Oh, also, Game and others - remember that Slaves explicitly double resources from one Quarter, not Food or Science or Industry or anything like that. They're great for mining ore, or harvesting cotton, but not for farming and research.

Yes, I will be mostly recruiting humans first then pick a handful to establish a core then have them spread out and form other cells to expand our reach.

Give them events that put the nation into great peril like everyone else.

The issue I see is that there are to little "great powers", two to be exact. While everyone else is stuck a tier one, only capable of dealing with the threats in front of them.

I don't think Fastaqui and the Hierarchy can really be compared at all. The Hierarchy has almost 100 pop between all her cities, and Fastaqui has only 23 pop and half as many cities.

The Hierarchy's only contender was wiped out by a series unfortunate events. And I should note that I believe Serrith was around for about as long as the Hierarchy, even if it was an NPC for a short while.
