalent to peak human performance. Their regeneration varies, but having freshly fed, they can recover from wounds that would kill a man within a few hours. Strength isn't explicitly something they excel at, though obviously the feral rage of a vampire hunting will allow it to block most pain and even ignore damage from overexertion to its own muscles for a time, so that again would put them around peak human performance.

Is there anyway to start selectively breed stronger versions or those who are more magically/intelligent? Like other breeds of vampires that make them more specialized in their covens?
