Hmm so only 6 years give or take since Orochimari fled, ok.

I had a thought that perhaps Amariki was created by Orochimaru as a host as a last resort and a compendium of his jutsu knowledge. Any other variation would have to wait for me to review what Orochimaru has done and adapt the concept.

I'd suggest including a few staple techniques to build off of: While Sasuke had his Sharingan, he also had fire jutsu from a young age and eventually incorporated the chidori into his arsenal as well. Shikamaru had his shadow possession, and built off of that. Naruto largely relied on his shadow clones to develop different techniques. By the time you are an anbu, you should have 1-2 perhaps 3 staples and some variants. Try to include limitations, strengths, and basic info of various jutsus so I can design encounters well)

I have thoughts on what i could do with Amariki, for example Amariki could be one of the Shinobi used when Orochimaru became experimenting with immortality and modifying his own body.

I was thinking that when Orochimaru fled or began to flee he started to purge his truly valuable experiments, thus Amariki would be damaged, incomplete in a sense. This would be so that he is not too powerful and could possibly fit into the lore.

Most of this will have to wait for Aidan though, until or unless he appoints any Co-OP's, mostly for answers and his thoughts on the possibilities concerning Amariki.

Bio:Found by Kushina Uzumaki when she was 4 years after her parents were killed by missing nin, she is considered a genius like Kakashi and was able to graduate from the Ninja Academy at 7 years of age and was teamed up with Yugao Uzuki and Hana Inuzaka with Kushina Uzumaki as her Sensie. By age 10, she became a chunnin and by age 14 she became a jounin. When the Kyuubi attacked Konoha, Izumi was out of the village on a S class espionage mission searching for the whereabouts of Orochimaru who had recently became a missing nin. She soon returns to Konoha and finds out her sensie had almost been killed during the attack. She also finds out her sensie had a son and vows to watch over him and maybe become his jounin sensie one day. She joins ANBU a week after the attack and begins a massive training regime with the help of shadow clones in order to get stronger. Izumi was on a S rank escort mission protecting the Fire Lord while he was traveling to the Land of Water when the Uchiha attempted their coup but failed. 8 months after the failed coup, she was assigned to the Hokage's personal pertection detail.
Extra Info:Izumi is 5'7" and 130 Ibs, she has Uzumaki red hair which goes down to her shoulders but is set in a high ponytail. Her Anbu uniform is all black and wears her headband around her bicep.

Though this is all up to Aidan i have gotten to thinking about Amariki. If i go with that he was one of Orochimarus test subjects/experiments he dabbled with while researching immortality and body enhancement there are two paths i could go.

One is him having Mud release, and a technique similar to Suigetsu's but different, enabling for regeneration of sorts when earth and water are present.

The other would be similar to Yoshiro, having a kekkai genkai which lends itself well to taijutsu and has great durability and staying power. A variation of this would be just Blood release but with some sort of regeneration style ability.

Balancing aside the only real problem i can think of would be if the character is a former subject of Orochimaru in some manner, would they be trusted enough to become ANBU.

True, true, still though. in 6 years could a mysterious ninja have attained trust or everything necessary to become ANBU?

That being said i could probably work something out with Aidan on that front.

Yamato was inducted into the ANBU despite his connection to Orochimaru because of his potential as a shinobi, and I would expect similarly risky decisions from an alternate timeline ANBU. I don't think its unrealistic that given a strong kekkai genkai/talent for jutsu and continued loyal service that someone with connections to Orochimaru could be assigned to this group, or even specially chosen for this group in order to keep any fears about them in line given the other members of the squad.

That's an exhaustive list of jutsu that I'll look forward to looking through in more detail. Thank you for being so dilligent, I can tell you put a lot of work into your application.

There are however a few points in your application that worry me. Firstly, that's an extraordinary age to be passing into chuunin and jonin level experience. Itachi did not become a chuunin until he was ten, for instance. Shikamaru graduated the academy and became chuunin at the age of 12. As well, I'm worried about the balance of the character's strengths to their weaknesses. Even Genjutsu, a gap in their skillset, is not a hard weakness of the character and you did not provide a character flaw as requested in the application's details. Please retool the kit accordingly.

Naruto in this timeline is not a Jinchuriki and his mother is alive. The Fourth still died protecting the village from the Ninetails. Keep this in mind in future iterations of your applications. Denied, Pending revisions.

But i was wanting Amariki's true past to remain mysterious to some extent, canon reason being that as Orochimaru fled he had initiated purges of some projects and records. In this 'purge' Amariki's mind and body were damaged, he doesnt remember his earlier memories, most of what happened before Orochimaru picked him up mainly, and he is blind which has its perks and downsides.

Would i have to fill out a clan app and detail the Kekkei Genkai, or should i just make a blurb for it?

Unless we say it isnt a kekkei genkai and the way he uses his chakra natures has more to do with certain hiden he knows instinctually.

EDIT: I have read up a bit on Orochimarus experimentation, leading up to his departure of Konoha. Amariki could have survived prior experimentation, perhaps being a child or such at the same time Tenko and others were experimented on. That was 17 years ago with when Orochimaru began getting reckless being around 10 years prior with Minato becoming the Fourth, presuming that that is still canon in this timeline and the timeline i found and referenced is correct.

I will work a bit on my app and most likely finish it after next week when i have obligations. That being said if there are any concerns voice them and i will answer.

k, in the spoiler below is the jutsu used by one of the characters this version of Amariki is based off of. Additionally i did add a clan app to the post with Amariki's app, it lightly details the Kekkei Genkai, which you can peruse at a later time if you wish.

Blood Release: Blood Reservoir, he Channels his Chakra into his bones increasing the amount of blood his body produces, the effect only lasts for a short time with each consecutive use using more and more chakra. This also allows him to absorb the blood of others.

Blood Release: healing, Allows him to expend chakra and blood to regenerate wounds, larger wounds mean that more chakra is used, if the wound is too life threatening he may die or fall into a hibernation like state. Its efficacy on others is lessened due to their 'foreign' chakra, but it is still no less impressive.

Blood Release: Iron count, he can increase the amount of iron in his blood, enough to form weapons of sorts.

Blood Rage: not technically a jutsu, but a condition many of the Blood release users in the past have suffered from. When severely injured in battle they go into a rage, the more they are injured the stronger and more reckless they get. during this period his memories are hazy afterwards.

Blood armor: He can harden the blood in his skin to make it incredibly hard.

Blood Release: Chakra Absorption. He can absorb the chakra in a persons blood (may limit it to corpses), though the blood becomes useless to him afterwards.

They will be edited and i might peruse other fan made Blood Release things for concepts of other jutsu or such
