Name: Jiene Skip
Age: 56
Gender: Male
Species: Human
Faction: Alliance To Restore The Republic
Rank: General, 5th Mechanized Marines Reinforced Sector Army, Freedom’s Call
Appearance:Standing at 6’ even, Skip’s physique is one built around a person who’s hobbies, lifestyle, and job revolve around being as fit as is humanly possible. While not a bulging superhuman or a man who lacks a neck, his thicker stature holds a good deal more muscle than one normally sees on a human of his age, an officer of his rank. The man’s skin is unusually pale, a sorry aftereffect from being shipside for so long, his black hair cut and kept short about the sides, a bit higher on the top.
Equipment:Armament:
Biography:E-11 Blaster Rifle
Armor:
VibrobladeThe General’s attire normally consists of a heavy officer’s uniform, blaster-resistant combination weave likened to wool, along with a pair of brown combat pants, thick and reinforced at the knee. These have a variety of pockets and, under normal circumstances, are what one would expect a lower-ranked officer to wear. This is bloused into a pair of thick ankle boots equipped with gravity clamps. Over the blouse he wears a blast-resistance, stab-resistant, shrapnelproof vest designed after Imperial Officer uniform requirements. Black, this holds no recognition bars of any sort and extends all the way about the torso. No armor is provided for the legs. He sometimes prefers to wear, over this, a modified trenchcoat with thick mantle made of heavy materials with a waterproof lining, extending all the way down to a quarter foot past the knee.
Born on Coruscant, Skip’s early life was not one of extreme plenty. Born in the gutters of the lower levels, he was forced into crime early on to act as a thief, a con, and a liar. Amazingly enough he was exceptionally well in this role, so much so that the gang he was a part of got large enough to be noted by resident Black Sun branches and get summarily squashed. Skip survived by virtue of offering his services to the criminal organization, turning into one of their more capable thieves, slicers, and all-around runners at the young age of seventeen. His inquisitive and moving mind, undimmed by most of the chemicals that plagued the lower levels, would be noted as well after that time and the man was put to use as an apprentice in one of their Outer Rim raiding efforts.
Ship: N/A
The Intergalactic Banking Clan always was rich and the Black Sun wanted it’s slice of the pie, even if it hadn’t worked for it. Of course, Skip didn’t exactly enjoy this; he saw the wealth and extravagance on the other side of the fence, on the legitimate side of the fence, and thought that the raiding would be small fries compared to what he could make over on that side if given just half a chance. He took his time with the effort though, knowing that an absolute betrayal would spell his own targeting and death., building up the event into a more reasonable thing, building-up those about him and their trust in him. When Skip launched his plan, he knew it had to go off perfectly and when he did so, it really did. The slip-up was blamed on a group of technicians and their encryption keys, the codes for the effort being broken and the asteroid they were based out of raided. Thought dead, Skip was taken away and, along with a smaller tracking chip in order to keep his loyalty, stationed out in the Banking Clan’s territory.
He was an enforcer and while things definitely hadn’t gone and ended his way totally Skip had his own opportunities. The man was posted on several agri-world, often taking it upon himself to begin the management of key security systems and protocols with the aid of his knowledge in raiding those same systems, exploiting those same protocols. With this knowledge and a capacity to work harder than most of the competition, Skip moved to rapidly motorize militia units with technicals, train troops up in counter-insurgency operations, and improve surveillence systems. He would perform multiple backroom deals at the time, providing more security depending on how much a person might pay him and other things of that nature, building up his own worth. When the Clone Wars broke, Skip turned into one Captain Skip of the 7th Mechanized, taking part in the Battle of Geonosis.
While the overall battle was a loss, Skip’s own performance was noteworthy. He employed his units and the Geonosian soldiers under him well, keeping the former as line troops due to an untested targeting system and the latter as rapid hit-and-run skirmishers, discovering the faults and capabilities of his battle droids. Over the series of the Clone Wars, the man would rise in time to the rank of General, taking part in multiple battles and conflicts. Skip turned into a specialist in forest and irregular campaigns, often drawing-out the numerically inferior GAR forces into ambushes and open ground. Felucia would be one noteworthy example, though as it drew to a close he could see the end coming. The numbers just never added up, the promises lies, and Grevious held no answers.
As such, he made his own preparations for a fighting retreat. His forces, a single reinforced Army, would abandon the planet and escape out into lesser populated space, cutting communications and going silent. When the Battle of Coruscant and Order 66 came, he began to round-up those troops he could, those who might join, before the Five Veils Campaign was unleashed on the CIS Remnants. After this, General Skip and his newly-formed 5th Reinforced Sector Army would embark on the Freedom’s Call for their own protection and mutual benefit. Neither he nor Adm Volte wanted their cause to die. Neither of them wanted to lay down their arms.
Over those following years, the 5th Reinforced Sector Army and Skip would perform as marines and boarding troops, taking many Imperial vessels and cargo-haulers. It was rare that all of his troops would be deployed, something that endlessly annoyed the man, though he still took the time to reform and reorient his orders of battle. Today, he’s far more happy to be on solid ground than anything else, far more happy to be in the forests he once knew better.

Description:The 5th Reinforced Sector Army is a mixed bag military unit stationed across vessels of the Alliance 405th Battle Squadron. It’s composed of a core of units originating from the Freedom’s Call issued compliment, Five Veils Campaign survivors, Clone Wars remnant units, and the previously unassigned members of the Alliance Marines across the vessels of the 405th. Overall it has normally acted as a boarding unit against raided vessels, untilizing little of it’s overall true strength, through prior to it’s formation the various units of the Sector Army acted as traditional line units in various conflicts across the front.
History:The 5th Reinforced Sector Army or as it’s more commonly known, 5 RESECARM, originated as the units under the command of General Jienne Skip during the Battle of Felucia. While there was a successful withdrawl of forces from that planetary system, it would continue to be something of a galloping ghost for GAR forces. As the war drew to a close, the unit became far closer to what it stands as today, taking-in many other units in an effort to keep CIS casualties low and often simply reactivating droids if positions were not immediately overrun by the onslaught of clones. The 5RESECARM would embark on the 405th Battle Squadron sometime in 17 BBY, becoming a complimentary unit and has, since that point, rarely performed planetside operations. It is far more common to see the unit act as a spacial boarding force against enemy Imperial vessels.
One notable engagement of the unit following its formation was the engagement of Imperial forces in support of Corellian Irregulars in 7 BBY, outside of system lanes. 5 RESECARM forces successfully boarded an engaged Imperial fleet within an asteroid field consisting of one Imperial I-Class Star Destroyer and three Tartan-Class Corvettes, destroying engineering spaces aboard the larger vessel and crippling her shield systems. The Tartan-Class vessels would have their bridges loose atmospheric ability while the Star Destroyer was lost with all hands following a reactor breach and detonation. The Irregulars were successfully evacuated.

Name: Antonius Kobex
Age: 52
Short Bio (2 paragraphs min): Antonius Kobex was born in 48 BBY on Sojourn. As the son of a competant and fruitful businessman, he assisted the Gatherings of Hego Damask (Darth Plagueis) until the age of 5. 10 years later, at the death of his father, he took control of the family business and, with some well placed investments thanks to his upbringing, multiplicated his wealth by more than a million and ordered the construction of several shipyards, beneficiating from the resources of Kobex's minning Empire. At age 29, he made use of his ever-increasing fortune to buy the desert planet of Gwori, moving his operations there and starting to spread his influence across other planets, systems and eventually neighbouring sectors within the Outer Rim.
During the Clone Wars, he became dissatisfied by the government of the Republic and its incompetency into destroying the C.I.S. Taking the matter into his own ends, he started constructing warships and, with the trained crews he had accquired during his lenghty commercial shipmaking industry, launched a counter offensive against the Confederacy. This significantly reduced the C.I.S's efficiency in the Outer Rim, and further led to the establishment of a shadow government within territory under Antonius's influence that went unnoticed by the Republic mostly due to his collaboration.
When the Empire was declared, Kobex secretly made himself Quaseyr of his newly renamed Shadow Imperium, restructuring his position but making an Imperial Constitution with a Senate and a Diet as the legislature. Continuing his civil industries while building up his military covertly, He easily managed to slip under Palpatine's radar and kept increasing his reach and territory. Never ever losing momentum, he even seated at the Imperial Senate until it was disolved. This was the final divide between the Empire and the Imperium, which funded the Rebel Alliance correctly from 0BBY to 4BBY, but then broke the funding when the fundamental differences between the Alliance and the Imperium became apparent.
As the Empire collapsed, the Imperium rose, taking a significant quantity of sectors further in the galaxy. Due to the precedent agreements though, Antonius has ordered a non-aggression policy with the Rebellion.

Ship: The Tytan (Renegade-Class Battlecruiser)

So I'm not really sure about this app. For one I think it changes too much of Star Wars before the death of Palpatine. He was a powerful Sith Lord, so I don't think it's possible that a secret and powerful shadow empire could exist under his nose.
The other thing is that the Empire never really collapsed here. As in the old EU, the Empire didn't disintegrate into petty warlords until about a year or so after Endor, and events in the RP already have prevented that from happening.
