For Serith you could try Umilu Tempest. Names tend to go by natural elements for the Serrins from my observations. Find one or two elements and mash them into a name then you got a new (last) name.

Transforming the plants of Xcotl? Hm, difficult, given I don't recall her having anything in particular. I'd sell you access rights for studying Cotton Domestication and transplanting it for, say, 40 Food.
