Yeah probably, this’ll get swept aside since it’s admittedly very convenient. Certain people will be breathing very easy today.

Interesting piece speculating who will sucede Trump. For me, it’ll depend whether he wins in 2020, if he does, 2024 will feature someon very similar but perhaps better put together. If not, the GOP might head in a different direction. Haley, Cotton, and Rubio are all people to keep an eye on.

Quick Question, is the US still a member of the Paris Agreement or did we withdraw in this timeline?

I feel like it represents the concept of "tyrannic absolute monarchy ruled by a powerful, corporatist emperor that kills the poor for fun" better than the old flag, which was meant for a conservative republic.

NS Nation Name: Alozia
Character Name: Franklin Peabody Stevenson
Character Gender: Male
Character Age: 30
Character Height: 160 lbs
Character Weight: 5 ft. 9
Character Position/Role/Job: SoS' nephew, useless WASP atm
Appearance:
Character State of Origin: Massachusetts
Character State of Residence: Massachusetts
Character Party Affiliation: Republican
Main Strengths: well-connected/socialite, ambitious, charismatic, youthful aura
Main Weaknesses: history of drug abuse, "womanizer", arrogant,
Biography: As the stock market was crashing James Peabody Stevenson, the timid younger brother of the future Governor of Massachusetts and Secretary of State Thomas Stevenson, and his wife Martha Lowell Stevenson celebrated the birth of their child, Franklin Peabody Stevenson. Born on October 19, 1987 in Boston, Massachusetts into a wealthy family he enjoyed a good deal of wealth and good quality education, never spending a single day attending a public school. As a child Franklin went on numerous trips to Europe, especially France and Italy, with his parents, but this did not translate into a greater interest in the cultures or languages of Europe. In his adolescent years Franklin attended the Commonwealth School. During his time there he started a very short-lived rock band. Upon graduating he enrolled in Harvard which he graduated with a degree in political science. His drug abuse, while starting in high school, took on a life of its own during his Harvard days. It was also during this time when he was arrested for drug possession avoiding criminal charges in no small part thanks to his family's wealth and influence. After a rare show of anger from his father he was forced to undergo rehab. He was also a subject of a very short-lived sexual assault investigation, after a young woman was violated at a frat party. She decided not to pursue any charges and Franklin's reputation as a successful college tennis player did not suffer any damage.

Despite his carelessness Franklin always expressed an interest in power and with it politics. After the fateful Super Tuesday and the suspension of Thomas Stevenson's 2012 presidential campaign for which Franklin worked for, he ran for the Massachusetts House of Representatives. Due to his relatively late entry into the contest and the overwhelmingly liberal, pro-Democrat nature of the constituency he sought to represent, his bid proved to be unsuccessful. Having pulled some strings in the meantime he tried his luck once again two years later, this time running for the United States House of Representatives in Massachussetts' 5th Congressional District, again with no success. Both of his campaigns recieved good media coverage, primarly coming from centre-right outlets and centering around him and his rethorical skills more than his campaign which proved to be very fortunate, considering the fact that both of his campaigns were run in a rather chaotic and disorganized manner.

After two unsuccessful political undertakings and numerous rescue attempts during Franklin's college days his father, in a bout of rage, gave his son a deadline forcing him to get a job. With his father unwilling to help him again, Franklin turned to his mother who was able to get him a job at a Washington, D.C.-based lobbying firm. Now with his uncle as Secretary of State Franklin is once again looking to get ahead using his connections and family ties.

Other Info: Confident and open in public, arrogant and elitist in person.

Lopez suggested it, but we're sorta stuck by not being able to check in with Tumblr on whether she's got any ID on her/what it is

Also would require digging through the pockets of a dead body of a (teenage?) girl and no one is probably super eager for that

How old is Rosa again?

If she is under 18, Carlos can be charged with felony murder.

Honestly do not see Rubio or Haley going anywhere. To me Haley has always felt like something of a media creation.

K, I'll look into it. TNS hold off on that app then.
