Apologies for not replying until now, but I'd down for it. Does Lt. Scott have a Bio?
Edit, also what does a F.R.O.S.T. uniform look like?

Skills:
Juryrigger - I can make almost anything useful, except ghouls, I haven't found a practical application for those irradiated zombies
Scientist - How dare you doubt my highly fictitious degree, I've read all the books and done all the work, I'd even show you my dissertation if I had one
Small Arms - I may be an egg head, but this is a dangerous place, and to go out unarmed is basically asking for either death, slavery, or both.
Curious Mind - Oh, I give it approximately a 35.8% chance of blowing up, now hurry up and put it on. I bet Jerry 30 caps that it won't explode!
Weaknesses:
Cowardly - I'm now cowardly, I just have an overdeveloped fight or flight response that just so happens to lean more towards flight than fight
Glass Cannon - UNCLE! UNCLE! (Nathan after getting pelted by rocks by children) YOU LITTLE HOOLIGANS! LET's see how you like the taste of hot plasma! (Nathan before being restrained by his brother) UNCLE! UNCLE! YOU WIN JUST LET ME GO! (Nathan after being restrained by his brother.)
Debatable Sanity - Well... what can really be seen as sane in this new world, all I do is experiment and observe what happens when you introduce tiny amounts of compound 32-C into drinking water to observe it's effects on human and animal health.
Weapons: Plasma Defender with 6 energy cells, Plasma rifle of debatable functionality (Due mainly to Nathan's incessant tinkering)
Other Items: Armored Lab coat over a F.R.O.S.T uniform with a missing helmet, as well as a "found" pip-boy personal assistant, junior chemists set, a homemade book on wasteland survival, research log book, five cans of spam, two cans of fresh water, one slightly eaten bag of sugar bombs, and a soot stained teddy bear
Bio: The younger brother to Lt. Andrew Scott, where Andrew received the brawn, Nathan received the brain. Unfortunately, living in a radioactive wasteland is not very conducive to proper mental development, and with undiagnosed high-functioning Asperger's and slight sociopathic tendencies, it does not make for a very happy childhood. And when the settlement he and his brother lived in was attacked by raiders, hiding was the only thing Nathan could even think of doing. He dove into a a small ditch that ran beneath the Scott family and crawled as deep as he willed himself to go. When Nathan emerged two days later, everything was burned to the ground and no one, not even his family seemed to survive. When he looked around his house to see if anything had survived, only his teddy, Colonel Beary survived, though his fur was singed and stained with ash.
A traveling caravan eventually picked him up after they spotted the smoke and found a solitary child, standing in the middle of a burned out settlement, crying as he gripped his teddy. Nathan initially didn't like walking from place to place, and constantly complained about his feet hurting and him being tired, but after some percussive instructions to the back of the head, he learned to keep his mouth shut as no one else wanted to hear the complaining. Initially, he was distant towards most of the members of that caravan, but one guard seemed to take a liking towards the young boy. The guard would give Nathan part of his meals and would bring him books to read as well as toys to play with when they stopped. Overtime, the rest of the caravan seemed to warm up to Nathan and they took it upon themselves to educate the young genius the best way they knew how, practical experience.
Every night, the caravaners would gather around Nathan as they had him read technical manuals, books, and other materials they could find, occasionally having him disassemble and reassemble salvaged equipment in an attempt to get some of the prewar bobs and knick-nacks working again. One time, the caravan even stopped at the remnants of a local college to see if they could salvage anything from the library, unfortunately, feral ghouls had taken up residence and they were driven off before they could get to anything. This continued for several years as the caravan moved across the wasteland, gaining and losing members as it went. By this point, Nathan was probably the most brilliant wastelander anyone had ever met, and made a pretty cap moving from settlement to settlement repairing, improving, and building new things, until one day, he repaired a radio and just so happened to set the frequency to a F.R.O.S.T transmission. The voice on the radio seemed to spark long repressed memories, and on impulse, he bought the radio he so recently fixed.
It took a month of jumping from radio tower to radio tower, trying to triangulate the source of the signal, and eventually, after a month of trying, failing, and nearly losing fingers, he managed to track the source down to Kent. Nathan left the caravan after that, saying good bye to the people who had helped him get through the wasteland and headed off towards Kent with his pack Brahman, B.H.I (Bull-headed Idiot). Along the way, Nathan found that same college the caravan had stopped at so many years before and immediately pilfered both the library and science wings like it was going out of fashion, taking care to shoot any feral ghoul he came across for good measure. Eventually, after side trip after side trip, Nathan made it to Kent and to the F.R.O.S.T. headquarters. Now, all he needs to do is find a way to get inside and introduce his brilliant self without getting shot.
