Abilities/Skills

- EMT: Kamishiro is a trained EMT, and as such, has extensive knowledge of trauma management. Most notably, he can insert IV cannulas without the recipient feeling any pain, which comes in useful when he goes back into the assassination business, given his quirk.

- Assassination: Kamishiro was widely known in the underworld as a highly successful and reliable hitman who operated under the code name "Wild Card". He boasts a kill count of 48, racked up during his five years in the business.

Weaknesses

- Bound by the Hippocratic Oath: as a medical professional, Kamishiro is committed to doing no harm, a tenet of belief clashing directly with his returning to the assassination industry. As such, he carries out his job in one highly specific manner; by setting IV lines on his targets while they are asleep, and then infusing them with morphine and allowing them to slowly overdose. Technically not doing harm to the target, seeing as it is the target himself who chooses not to remove himself from the morphine drip.

Abilities/Skills: [spoiler=Abilities and Skills]-Mech is equipped with Fusion Cannons that blast away with autofire at short range, and she can use its Boosters to barrel over enemies and obstacles, or absorb attacks with her projectile-dismantling Defense Matrix for a brief period. She can also launch a brief barrage of miniature missiles.
-Fusion Cannons do not require imminent reloading, and can continuously fire.
-Defense Matrix can absorb most non-magical projectiles, including bullets, rockets, flames, ice and others.
-Obviously, D.Va herself is extremely well versed in gaming.
-If she goes into self-destructing her mech, it ejects her out and shortly after explodes with passion, creating a blast that barrels over everything around it with a force about as powerful as 500 tons of TNT.
-She also keeps her slim body despite consuming so much junk food... it worries me.

Weaknesses:

-The big kicker is, when she is forced out of her mech, her laser pistol is the only weapon she has. She knows how to use it, but if it's ineffective or she's forced into melee, she can't do alot. Like, literally, even Charlie Zelenoff has a chance against her.
-Her movement in her mech is also impaired when firing her cannons, and her Defense Matrix only lasts for a brief period of up to 3 seconds before needing to recharge.

Abilities/Skills: [spoiler=Abilities and Skills]-Skilled hacker; able to manipulate or hack into any sort of technology available in his near area, storing data within his "brain". Able to access complex programs up to blockchain or quantum computing.
-Can open up holograms and light constructs that, while unable to physically manifest, can produce a monotone image.
-Enhanced body allows increased strength in his cybernetic parts.
-Can produce small, taser-like currents through his fingertips.
-Is an extremely talented dancer and incredibly athletic and flexible.
-Can drink anything. I mean, anything. His liver is undeniably superhuman, and literally any alcohol you give him, he can tank.

Weaknesses:

-Tends to be reckless and not take alot of things seriously.
-Tends to be drunk as well in his free time; very drunk.
-His hacking abilities on technologies not connected to any sort of internet are only available if he's within 10 feet of them.
-Hand-to-hand fighting isn't his go-to either, despite it being a neccessity for him; sure, he's great with his baseball bat, but fistfighting? Not much better than your high school bully, to be honest.
-English is majorly a secondary language for him.

1. Guerrilla Experience: Kerry has survived the lands of Altis and Stratis along with NATO remnants and FIA rebels, so he has his skills in guerrilla warfare.
2. Ability to find rocket launchers somewhere: Even he doesn't know how he sees and finds rocket launchers anywhere even in the most illogical places to have a rocket launcher, he speculates that it comes from...well, Somewhere at least.
3. Aiming down sights: Unlike most other NATO soldiers it seems that he is the only one who actually bothers using the RCO as a marksman scope, he wonders why.
4. Universal Driver's License: He can use a mid-amount of vehicles, starting from MRAPs and ending with UAVs (well, backpack UAVs), his universal driver license doesn't always apply to everything

Weaknesses:

1. Average rifleman: While he is experienced at Guerrilla warfare, he has laughable skills when it comes to normal frontline combat, often running blindly to the nearest wall to find cover.
2. Vest is average Vest: Unlike most others who assume that bulletproof vests always protect against bullets and that they are immortal against bullets with it, Kerry knows the limits of his vests and prefers to use his vest as protection in cover instead of a god tool.
3. Storage space: His vest is at best one of the most limited in space, he can only store a few grenades and magazines before he slows down to a heavy walk.
4. Unskilled with other vehicles: He can't pilot a helicopter, plane, can't drive heavier vehicles other then an APC, and sure as hell can't operate a ship.

1. Alien Communication: He can talk to his 3 alien pets Barney the Barnacle grappling hook, Gill the alien spore launcher, and Sparky the shockroach, though ironically not other aliens.
2. Fast Feet: He can walk very fast and run faster, sometimes he's able to pull off a 'human drift' even though that should be somewhat hard, but he still did it.
3. Gib Hands: Whatever blunt or sharp object he touches, turns into a gib machine, able to rip apart even a human in just one hit, he finds it amusing whenever he hits a crate and it randomly explodes.
4. Magnet body: He can climb ladders and fire guns at the same time, he abuses this all the time.

Weaknesses:

1. Average Durability: While he has a PCV that protects from harm, he is still a human and can die from other stronger beings.
2. Laughable Accuracy: He is somewhat inaccurate when it comes to weapons, and it gets on his nerves whenever he can't hit a target that's even 20 meters away from him.
3. Eyesight issue: He has an issue with eyesight whenever he turns on night vision goggles, leaving him nearly blind for a few seconds or sometimes 10 minutes.
4. Rules of Engagement: He cannot fire first, so in a battle he is restricted by his unit's ROE.

The Convergence is having disastrous effects on the whole world. My suggestions would be to perhaps explore those effects. For example, let's say Tony Stark is in Avengers/Stark Tower, he'd probably be surprised to say the least when other versions of himself show up out of nowhere because at that point, a nigh-infinite amount of New York Cities have become one.

What I'm trying to say is, explore the locations belonging to your characters' universes and how the Convergence would've effected them.
