What kinda majority is Eberhardt working with? 2/3rds?

Edit: I gave him 2/3rds, winning 45 new seats in 2016. I assumed that the GOP and Dem majority from 2014 was the same as in irl, and went off that.

The 2018 senate election in New York; we don’t have anyone currently in that seat, right? Or is that the same one as Florrick’s meaning that whoever wins the 2017 special will have to run again in 2018?

It's Florrick's seat, they'll have to defend it immediately. Same as in CT actually

the governor of new york played by orion islands, he is up for re-election as governor so i doubt he'd run in the senate
