Name: Commander Democracy V (Superhero Identity). Johnny Gibson (Secret Identity)

Age: 19

Gender: Male

Appearance: Basically Jason Todd in a red, white, and blue bulletproof costume. Wears a Red Hood-style helmet with built-in Infrared, radar, and night vision.

Bio: Born into poverty, Johnny Gibson began a life of crime, shoplifting and robbing houses with a few other kids. They managed to get away with this until they were caught in the act of robbing a fancy sports car by the owner of the vehicle, none other than the third Commander Democracy. However, instead of simply leaving Johnny Gibson for the police, he offered the delinquent the chance to become his sidekick. Not wanting to go to prison, Johnny Gibson accepted, getting in the car and riding to the Democracy Bunker. Upon exiting the vehicle, he walked to the costume display case and noticed a yellow and red Daredevil style outfit with a bow, quiver full of arrows, and a pair of batons. Upon being asked about the costume, the modern Commander Democracy told him of his time as the Blind Archer and revealed not only that he was the second Commander Democracy's sidekick, but that his mentor was Dale Gibson, Johnny Gibson's grandfather. Once he was provided with a modified version of the Blind Archer costume, his training began. A few years later, tragedy struck, as the Iron Clown, the archenemy of both the second Captain Flight and the third Commander Democracy, captured Johnny Gibson, beat him with a crowbar and shot him with a machinegun before trapping him in a room with a time bomb, the building exploding at the last second. His mentor, believing he was dead, went after Iron Clown.

However, Johnny Gibson was not dead, but in a coma, his secret identity having not been revealed to R.A.G.N.A.R.O.K by his mentor. Now, after months of recovery, Johnny Gibson has become taken up his mentor's mantle and is now searching for metahumans willing to join the team he is forming, as well as answers to what has happened to the "Super" community during his time at the hospital.
Category (Power Level): Category 6

Powers: Superhuman Strength, Superhuman Endurance, Superhuman Agility, Superhuman Speed, Superhuman Reflexes, Superhuman Durability, and a Healing Factor.

Weaknesses: While he has a healing factor, there is a limit to how much damage it can regenerate. He is able to outrun an Olympic athlete, but he cannot keep up with Speedsters.

Ok, I posted. I'm willing to make an NPC for my character to snap at next time. Probably should be an NPC because I'm going to be gone next week for part of the time (Wed.-Sat.) Now I can develop this. I wanted to say something but didn't want Jim committing a crime just right now. And I didn't know what crime he would do just yet. But I got the set-up.

If another PC in Durant wants to interact, you sure can - just know that I won't be able to RP much for most of next week, so it would be pretty slow going on my part.

Bio: (What they did before, during and after the Durant Incident) he was born to a large family and was unaware of his shape shifting powers until he graduated college, as prior to Durant he just shape shifted for fun or as a joke, but after/during Durant, he shapeshifted constantly, being impossible to track. He did infiltrate RAGNAROK as “Allan Smith” although they are unaware of being compromised. He is an agent of RAGNAROK and is loyal to the agency although does occasionally leak information to the harmless low power level superheroes and super villains because he is one himself. He has quickly ascended the ranks of RAGNAROK and has had no problem killing high level superheroes and villains who pose a major threat to the world. He does not use his speed as often as his shape shifting due to the nature of it rendering him tired as it consumes a lot of energy.

Bio: James was born with his powers, and they mainly manifested at the age of 12, when he set the teacher's desk on fire accidentally. He was drawn to Genetics, and he got a Doctorate of Genetics and a Bachelor's of Biochemistry from Yale, with honors. He is currently working as a Yale Faculty member, one of the first Bisexual Workers there. He mostly does research at Yale, but also teaches the occasional class. He doesn't usually use his powers in regular circumstances, and he mostly only uses them to save civilians or in self-defense. After the Durant incident, he still teaches, but is more discreet and has a higher-security lab.
