Hero APP:
Name/Alias: Sharon Carter/Agent 13
Age: 39
Gender:Female
Appearance:
Personality: While she is no longer as idealistic as she used to be when she was in SHIELD (on the goal of keeping the world safe), she's still idealistic on her goal of restoring SHIELD, at the very least. Friendly, pragmatic, and quiet a talker, in a good way.
Faction: Agents of SHIELD
Backstory: Backstory : Sharon Carter was born in Richmond, Virginia. Her father was Alexander Carter, nephew of the famed Peggy Carter of S.H.I.E.L.D, and Alexander himself was also a member of the same organization, though he was less of field agent and more desk agent, a far cry from his aunt. But he was fine with the position, since he took it ever since he had a child. Her mother was Amanda Hanson, whom Alexander met while on duty in France. Sharon grew up to be a fine daughter, as Amanda and Alexander taught her to be independent of her choices in life. It seemed that Sharon had the similar future just like her aunt and her father, who were both served in the S.H.I.E.L.D. As it was, it was just a matter of time.
Sharon eventually graduated from UCLA, top graduate in Psychology. She was seen as a top recruit as well, since when she joined S.H.I.E.L.D, she became the top recruit. As it stands, her career in the organization was supposed to be one that is bright. Instead, Nick Fury's resignation, and followed with Black Widow's "suicide" proved to be the undoing of S.H.I.E.L.D.
Sharon, by that time, was a respected agent known as Agent 13. The disarray of the organization put everyone in the organization in unemployment real quick. Fortunately, Sharon had cultivated a number of connections in her time as an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. Therefore, she secured a job as FBI agent, stationed in New York and working within the Mutant Case division, one that handles mutant-related cases. In secret, she organized the remaining members of S.H.I.E.L.D that still loyal to the organization to formed up the remnants, named SHIELD. In time, she hoped to form to Avengers once again, if she could...
Powers/Weapons/Tech:
She is armed with Glock 23 semi-automatic pistol and a HK MP5. But as Agent 13 (only in SHIELD operations), she wield HK 416 assault rifle, 2 EMP grenades, a flashbang, and a Vibranium-coated knife, as well as given an extra armor.
Weaknesses: She is currently facing difficulties on restoring SHIELD to even an efficient underground group due to the lack of resources and agents, and thus facing very limited options on dealing with operations/battles, usually forcing her to do it alone.

- Expert firearms training

The App:Villain APP:
Name/Alias: Rivers – The Shadow
Age: 14 - 15, Rivers can't rightly remember his true age.
Gender: Male
Appearance:
As himself. Rivers can be described as a scrawny generally unimposing kid standing at a mere 5'2'' or roughly 158 centimeters. His eyes have been described as unusually dark brown with some even considering them pure black. Other than that though, his appearance is nothing too special.
The Shadow. It has no truly defined shape. Sometimes it appears as a silhouette of a person, thus its namesake. Others times it can be nothing more than a chaotic mass of misty smoke. In truth the shadow can take form of whatever it desires, although its shape appears to reflect the emotions of River himself. Rarely will the shadow choose to willingly overtake river and manifest itself in reality but when it does the shadow it can be identified by its dark-gray almost black misty appearance. Something Rivers has managed to learn is the shadow can only come out at night or dimly lit areas. Rivers refers to the Shadow overtaking him as “Blacking-Out”.
Personality: Originally from a small Rural Town, a metropolis like New York is imposing for Rivers to say the least. Between this the demands of the shadow and his increasingly insomniac state, and Rivers could be described as simply tired. His view of right and wrong has largely been skewed by the shadow and can simply be summarised as: "the end justify the means" just his means. That being said Rivers, or rather the Shadow, has the perfect disguise as a mere civilian. Thus there's no reason to draw attention, Rivers is generally quiet and tends to just stay out of others way if he can. His only focus being his own or rather the Shadows ultimate goals. Of course working with others to further said goal is entirely out of question either.
Faction: None as of yet.
Affiliation: It didn't take long for the Mafia to "pursuade" Rivers to work for them in exchange for their protection. Rivers initially wanted to refuse but the Shadow, it saw some benifet out of this arrangement. Wether Rivers stays with the Mafia only time will tell.
Backstory:Everyone has their stories and folktales about their town or cities. Especially in small rural towns, weather it be due to a skewed historical event, mass hysteria, or simple warnings to reign in the unruly. Usually thought that's all they ever amounted to. Fantastical tales of fiction and imagination to spice up the ever calm and slow paced lifestyle of small rural communities. This was the case for the Sleepy West Virginia town of Ashevillle, the hometown of Rivers. Then known as Cashton Rivers, he had hardly known anything beyond the mountains and hilly forests that surrounded the small town. For him his world practically was Asheville. The epic tales of so called Superheros, mighty villains, otherworldly beings and gods all battling out? They were just another layer of tales and stories that only filtered into the town via the news and spread among as gossip.
The only real notable thing in his early life had been his reoccurring nightmares. No matter what he or his parents did to ail the night terrors, they never left and they were always the same. As he describes it it was as like some sort of shadowy figure chasing him in a myriad of woods, never ceasing until Rivers would eventually wake up, often in a cold sweat. The outcome of this chase never being revealed. Everyone has nightmare yeah, and for a while both Rivers and his parents thought it would just be a phase. Problem was these nightmares lasted well beyond his early childhood even when most of the other kids got over their own nightmare phases. As time went on the nightmares only got stranger soon enough the shadow would take various different shapes and in some dreams it would even even speak to him. Seeing these night terrors as a problem to the point of physically affecting Rivers health via Insomnia, his parents would take him to the local clinic in hopes of some sort of medical treatment. Of course the small town clinic wasn't exactly prepared to deal with “chronic nightmares”, but they did point Rivers' family to a potential lead.
Everyone had heard of Oscorp Industries, even in small town Asheville West Virginia. While many may not have liked it, ultimately it was companies like Oscorp that provided many of the everyday technologies and products used in places like Asheville. So the idea of seeking out help from an Oscorp affiliated research-medical facility was not only acceptable, it was encouraging for River and his family. Surely if anyone could help him Oscorp Industries would be it. Right? It was a long shot and there was no real guarantee it would help Rivers' problem at all but with nothing to loose and the alternative being a lifetime of insomnia and nightmares the choice was pretty simple.
The idea seemed simple enough. All Rivers had to do was well...sleep. Or at least sleep with a bunch of medical monitors connected to his head. Supposedly the researchers had discovered a way to analyze a person's sleeping patterns to the point they could physically study dreams. As they explained it to Rivers, with this new method and technology they could track and isolate the cause of the nightmares and...well... “erase” the memory from which said nightmare manifested in his mind. In theory this would allow his mind to replace the empty memory with a new one effectively overriding the Shadow that had been the cause of Rivers' woes. That was the idea anyway. It just didn't work out. Rivers doesn't entirely understand what happened that day. All he knows is that something went wrong. The Shadow. The nightmares. They didn't stop they only got worse. The Shadow, it somehow escaped his dreams and seeped into his mind manifesting itself as apart of Rivers' mind. It had become a sentient entity and soon enough it was talking to Rivers, guiding him controlling him. Rivers can't remember much else beyond that. Its all just one giant haze in his mind. All he does know is that the Shadow speaks to him. It wants to grow. It wants to manifest itself in the mind of others. Wether they be willing or not. The weirdest part about it, is that Rivers feels a great compelling desire to help the shadow in this goal. Whatever it may cost. The Shadow "consuming" Rivers giving him his first blackout, the shadow has forcibly led Rivers to New York.
Powers/Weapons/Tech:
Toxin Smoke – An ability that seemingly emerged with the shadow; Rivers can conjure and manipulate trails of harmful smoke. Appearing to manifest its properties from Rivers' nightmares, this smoke can be harmful if inhaled or makes contact with exposed skin. The smoke can either cause asphyxiation or induce exposed individuals into a trance like state feeding them illusions of their fears.
Evaporation – Rivers can temporarily allow the Shadow to overtake him and seemingly “evaporate” into a mist like state from which he can reform into his physical state elsewhere. Holding no real harmful properties in of itself, this state can either be used as a method of escape or create a thick haze of smoke capable of limiting vision of others or disorient them after a while. This state also allows Rivers to access areas he might not otherwise be able to. ( For example slipping into an air vent to enter another room, or the cracks of shoddy flooring.)
Minor Telepathy – Just as the shadow acts as another voice in Rivers' mind, so too can Rivers project his own thoughts in another. He can also read others thoughts though this is admittedly much more difficult to achieve.
Weaknesses:
Heat – For reasons still unknown even to Rivers himself warmer temperatures seem to drastically weaken both himself and the Shadow. If a temperature is hot enough it can outright prevent the shadow from manifesting and consequently render Rivers powers inert.
Symbiosis – The Shadow needs River and consequently Rivers needs the shadow. While River can take a good hit or two, perhaps the result of the shadows manipulations, if he is heavily wounded it will reflect in the shadows abilities as well. If he is severely weakened then the Shadow and its powers will be rendered inert. If the shadow grows quiet in his mind for too long Rivers will begin to exhibit extreme Anxiety.
Reverse Telepathy – While Rivers posses the ability of telepathy, seemingly of his own ability, it requires his mind to “open up” with whoever he connects with. This has the repercussion however of allowing someone else to tamper with his own mind if not careful.
Skills:
Athletic - Before everything, when he was still in Asheville, Rivers had always enjoyed running. Wether it was on the local school track field or in the surrounding nature, there's just something about pushing himself and seeing how fast he can go that's liberating to him.
Reflexes - The streets can be a rough place. While Rivers isn't exactly brawling material he has learned how to anticipate and avoid incoming attacks. Admittedly at the cost of a few good beatings.
Pickpocket - Pickpocketing isn't just stealing. It's an art, and all about the reflexes. Speed, timing, knowing what to and not to take, and when to bail can mean the difference between a profit and a nice punch in the face.
RP Examples: Soon to come!
Extra Information
The letter Y, or symbols similar in appearance (such as the greek lambda), can cause anxiety in Cash. This has gotten to the point he will intentionally try to silence the letter in words or avoid certain words altogether.
He also has a slight annoyance with the number 25 causing river to grow moody if he sees the physical number too long. Curiously River seems to exhibit a great appreciation for the number six.
Day Job:
Unless the Shadow is directly guiding him, or he is working with the Mafia on small jobs like drug running or playing Messenger, River can often be seen wandering the streets. Sometimes aimlessly other times engaging in petty crimes such as pick-pocketing and thievery to make ends meet.
Living place:
Rivers if capable of sleeping will try to squat where he can. Be that a back alleyway, an abandoned building, or simply a bench in one of the parks. Rivers doesn't trust himself or the Shadow to really settle down anywhere for too long especially not when he sleeps and might have a “black-out”. However he will usually try to stay in or around parks, reminds him of home you know.

Name/Alias: Sharon Carter/Agent 13
Age: 39
Gender:Female
Appearance:(Image)(Image)
Skills:
- Expert combat training
- Expert firearms training
- Espionage training
- Psychology background

Faction Name: Agents of SHIELD
Nature: Switching roles between heroes and vigilantes, but due to the status of SHIELD as an official agency at the moment, they are more vigilantes than heroes.
Leader: Sharon Carter
Secret Base: A big-sized basement, extensively equipped with civilian-outfitted computers and police-grade communications to watch over the police's communication channels. There's a small-sized gun racks. Currently there are 11 agents (including Sharon herself), 5 works in the communications and the other 5 in various roles, non-communications. Most agents are those who Sharon able to recruited/convinced, half of them were SHIELD recruits, the other halves were average/veterans.
Goals: Restoring SHIELD to the official status and size, keeping Queens safe to their furthest capacity. (yes, just Queens.)
History: After the fall of SHIELD due to Nick Fury's resignation and Black Widow's "suicide", the organization as a whole went into disarray. Sharon managed to took few resources and built the SHIELD as an agency under her oversight with a base underneath her house. However, the limited resources took the toll and turned into almost nothing as Sharon worked hard to established a small SHIELD organization. As of now, their resources entirely depends on jobs the members took publicly, as well as whatever resources from SHIELD they have left. Fortunately Sharon managed to recover a SHIELD tactical ops suit for her and several others for her underground, non-sanctioned organization.
I guess will be working together, Director Phil Coulson Shield South East. Nice to see you again agent 13.The Democratic Marxists wrote:

Name/Alias: Riri Williams/Ironheart
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Appearance:(Image)(Image)
Personality: Super intelligent, nerdy, introverted in real life but a confident hero, strong leader
Faction: The Champions
Backstory: Riri was a teen genius. She was enrolled as an engineering student in MIT at only 15 years old, her idol being Iron Man. She even had a chance to meet him once as a young girl at Science Olympiad competition. However, when Tony Stark died, Riri wanted to do something more. She wanted to be a superhero like him. She constructed a suit of armor similar to Tony's, but better; the suit was faster, more durable, and battery life lasted longer. However, she constructed the suit using stolen tech from the university. When campus security knocked at her door, Riri fled while wearing the suit, never to return to Boston.
She landed up in New York. For the past year she has been trying to jumpstart her own superhero team, the Champions; Amadeus Cho is already a recruit. She isn't interested in the Young Avengers as she sees them as disjointed and disorganized. She is particularly interested in recruiting Kamala Khan and Ben Reilly. Riri's identity is secret to the public.
Powers/Weapons/Tech: Her armor is her main source of weaponry and tech. The armor has longterm flight capability, enables Riri to lift 3 tons, has missiles, can fire repulsor blasts and repulsor grenades. She has created an AI system modeled upon Tony Stark; the AI can take automatic control. Suit Materialization; the suit can form around Riri. She can unibeam blast. She has blades for close combat in her suit. Her AI can scan situations and find cloaked individuals.
Weaknesses: Riri has no fighting capability outside her armor and is actually quite weak in real life.

Name/Alias: Amadeus Cho/Brawn
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Appearance:(Image)
Personality: Super intelligent, nerdy, confident, cocky, sometimes angered easily
Faction: The Champions
Backstory: Amadeus Cho was a Korean-American born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. Above average was insufficient to define this extraordinary teen. His parents Helen and Phil emigrated from South Korea before he was born. They had quite a passion for historical names, something they showed the moment they had to name their two children named after the composer Mozart, and a daughter, Madame Curie Cho, called Maddy for short. The Cho's lived a normal and happy life, but Amadeus showed from his very childhood that he was different: he was incredibly smart for such a young boy, and learned a lot of things by himself, becoming highly cultured and increasing his already remarkable intelligence. Helen supported her genius son and tried to go along with his talent. The more Amadeus grew up, the more his parents realized he was a genius.
Amadeus started interning for Bruce Banner's research center, working closely with Doctor Banner. Bruce trusted Amadeus so much that he started working with the kid to remove the Hulk from his body. Amadeus succeeded in extracting some of Bruce's gamma powers, but Amadeus injected the serum into himself when Bruce went missing. Thus Amadeus became Brawn, a controlled version of the Hulk. Amadeus met fellow genius Riri Williams at a Science Expo. She confided her secret identity to him when they started dating, and soon he joined her superhero team.
Powers/Weapons/Tech: He can lift 50 tons, 100 tons if he loses control. Is bulletproof. Can run 80 mph. Can jump high. Super durability.
Weaknesses: Amadeus locks away the full potential of his power in order to avoid succumbing to the angry side of Hulk. If he uses his full power, he isn't in control of his actions and innocents can die.
Skills: One of the smartest people in America; knows everything science, specializes in biochemistry

Yeah, Christian... I'm making a Co-Op call and saying you don't get Hydra. You've claimed some incredibly powerful characters, then done practically nothing with them. I think Hydra should be taken by someone with a little more imagination
