BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED, as follows:
§1 - Provisions
- No corporation that receives partial government funding, nor a government contractor shall donate money to a political candidate or organization.
- All businesses in Saint Hilda shall disclose their political spending.
- Foreign corporations shall be barred from making any political donations to candidates or organizations in Saint Hilda.
§2 - Definitions
- “government contractor” is defined as a privately owned organization that produces goods and/or services for the government while under a contract.
- “political spending” is defined as donating money to a clearly political organization or candidate or political cause which shall be defined by the courts.
- a “foreign corporation” is hereby defined as a corporation that is a government contractor with a foreign government, a private company solely based in another nation, a private company owned 50% or more by a foreign government, or a company which is determined to operate with a foreign government in its military or intelligence campaigns. Foreign companies that are government contractors to the government of Saint Hilda shall not be known as “foreign corporations” but still shall be barred from political spending and making political donations in accordance with section one. Companies based in Sweden or its colonies shall be exempt to this definition
§3 - Penalties
- The Prime Minister of Saint Hilda hereby shall be tasked with deciding which government organization shall oversee and enforce this legislation, or creating a new government organization to oversee and enforce this legislation
- A corporation which violates this legislation shall be charged with corporate election fraud and if found guilty by a jury shall pay a fine of between 1% and 10% of their yearly revenue as determined by a judge as well as be barred from political spending for the next 5 years.
- If a foreign corporation refuses to pay a fine after being ordered to do so by a judge and found guilty by a jury, they shall no longer be allowed to operate in Saint Hilda, unless the Prime Minister of parliament of Saint Hilda decide their goods are services are crucial to the proper functioning of Saint Hilda
§4 - Implementation
- This bill will be enacted immediately upon its passage.
- All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.

Referendum on the Monarchy Act

An Act to make provision for the holding of a referendum in the State of Saint Hilda on whether Saint Hilda should remain under the dominion of the Swedish crown
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED, as follows:
§1 - The Referendum
- A referendum is to be held on whether Saint Hilda should remain under the dominion of the Swedish crown
- The Prime Minister must, by regulations, appoint the day on which the referendum is held
- The day appointed under Section 1.2 -
a. Must be no later than the 31 December 2021 (OOC: 31 August 2019)
b. Must not be a day on which a parliamentary election is being held- The question that is to appear on the ballot papers is-
"Should Saint Hilda remain under the dominion of the Swedish Crown, or become a republic?"- The alternative answers that are to appear on that ballot paper are-
"Remain under the Dominion of the Swedish Crown
Become a Republic"
§2 - Entitlement to Vote in the Referendum§3 - Regulation of the Referendum
- Those entitled to vote in the referendum are-
a. the persons who, on the date of the referendum, would be entitled to vote as electors at a parliamentary election in any constituency
b. the persons who, on that date, do not meet the requirements of 2.1.a. but would be entitled to vote as electors at a local government election in any electoral area of Saint Hilda- In 2.1.b "local government election" includes a municipal election in the City of Fort Ulrika (that is, an election to the office of commisioner or an election to the representatives in the local council)

- The Electoral Commission shall be responsible for the running and regulation of the referendum.
- The Electoral Commission shall nominate two campaign groups to be the official campaigns for either side of the referendum.
- The Electoral Commission shall be responsible for setting spending limits for the campaigns.

Universal Basic Education Act

So as to allow all Citizens the Basics of Knowledge
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED, as follows:
§1 - That All Towns, Cities or Municipalities have at the Least One School
That All Children under the Jurisdiction of Sankta Helena enter the school system from the Age of 4 and complete 12 years of schooling or until the 10th educational year, whichever comes first.
That the school year not last less then 6 months, although the days may be nonconsecutive.
That all Students be physically present for at least 6 hours of the school day, excepting illnesses, physical injuries, immediate deaths in the family or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent attendance.
That the time whereupon the Students must be physically present in the classroom during one week not exceed 5 days, or 35 hours, excepting voluntarily extracurricular activities that may take place on campus.
That no school run under this Act may discriminate against or in favor of a currently enrolled student or prospective student due to race, gender, sexual orientation, sexuality, religion, political ideology, relatives, place of national origin, culture, familial income or any other immutable characteristic.
That Children with learning disabilities be excepted from this Act, so as to allow trained experts to help them.
That Children with autoimmune disorders be excepted from this Act, unless 95%of the Student population is vaccinated against the most common diseases in the area, of those with a high risk of transmission.
§2 - Base Curricula
That All Students be taught base Arithmetic.
Base Arithmetic, for the purposes of this Act, include Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication and Subtraction.
That All Students be taught the Swedish Alphabet, Reading, Writing, and Grammar.
That All Students be taught the History of Sankta Helena
That All Students be taught the Geography of the World.
That All Students be taught the Basics of Government of Sankta Helena.
That All Students be given at least 45 minutes of physical exercise each day.
§3 - Funding & Administration
That All Schools established through this Act be run via public taxation.]
That no School established by this Act may require of its Students or Prospective Students or their Families any sort of payment.]
That no School established by this Act may accept of its Students or Prospective Students or their Families or any other interested party that is not the Rightful Government of Sankta Helena any sort of payment.
That no School established through this Act may retain students at school in cases of threats to their physical well-being.
That All Teachers, and Educators be at least proficient in their subject matter.
