Or can I move those via Frigates or any ship?

I have most of a post written, I’m just waiting on Nux for official clarification on how long it will take the Turian Heavy Fleet to get across the entire galaxy from the Apien Crest to the Phoenix Massing - the Geth reaction will vary rather dramatically if it takes only one month for the Citadel Fleet to assemble and transit, as opposed to two or three.

Was it? I’m kinda planning to trade space for time, so I’m not really okay with instantly teleporting fleets. Especially since I’m going to be doing some supply line raiding soon.

You know, the supply lines from all the way back in Turian space to here. The Phoenix Massing is all the way on the other side of the galaxy.

Intercepting supply convoys of reinforcements, rotated out personnel, food, ammunition, fuel, medical supplies - those are classic failure points for campaigns conducted far away from a friendly base of operations. A fleet is not an island unto itself.
