I’m surprised with all the scaling drama, no ones mentioned the Cali Secretary of State at all, considering they manage the elections

Yeah it sucks. 39 million people are literally not all being represented in this RP in the slightest minus Alphonsey. I hope Cao wins in 2018 so we actually have a government there.

Characters per capita isn't a really good metric though. Cali would be very underrepresented IRL by default since every state gets 1 gov and 2 sens regardless of population

We could have player chars for literally all 53 reps and it would still be less chars per capita than just Troy Wilson flying solo in Wyoming
