Backstory: Agent Coulson was Black widow, and Hawkeye's boss back in shield, he was "killed" by Loki when the Avengers first came together, but he was saved by project Tahiti. Eventually he was made director of Shield after Nick Fury "Died", he rebuilt the organization from the ground up and ran it successfully for years before asking Natasha to become director. He stepped down and became director of the qwiet Shield South East, well qwiut until Natasha "Committed suicide"and the Avengers collapsed. After the collapse he busted his rear to keep SSE going, thankfully he was successful. Now he works to keep the south east safe and is working with other Shield remnants to one day rebuild the organization to it's former Glory and scale.

As Co Op, I'm gonna call that magic is understood as existing by the government, and that they do their best to keep track on magic users. They might not need to get registered or anything, but they can't get away with anything particularly dangerous.

Backstory: Ultron was programmed by Tony Stark and a full team at stark industries as a robotic superhero, after Tony Stark realized the avengers did not have time to fight every villain that emerged. Ultron was supposed to be created to help the avengers, but instantly after being activated, Ultron realized that the avengers damaged buildings and killed innocent civilians during battles, and attempted to cause a power outage at Stark Industries, but was shut down by Tony Stark. While Ultron managed to survive by uploading his consciousness to a computer, Ultron had no body and could not defeat the avengers like he had wanted. For years, he researched new heroes and hired mercenaries to steal vibranium, which he then used to create Ultron Prime, a robotic body made of vibranium that he uses.

Ultron is now preparing to fight the Young Avengers. He is building an army of sentinels and getting rid of vigilantes and lesser known heroes, planning for when he will take on the Young Avengers.

Powers/Weapons/Tech: Built out of nearly invincible vibranium, Ultron is extremely intelligent as an AI and has access to the entire internet at once. Ultron can upload himself to any technology to save himself, self repair, and has all the capabilities of an iron man suit since built by tony stark
