Seems to be overstating it pretty bigly with Ram "imploding" and being the presumptive nominee. He's the clear frontrunner but Ram was appealing to the fringe more than imploding and he's probably not going to be considered the presumptive nominee until its closer to actual primary time and it gets clearer that the field isn't gonna expand
