White Wookie Bounty Hunter.

Postby High Buzz » Wed May 29, 2019 10:07 pm

Name: Wrriarrwoton
Age: 92
Short Bio:
Wrriarrwoton was born on Kashyyyk in the year 88 BBY, some 60 years before the legendary Clone Wars. For many of these years Wrriarrwoton lived in peace until sometime in 22 BBY when the sepratists first attacked but were originally repelled by the powerful Wookiees native to the planet. But in 19 BBY the Wrriarrwoton and his Wookie brethren were knee deep in droids as the 'Battle of Kashyyyk' raged across the planet. But just as the Wrriarrwoton thought that victory was insight, the Clone Troopers turned on their Jedi Masters and after weeks of fighting the planet fell to the new order known as the 'Galactic Empire'.

With the fall of Kashyyyk and the subsequent enslavement of the Wookiees, Wrriarrwoton took as many of his kind deep into the pits of the Shadowlands to escape the invading forces. Over the following twenty years, Wrriarrwoton lead small attacks against the Empire fighting as one of the primary Wookie rebel cells, most missions having little to no real success. But with the rumors that the Empire was on its heals, this kept the flame of rebellion burning deep within Wrriarrwoton's heart yerning for the freedom he had once known so many years ago.

Four year later Wrriarrwoton's internal fire blazed even brighter when the second death star was destroyed and as the rebellion fleet arrived over his planet, though he knew this meant another war that will rip his planet and his people apart, he had hope that freedom will soon be within his grasp...

Hey Rev, nice to see another one of your Star Wars RPs! (And just in time for summer break :) ) I saw that no Jedi or Sith are allowed though; any chance I could bring Martius from the last Star Wars RP of yours that I was in back if I make some modifications to the old app to keep his connection to the Force severed?

Character App
Image

Name: Fay Gedyc
Age: 31
Gender: Female
Species: Sephi
Faction: Alliance To Restore The Republic (Mando’ade)
Rank: N/A (Armorer/Weaponsmith/Operative)
Appearance:
Standing at 6’ even, Fay has an overall thin frame that belies a good enough tone and form. She’s far less womanly than most with a discrete chest that’s often hidden under whatever clothing she might be wearing at the time and, with less curve in the hips, might be mistaken by some while in armor for a guy. Fay’s golden hair is kept long, hiding a pair of pointed ears which might otherwise be seen, and is rarely in an elaborate styling. At most she puts it in a loose bun when working, though even that is too much effort in her eyes. Due to long hours outside Fae’s skin is tanned more than usual, holding a variety of little scars and nicks from her working over the years, though that’s less noticeable than Fay’s leg. Her right leg ends at the knee, moving into a more crude cybernetic leg fitted with high power servos and beskar armor.

Fay has a preference to dull-colored loose robes while not in her armor, often having a vest over these, as well as a pair of slip on shoes.
Equipment:Biography:
Born not to Mandalore but to Mygeeto, Fay’s parents were two accountants working under the InterGalactic Banking Clan in the region. She grew up fairly normally until the unthinkable occurred; war was declared and the planet itself seceded to the Confederacy. The war claimed much on Mygeeto, including Fay’s parents. They died in one of the towers of the major city, the crash of a fighter killing both. Fay would be found unconscious and bleeding out by one of the CIS mercenaries, a portion of Clan Gedyc who had signed-on to hunt the hated Jedi. She would be taken off planet nearly immediately by the Clan who had already begun to accumulate a large amount of orphans from the fighting. This practice was normally a personal one, Mandalorians finding orphans who would thereafter become Mandalorians, but the scope of Mygeeto’s fighting lead to an overflow of sorts. As a measure, Clan Gedyc confiscated a personnel transport and placed it in a nearby system as ersatz housing, away from the fighting and death. Due to the injuries sustained in the blast, Fay would lose her right leg.

Initially depressed by both the loss of her parents and leg, she would grow up for a good portion of time, watching fathers and mothers come ‘home’ before leaving, some to not return, and the metal grates and poor ventilation eventually became home. Fay missed her parents terribly of course, missed them and the rest, but there was kindness shown by those about her. A year into the Battle of Mygeeto, however, and Clan Gedyc would cut their losses and contract, exiting the battle with half their forces and more kids than soldiers under their care. Returning back to Mandalore, she would live on the Gedyc compound for some time. They were Mandalorian traditionalists, keepers to the old ways of the people with strength and striving to power. This placed some of the more active members with Clan Priest and the new, reformed Deathwatch, something her adoptive parents didn’t like. They wanted a strong Mandalore, not an expanding Mandalore, and definitely thought that the planet wasn’t strong enough to start up what the Deathwatch wanted to do.

Fay, in growing up, would get into the armory business with her father. She would help him in making suits of Beskar’gam, at first merely helping with getting tools and finishing touches before expanding her knowledge on the facts. At age fifteen, when many Mandalorian children are expected to go with their parents to war, there was no war to fight for Fae; she commemorated the event by making her own suit of armor, her father helping here and there. Continuing to expand on that realm, eventually Fay would be convinced to look into making armaments as well; after all, a smith who only makes a specific type of armor isn’t in much demand compared to one who can make and sell weaponry. Over the years she’s gotten better and better at her job, at times going offworld in order to show-off her wares, and has operated a store out of the Clan Gedyc compound for some years. With the uprising of the Rebellion, Fay would join them as well. The Empire had begun to move in on Mandalore’s independent nature and she had heard of several stories of its actions against various planets. War crimes were everywhere, it seemed, and there had to be a stop at some point or another. Since then she’s participated in several engagements, mostly acting as a fine tool against Imperial officers and specific agents.
Ship: Cyar'ika
    Class: CR40 Frigate
    Length: 130 meters
    Compliment:
      Normal: 80
      Skeleton: 12
      Minimum: 1
    Armament:
      Heavy Concussion Missiles (8)
      Taim & Bak H9 Single Turbolasers (2)
    History:
Salvaged along the Outer Rim, the CR40 Frigate was designed as an information propagation and information gathering vessel that could operate independently in the Outer Rim which would target and break enemy codes, at the period CIS codes, before broadcasting false information while feeding the intercepted data back to the Republic. Only twelve were made before it was evident that the vessels were not necessary due to the codes having been broken. Fay has since renovated the CR40 in Mandalorian drydocks in order to allow for only one person to pilot, intent on using it as a mobile workshop and, to a degree, home. These modifications include the installation of an advanced AI tied into shipboard systems which controls armament and power moderation. This AI is designed around ten former R2 units tied together to form a singular unit and has, since construction, been referred to as “Bird”.

Sorry this abit late, been a busy few days.

App
Name: Martius Shan (alias Martius Kellar)
Age: 47
Short Bio:
Born into a family with a long history of a strong connection to the Force going back countless generations, it was no surprise when Martius was discovered to be Force Sensitive. He was brought to the Jedi Temple on Coruscant while still an infant, and was raised by the Order. Like many younglings he trained under Master Yoda for much of his youth, until completing his Initiate Trials at the age of 10 and becoming a Padawan. A natural with a lightsaber, he caught the eye of the Echani Jedi Master Meetra Fenni, who would go on to select him as her apprentice. Eager to impress his new Master, Martius was extremely diligent in his training with Master Fenni, and learned a great deal in a short amount of time. Meetra was impressed enough by Martius' performance that she even began to train him in the Echani martial arts in addition to his Jedi studies.

After learning the basics of the lightsaber forms, Martius decided to focus his studies on Form V Djem So, which he studied with his master and further supplemented with the Echani techniques she taught him, and Form III Soresu, which he learned from the Jedi Battlemaster Cin Drallig alongside a number of other Padawans. When not studying on Coruscant, Martius accompanied his Master on a variety of adventures (and the occasional misadventure) ranging from mediating negotiations to battling pirates in the Outer Rim. While studying for his Trials he also became very interested in Galactic History, particularly when he learned that an ancestor of his named Satele had once been none other than the Grand Master of the Jedi Order. History continued to be a major point of interest for him, even after successfully completing his Trials and becoming a Jedi Knight, to the point that he even once considered becoming a full-fledged Jedi Historian.

Martius still stuck with his Master for a few years after attaining Knighthood, feeling there was still much he could learn from her, and the two got in a number of scuffles with the Trade Federation in the years leading up to the Clone Wars. Unfortunately however, those small fights could not prepare them for the scale of combat they would face on the planet of Geonosis. Though Martius would survive the battle, thanks in large part to ARC Commander Maverick, the clone who would later become his XO, his Master was not so fortunate. In the wake of Meetra's death, Martius began devoting every waking moment to honoring her memory and sacrifice by doing everything in his power to preserve the Republic and the Jedi Order by winning the war they were now faced with, at any cost.

Thanks in large part to his studies of military history, Martius proved to be an exceptional strategist, and unlike most Jedi, tended to focus on the long term benefits and detriments of his actions, rather than their immediate consequences. This led to Martius developing a sort of "Needs of the many outweighs the needs of the few" mentality, and that combined with his devotion for the Republic's cause would serve him well over the next three years as he led the 53rd Legion in battles all over the Galaxy: from the crystalline skyscrapers of Christophsis, to the shadow world of Umbara, the dense jungles of Felucia, and most everything in between. Martius, Maverick, and the 53rd all fought valiantly in each engagement they found themselves thrust into, and the Jedi General received numerous commendations for his actions in the war, including the Cross of Glory for tireless fighting in liberating the planet of Garos IV despite having been severely injured by Separatist artillery.

This mentality would eventually come to backfire on Martius however, when in 19BBY the Jedi was informed that a civil war had broken out on the planet of Tinnel IV, and that one of the factions in that war had defected to the Separatists. When the CIS deployed an army of battle droids to back up their faction, Martius was ordered to drive them off the planet. When he arrived however, he quickly learned that his task would be far more difficult than was originally thought, as the super tactical droid commander employed a strategy similar to that used at Nabat on the planet Ryloth, only considerably more refined. The droid commander on Tinnel IV occupied the Separatist faction's Capital, a major port city on the planet, and instead of grouping his proton cannons in a small area with a small amount of civilians near the weapons to deter a direct assault, it had proton cannons placed all throughout the port, using all of its denizens and infrastructure to deter an attack. The super tactical droid was also intelligent enough to bring far more cannons than were used at Ryloth.

After driving the Sepratist flotilla out of the system in a short skirmish, Martius' fleet orbited the planet, and after examining the situation Martius and his advisors decided to try and replicate Obi-Wan's strategy at Nabat under the cover of darkness, and after night fell on the port city Martius and a group of some 200 clone troopers set out in ten gunships towards the planet's surface in an attempt to land outside the port, sneak in, and disable the guns. Unfortunately, the super tactical droid expected the Jedi to do precisely that, and shortly after entering the planet's atmosphere the gunships were subjected to a massive barrage of AA fire. In a matter of seconds seven of the gunships were destroyed, and with no hope of making it to the surface intact, Martius ordered the remaining gunships to return to the fleet.

Upon returning to his flagship, Martius discussed the situation with his advisors and things weren't looking pretty. They'd received reports that the flotilla they drove out of the system had linked up with a Separatist fleet, and that that fleet seemed to be headed towards the Tinnel System. Martius' subordinates had already contacted the Republic to request reinforcements, but had been informed that the Republic fleet was overstretched as it was, and that they simply didn't have any reinforcements to send. Meanwhile, it appeared that much of the Separatist army in the port city was preparing to mobilize and begin its conquest of the rest of the planet. Martius knew that if the droids weren't defeated before their fleet arrived and established a blockade, the droids would likely be able to conquer the entire planet before the Republic could muster enough forces to attempt to drive them from the world, and if they managed to set up more of those proton cannons on the surface by then the Republic would almost certainly sustain extremely heavy losses in any such campaign; losses the Republic simply could not afford, and if they were unable to reclaim a Core World it could well cost the Republic the war. With little time to think, Martius weighed what few options he had and ultimately decided that the fate of the Republic and the lives of the people of an entire planet outweighed those of the people in a single city, and ordered an orbital bombardment of the port.

Within minutes, the proton cannons and the entire Separatist army was destroyed as the port city was reduced to ash. When the Separatist fleet learned of the bombardment, they decided it was simply not worth the resources to attempt another invasion, and were diverted to other systems. The battle for the Tinnel System was won in a single stroke, but at a heavy cost; over 50,000 civilians were killed in the bombardment, and the ripples through the Force as those countless souls cried out in terror only to be instantly silenced would haunt Martius for the rest of his life. When the dust settled and Martius returned to Coruscant, there was a great deal of debate over the his actions: some believed them to be a strategic necessity, and felt the citizens who betrayed the Republic deserved what they got; while others declared the bombardment to be barbaric and declared Martius to be the "Butcher of Tinnel IV." His strongest supporter turned out to be Supreme Chancellor Palpatine, who lauded Martius' actions, and even awarded him with the Chancellor's Service Medal, declaring him the "Hero of Tinnel IV" and "A great asset to the Republic." When Martius met Palpatine in person, the Chancellor seemed almost...happy to hear about the bombardment, but the Jedi was still too shaken at the time to make anything of it.

The Jedi Council turned out to be much less understanding than the Chancellor however, and though some defended his actions as necessary, the majority of the Council found his conduct at Tinnel IV to be unbecoming of a Jedi, and called Martius before the Council to stand trial for his actions. Still guilt-ridden over what he'd done, Martius said nothing in his own defense, and so was found guilty and sentenced to exile from the Order. Wanting to get away from the war and civilization in general, Martius decided to head for Hutt Space, and eventually wound up on Nar Shaddaa: the Smuggler's Moon.

Once on Nar Shaddaa, Martius began taking whatever odd jobs he could find to survive. Eventually he managed to save up enough money to buy a small apartment, and soon grew a beard, changed his name, and got himself a blaster and a new set of clothes, hoping to get away from his old life and start anew. That old life wasn't so quick to leave him behind however, as every time he closed his eyes he could picture the faces, and hear the dying screams of the innocent people he'd ordered killed on Tinnel IV. As he struggled with the morality of his decision, he became depressed, started to drink heavily, and his fragile emotional state began to loosen his bonds to the Force. When the Jedi Purge began, he unconsciously severed those bonds altogether as the shock from the deaths of nearly everyone in his old Order combined with his already fragile state may well have killed him.

It was... difficult for the former Jedi to adjust to life without use of the Force, and harder still to come to the realization that his Master's sacrifice, and everything he had done during the war, had been completely in vain as the Republic was destroyed from within and transformed into the vile Galactic Empire. Believing the loss of his Force sensitivity to be punishment for his actions, Martius spiraled deeper into depression and alcoholism, nearly committing suicide at one point, only to be interrupted by the screams of a youngling. When he investigated the source of the screams, he discovered a group of slavers had killed the child's family and were attempting to kidnap the child; an attempt which Martius quickly put a stop to. After taking the child to her surviving relatives, Martius learned that the slavers he killed had a bounty on their heads, and after collecting on them, took up a job as a bounty hunter to put a stop to the most villainous scum that plagued Nar Shaddaa.

As the years dragged on, Martius put an end to the crime sprees of no small number of vile criminals and earned himself a sizable amount of credits doing so. Eventually he also began to come to terms with his actions during the Clone Wars and losing his sensitivity to the Force, learning how to work and fight without it. Ultimately however, profiteering off the deaths of others, no matter how vile, began to further wear on the former Jedi's conscience, and he again began drinking heavily in a futile attempt to assuage his guilt. During one particularly unfortunate bender, Martius wound up in an argument which turned into a barroom brawl with a man who turned out to be one of Nar Shaddaa's most powerful crime lords.

Packing his belongs and using most of his savings to buy an old HWK-290 freighter, Martius quickly departed the planet just before the crime lord placed a sizable bounty on his head. After spending the next few weeks drifting aimlessly across a few different planets, the Martius' remaining credits began to dwindle, and not wanting to risk looking for bounties anywhere another hunter might try to collect the bounty on his own head, began to look for another way to make a living. Fortunately he made a most fortuitous discovery one night after kicking a panel in his ship in a drunken stupor and discovered it concealed a hidden area for cargo. Further searching discovered quite a few more of these areas, and it began to appear that the vessel's previous owner had used it to transport less than legitimate cargo.

With a smuggling apparatus already in place, Martius decided to try his hand at the profession, and after searching a few cantinas managed to find himself a job. It wasn't easy, and involved a dangerous flight through a canyon narrow enough that no one else cared to risk it to keep under Imperial radar, but Martius was getting sober and desperate enough to give it a shot. Fortunately his experience flying starfighters in the Clone Wars coupled with the maneuverability of his vessel proved sufficient to complete the task, and those in the know were impressed at his abilities enough to keep sending work his way.

Eventually word of his piloting skills made its way to the fledgling Rebel Alliance which, ever in need of pilots good enough to get supplies around Imperial blockades, contracted out to Martius. No fan of the Empire, Martius was only too happy to smuggle weapons and supplies to the Alliance (and making a tidy profit to boot). At one point he even helped smuggle a crate of kyber crystals intercepted from an Imperial shipment. What the Empire wanted with a crate of kyber crystals the Jedi didn't dare ponder, but on delivery he did agree to wave his fee in exchange for one of the crystals (ostensibly as a souvenir, though in reality in the interest of constructing a new lightsaber).

Over the next few years Martius developed a reputation as one of the Alliance's best contractors, running countless tons of cargo (using the funds to help improve his ship, gather lightsaber components, and get really hammered) and even occasionally helping Rebel forces in battle. One such battle was the Battle of Endor, in which he downed over a dozen TIE fighters and Interceptors before the destruction of the second Death Star. In the months since Martius finally managed to finish constructing a new lightsaber, and has trained to refamiliarize himself with the ancient weapon and adapt his old forms to function without use of the Force, and most recently took a contract to smuggle some supplies to Home One in the Kashyyyk System...

Martius, Maverick, and the 53rd all fought valiantly in each engagement they found themselves thrust into, and the Jedi General received numerous commendations for his actions in the war.

When the dust settled and Martius returned to Coruscant, there was a great deal of debate over the his actions: some believed them to be a strategic necessity, and felt the citizens who betrayed the Republic deserved what they got; while others declared the bombardment to be barbaric and declared Martius to be the "Butcher of Tinnel IV." His strongest supporter turned out to be Supreme Chancellor Palpatine, who lauded Martius' actions, and even awarded him with the Cross of Glory, declaring him the "Hero of Tinnel IV" and "A great asset to the Republic." When Martius met Palpatine in person, the Chancellor seemed almost...happy to hear about the bombardment, but the Jedi was still too shaken at the time to make anything of it.

In the months since Martius finally managed to finish constructing a new lightsaber, and has trained to refamiliarize himself with the ancient weapon and adapt his old forms to function without use of the Force, and most received took a contract to smuggle some supplies to Home One in the Kashyyyk System...

Faction: Independent (though has ties with the Rebel Alliance)
Weapon: A-180 blaster pistol, lightsaber
Ship (If you have one): Modified HWK-290 freighter
Rank: Formerly Jedi General, currently doesn't hold formal rank

I'll wait for Rev to formally accept this one. My only reservation is the possibility that he might regain his connexion with the Force, which is something I have an issue with.

Fair enough, I don't know of a way to 100% keep a wound in the Force from regaining their Force connection that I could write into the bio so I was just planning on handwaving it. Unless the OP expressly decides to allow them, I certainly wouldn't have a character use Force powers in an RP where they're prohibited though (that's just bad form). Plus I imagine that would be grounds for an immediate ban (and rightfully so) so there's no logical reason to risk it.

Oh good, Shan will be in the Kashyyyk system. Amazing that he's done more war crimes than Volte...if the Admiral learns of his existence, he will demand a trial for the criminal.

Technically he only committed one war crime (which the Republic Senate found him innocent of) and that seems like abit of the pot calling the kettle black there. Plus I don't imagine the predominately former Republic leadership of the Alliance would be particularly inclined to side with a former CIS Admiral over a former Jedi General in a game of who was the worse war criminal (not that I imagine they're overly concerned with old Clone War grudges with the whole war against the Empire going on at the moment anyway).

Both of them are war criminals are far the government is concerned ;)

Technically he only committed one war crime (which the Republic Senate found him innocent of) and that seems like abit of the pot calling the kettle black there. Plus I don't imagine the predominately former Republic leadership of the Alliance would be particularly inclined to side with a former CIS Admiral over a former Jedi General in a game of who was the worse war criminal (not that I imagine they're overly concerned with old Clone War grudges with the whole war against the Empire going on at the moment anyway).

Technically. But being pardoned by the Republic Senate, which honestly was in Palps's pocket throughout the war and after, doesn't mean much especially to Volte...who honestly Volte has been good to his word throughout his service to the Alliance...and has committed no war crimes, not one. He's clean as a whistle, metaphorically speaking, unless you want to start counting raids against shipping as war crimes and I mean honestly even then he boarded those guys. Not to mention also Volte is looking at this through a more...ideological lens. Why should he side with the people who are keeping war criminals around as smugglers? I mean, heck that'd be like the Alliance suddenly having Durge and Ventriss around (RIP Naboo moon population), something he's just not comfortable with.

Granted, of course, if we're dispensing with old Clone War grudges we might as well enact the plan "Make The Confederacy Great Again" and start-up those guys. Imperial aggression in nationalizing businesses has made some of those guys a little concerned.

...that said, though, suddenly toting-about the guy who the Jedi (Enemies of the Empire) hated and exiled and who Palpatine (Now Emperor) loved and awarded as a guy on our side would be friggin hilarious.

Huh, interesting how quickly we went from "Amazing that he's done more war crimes than Volte" to "Volte has been good to his word throughout his service to the Alliance...and has committed no war crimes, not one." If Volte wants everyone who committed more war crimes than himself to be tried, and he committed no war crimes, than I imagine there are a whole lot of Rebels already waiting on his list (Agent Kallus for example). If Volte doesn't want to work with Martius though, that's fine, I doubt Martius would be particularly interested in working with a Separatist Admiral whose service in the Clone Wars evidently comprised: "striking out at small convoys along the Entralla Route and, later, along the Namadii Corridor as things grew more and more desperate" anyway.

Upon his graduation from Hanna City University with a degree in Business Management at the age of 23 at the apex of the Separatist Crisis he was quickly offered a position in middle management from the mega-corporation the Corporate Alliance where he was relocated the headquarters world of Murkhana working Argente Tower the largest building on the planet. Only a Few short months later the 3 year long Clone wars Began while initially indifferent to both sides of the conflict despite working on a Separatist world that all changed 9 months into the war when the Republic invaded the planet leaving much destruction including the tower where he worked and heard with great horror a rumor that the Leader of the GAR forces a Captain Tarkin tortured sepratists scientist for in his mind no real good reason made him hate the man that had ruined his life. a little over 2 years later the CIS had been destroyed and the Corporate alliance evacuated many of it's resources and personnel Carser included to the Corporate sector to avoid the fate of such companies as the Trade Federation and Techno Union.
Upon arriving in the Newly formed Corporate Sector Authority the 26 year old Carser took a job as a assistant for the Viceprex of D'ian while attending one of the planets many business schools in hopes of climbing up the CSA's ladder after 10 years of loyalty and dedication he was named as an Assistant Viceprex in charge of the Eastern Hemisphere where he answered to the Miralian Viceprex Vaba Polble who it is rumored he had a .... intimate relationship despite her being 15 years his senior. 13 years later after working his way up the Economic-Political Food chain to becoming Executive VicePrex of the D'ian system he was voted ExO of the corporate sector authority due to his shrewd business skills and innovative ideas and genuine belief he was doing the right thing which many on the Drex Board hoped to use to manipulate the winner of the Galactic civil war into giving the authority more systems for cheap labor,

Faction Name:Corporate Sector Authority
WIP
Leader: ExO Carser Buckgra
Number of Members:Etti IV (capital) Bonadon,Kamar,Ammuud,Lorrd,Mytus VII and Cardonai
Number of ships: 1000 capital ships 2500 smaller cruisers and support vessels.
Types of Ships: 500 Dreadnaught Class Cruisers 250 Victory-I class star destroyers 6 recuseant class destroyers 3 lukrehulk class battle ships 5 invincible class dreadnaught heavy cruisers
Description:a coalition of Mega Corporations that rule over the corporate sector with minimal Imperial oversight
Backstory(How your faction Came about, 2 Paragraphs Minimum):First formed in 490 BBY the Corporate sector was meant to resolve differences between many of the galaxies megacorporations and Coruscant. Though only containing a handful of systems thought to have no intelligent life at the very beginning over the centuries it had grown to over 30,000 by the time of the declaration of the new order. through shred political maneuvering and having financial lobbyist in the ears of Palpaine the Corporate sector was born in 22 bby shortly after the declaration of a new order. Acquiring numerous older vessels from the empire to form it's picket fleet the CSA has a capable though aging defense fleet.

Since the birth of the Empire they had kept an adviser to make sure the Authority was keeping up with it's tithe in materials and ore as well as the 3% of it's GDP it was required to give in exchange for it to be left to it's own affairs. Despite the agreement that didn't stop some of the companies within the Authority from selling to the rebellion as Galactic Electronics had sold a EM warhead to the Alliance resulting in it's research facility occupation by the Imperials that increased tension between the Authority and the Empire as the Drex board didn't appreciate the Imperails sending forces into it's territory. and now that the Emporeor has died at endor the CSA looks to openly stay neutral and sell to both sides at it's own peril and maybe reopen old wounds with the Hutts.
