Wouldn't it be fitting that the person that wins chooses a new place for the capital ( and burn that den of corruption scum and villainy )

Actually it's quite easy, describe your character's thoughts, surroundings, movements, build lore, etc.

Yeah but don't do what I'm doing, there's no lore of Drunken Lao other than he's a dumb raider boss with a horde under him that likes to drink.
