Viktoria stands up, looking a bit more tired than she did the last time she spoke. She composes herself and buttons her black blazer as she speaks.
"Madame Speaker. Considering the last time this was tried it ended on a tie, I believe that I can command the confidence of this House the second go around and therefore again nominate myself for Prime Minister. I'm not sure if Madame Speaker Shah's requirements for backers and sponsors still stands, but if it does I can have an aide send over my list, which remains the same. Thank you Madame Speaker, and congratulations on your victory."
Viktoria sits back down.

Madame Speaker, this is a ridiculous appeal. It was a tie. The honourable member simply wants his candidate to win, and is blatantly trying to stop me from becoming Prime Minister. A tie is a tie, not a loss.

Andresson visibly snickered at the struggled pronunciation of the name from the Speaker.

"We second the candidate Furst Carl Vilhelm Nils Göran von Leslie af Jäskis as Prime Minister of Saint Hilda" says with some papers in his hand. And then looking at the left side of the parliament. "I think I can speak for all the CPC: no one of us support miss Ljungstrand for the charge of Prime Minister"

Representative Jonas Trägårdh Apelstierna stands up. "Madame Speaker, I second the nomination of my honourable colleague and party leader, Victoria Ljungstrand. To those claiming that she shouldn't be allowed the nomination due to a previous tie, I would implore you to look up our mother country, where after the last election it took several deals and attempts to get the current government into power. To claim that one loss (that was more of a tie) should exclude a member from running for the seat of prime minister is near undemocratic."

Representative Jonas Trägårdh Apelstierna stands up. "Madame Speaker, I second the nomination of my honourable colleague and party leader, Victoria Ljungstrand. I must also say that we shall not have a partisan interim government. My proposal, which is now off the table, had a bipartisan government, but we will not allow 1 party to decide that they can make their party an interim government.”

I must also say that we shall not have a partisan interim government. My proposal, which is now off the table, had a bipartisan government, but we will not allow 1 party to decide that they can make their party an interim government.”

"Quite frankly, the honourable member shouldn't speak without knowing the rules first. Speaker Shah was obligated by the Standing Orders to cast a vote against, and therefore, the vote is indeed tied. Secondly, you did not address Mr Apelstierna's statement at all, which is that the current Swedish Prime Minister was chosen after failing 2 confidence votes."
