" 'United Left' sounds nice and simple." Filip nodded in approval.

“Thank you” Seč said, before signaling a waiter to ask for a cinnamon roll. “Now, the issue of a logo…I will confess, I have no eye for design. Someone else will have to take this one.”

"I think we could go with the words 'United Left' on a red or purple-ish background for simplicity's sake."

He then pulled out his phone and quickly searched for a similar logo.

"Something like that." Filip said as he turned his phone's screen towards his interlocutors.

Seč nodded in agreement. “That is quite good.”

"Fantastic. With that down we need to disuss the policies and, most importantly, leadership of the coalition."

"As for leadership, it would be someone most likely to command the confidence of the chamber and become Prime Minister, so probably the leader of the largest party in the coalition. Which, if we join, would be me. And for policy I don't think we should overstep our boundaries too much. We should be united, but we should also let parties have their own policies still. But, we should be united on core legislation, which is something I can't say is happening with the current left coalition due to the PLP voting down critical legislation like that "Life Amendment"."

“I will admit that having you as the leader does make tactical sense, as we try to flesh ourselves out. Although I must ask the question that this line of though leaves me, which is “what are we? Are we merely a coalition of parties, or are we something new? I confess, this puzzles me, my friends.”

"I would suggest starting out as a coalition that would later on become a larger party." Filip replied. "And our coalition needs to stand for some policies. I would suggest the establishement of a minimum wage, liberalization of abortion rights, LGBTQ+ equality and greater support for unions to name a few."

He was annoyed at Ljungstrand's insistance to be the Coalition leader. Sure, she had the numbers, but she wasn't the one to bring them all together.

After leaving the Parliament Chamber, Michael decide get a cup of coffee at Seaside Gardens. After getting his cup of coffee, he notices Filip Dorvigal, and Viktoria sitting at a table talking about something so he walks over while hold his cup, "Well well well, what do we have here?" He takes a sip of his coffee before continuing, " You guy still angry over abortion being made illegal."

Seč looked up at the belligerent newcomer, a single eyebrow raising in mild annoyance. “I will freely admit that the assault upon basic freedoms and scientific literacy was the catalyst that brought us together. However, we are not “angry” about the criminalization of liberty, merely joining together so that it may not be imperiled again. It may benefit you to remain here and listen. Perhaps you could learn a shred about actually serving your constituents.”

The reason I voted for the bill is because I care about the children. The only I will accept abortion is in the cases of rape, incest, or if the mother's life is endanger." He takes a sip of his coffee.

"Now, we told you you're not welcome here. Are you going to leave us alone or should the gentleman over there help you find your way out?"

"Don't have a moustache Filip and I'm going to order some breakfast." He walks over to his table and asks a waiter for a large plate of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and gravy biscuits with a glass of sweet tea. The waiter takes his order to the kitchen so Michael sits and waits for his food. He whispers to himself, "Dumb leftists."

Seč shook his head, almost imperceptibly, with a sad smile on his face. “Do not worry about him, my friend. He did not come for honest dialogue, but to sow discord among us. Put him out of your mind, for to focus on him is to allow him to win.”

Michael overheard what Dorvigal just said and smiles while eating his breakfast. He turns his head towards the group speaking, "Just letting you know that I will do everything in my power to stop socialism and your leftist policies. I will not let Saint Hilda turn into another Venezuela." He stood up from his seat and went to pay for his meal then turns to face the socialists, "Los veo luego. Oh, ¿usé el pronombre de género incorrecto? No lo siento mucho por eso. Adios amigos."

Seč nodded, the interaction from earlier having illustrated that clearly. “Agreed. Not all ideas can be discussed in the open air.”
