I’m sorry to say I don’t know the official name of their special forces branch or what the entire German Armed Forces is called, so you can make those up if it’s easier. Just be sure to use German and English names. The Navy should be about double than it is currently except for the two Super Battleships, those can stay the same. Oh, and I would increase the German GDP to around 525 billion and the GDP per capita as well needs to be bigger. (I need to downsize Italy’s GDP speaking of which).
Don’t forget the RP sample of course! Besides those things I think it’s a great application and definitely will be accepted if the changes above are implemented. The OP may still be skeptical about the Imperial State idea, so you can explain it personally to him once he’s online.
I'll move the capital to Berlin and change all the statistics. The Belgians, Luxembourgers and Danish are included in "Other". The Deutsches Heer I believe is the name for the entire military. The real German military is called the Bundeswehr, but that means "Federal Army". I'll just make it the Kaiserlicheswehr. The marines/special forces were just called Das Marines or something, basically just the Marines but in German. I mean, having that large of a GDP per capita seems something that's only for small city-states but I'll do so if you wish.

In the case the son is dead but leaves a grandson behind, the fate of the crown shall be decided by the Reichstag, but only between the brother and the grandson of the Kaiser. Bodenstein's Powder - This is a modified version of Mendeleev's pyrocollodion, made to be more efficient and practical, creating much larger explosions than classical gunpowder, along with it being less spontaneously combustible (albeit it is still recommended to store it in a cool place to reduce the chance and power of an explosion)
The Groß Panzer - It builds off salvaged designs from the Char 2Cs found in the Great War. It is a large tank, as tall as three men. It towers with large guns and thick armour, along with mud grips to prevent it sinking in swamps. Unlike the below two designs, it is intended to be a mass-produced tank, used for both intimidation and doling out large amounts of damage.
The Hölleninferno (CLASSIFIED, BUT NOT TO A HIGH DEGREE)- Thrice the size of the Groß Panzer, it is a true giant, armed with flamethrowers from a gas tank which is secured with reinforced, bulletproof steel. The flamethrowers use a mix of nitrogen and oxygen (along with exhaust gas which gets it to the temperature where the nitrous oxide creates an exothermic reaction as the oxygen burns, although some propose hydroperoxyl instead.) to create a blue fire, which roasts through enemy tanks and infantry like...well...fire. Despite its possible strength, it is vulnerable in the gas tank (despite the reinforced steel) and can be avoided by flanking as it is unwieldy (hence why it is usually accompanied by infantry or light tanks)
Der Leviathan von Köln (TOP SECRET)- The best for last. If the Hölleninferno was excessive, Der Leviathan is EXCESSIVE. It is 9x the size of the Hölleninferno. It uses the same gas for its flamethrower as the Hölleninferno (at a whopping 50m long), along with being able to release chlorine gas through 3 turrets on the frame. It is 100m tall and operated by over 50 men. It has the thickest armour of any tank ever invented at 250mm. It uses sloped armour, the first of its time, along with ceramic steel armour, another first in tank history. The Leviathan was indestructible in any sense of the word.

Extra military information: The modern German army has been reformed significantly since the Weltkrieg, although still following the same doctrine. It is an experienced army with intelligent and obedient leaders, which is truly a force to be reckoned with. In fact, some say it is the strongest military in the world - and they would be right. Other nations may be more numerous in certain categories, and coalitions of nations might be able to stand to a lone Germany, but Germany dwarfs any other nation in the military as a whole.

Major Domestic Issues: The army is obsessed with all sorts of expensive monoliths (such as Der Leviathan von Köln), large communist support and unrest, the rise of atheism and a reactionary backlash, almost yearly strikes and riots, separatists on the borderlands, disloyal local governments.
Major Foreign Issues: Tense relations with the UK, France and all other major powers bar those it allied in the war.
History: After victory in the Weltkrieg, Germany's economy had suffered afterwards. Firstly due to the Crisis of 1919, which resulted in increased unemployment and the collapse of the military-industrial war as Germans believed that, in 1915, the war would go on for at least another decade or two. This led to a spiralling situation, as military veterans called in the streets for a military government led by Erwin Rommel. Meanwhile, the liberals and the left called for a republic, as tensions increased further in the German Empire over time. On the 19th of September 1919, the Human Freedoms Act and the Military Compensation Act were passed to avert revolution. People were mostly pleased until the 8th of May, 1922. The liberals, the left and the militarists mobilised in the streets of Berlin, declaring an end to the monarchy. Over 100,000 people turned out, as they stormed buildings, waving the flag of their proclaimed German Republic. The military (or the loyalist military, rather) was deployed in the streets to suppress the revolutionaries, although they weren't given orders to shoot. Whilst a few people were hit in the head for punching the military forces, for the next few hours, the liberals continued to rise in the streets, and news had reached across the Empire, leading to smaller protests in other cities. There was a general accord, as it seemed to be a mostly peaceful protest. That is, until a man named Friedrich Einhart led a mob to climb the Reichstag and raise the German Republic's flag over it. Since the Reichstag was considered an important government building, a soldier had fired on the mob and Einhart, killing him. The mob was sent atwitter, as they pummelled the soldier and beat him to death violently. Since the Kaiser feared total revolution, he ordered the soldiers to fire, leading to mass riots over the next few days. Thankfully, however, the Kaiser met with Gustav Stresemann to establish the Imperial State, a complicated framework, which built an HRE-style constitutional monarchy. Stresemann was hailed throughout Germany, from all sides of the political spectrum (except the absolute monarchists) and was unanimously elected Chancellor on the 1st of June, 1922.
Stresemann's term involved large increases in the military budget (about to Weltkrieg levels), which led to a deficit. To resolve this deficit, he met with businesses to create the Stresemann plan and cleared all Weltkrieg debt in exchange for a quarter of it in advance over a year along with large tax cuts to the businesses themselves for 5 years. He worked with the Social Democrats to institute welfare and health programmes to increase productivity, which cleared the deficit in 1925. Elections came in 1926 however, as Stresemann got elected for a second term with a large majority for his coalition government, almost to the point where he could rule alone as the National-Liberal Party. The second term was when the tax cuts expired and so the surplus grew bigger and bigger and Germany was prosperous. That is, until 1929, in which the Black Tuesday panic spread to Germany. Upon hearing of the news, Stresemann received a stroke and was hospitalised. Sadly, he did not live. So, the Reichstag got to approving a new leader: Hermann Müller. Muller, to say the least, handled the situation in a messy way. The government fell into disorganisation, right as the 1930 elections happened.
Of course, as predicted, the DNVP win and become the largest party. They align themselves with the absolute monarchist KLP to form the Black Coalition. Paul von Hindenburg is invited to become High Imperial Prince but refuses, and so Goerdeler takes charge. He cuts taxes, particularly in sales and bails out many businesses. The German economy is kicked back into track by 1934, although it still feels the tingle of Black Tuesday.

"Well, either way, gentlemen, we must know our next maneuver." The President said, interrupting this minor exchange between Siler and the Director.
"It is of the essence that we act with prudence..." he continued.
"Well, sir.." Siler responded, lifting up a file, clearly one of great significance as Siler took great care in order not to damage it.
"We believe that a concerted aerial attack, followed by naval bombardment and then an amphibious landing will allow us to land in Kyavan. This will minimise casualties and increase the chance of success." Siler continued, clearly becoming more happy as he continued to speak.
"And what is called, may I ask?" The President prodded, visibly interested.
"Operation Radix, sir." Siler replied to the President, firm and stiff.
"I approve it. Go talk with Chesham and the Air Force." The President nodded and then stamped the file as top secret and approved.
Chesham and Siler bowed and then promptly left, knowing that their plan was approved, ready to talk to the military and enforce it.
"So...Mr. President, I believe that there are two things that we need to discuss." Limburgh said, as Chesham and Siler walked out of the room.
The President nodded.
"One is RDX-12, and the other is a project of sorts..." Limburgh said, smirking as he usually did.
"RDX-12? You mean the Russian Roulette Disease?" The President replied, clearly intrigued.
"Yes, sir. We believe that, in case Kyavan violates international law, we could wipe out their entire population within months. Of course, we'd then have to issue vaccines to our populace and allied nations, but it is a price worth paying...in fact, we could also sacrifice some of our political enemies to the strain, like MKUltra." Limburgh schemed, knowing that, if he was given the all-clear to deploy it, he would be able to unleash an inferno of destruction.
"Interesting. It certainly is an option on the table. What about the other project?" The President smickered,
"I have an idea for a group known as the Kyavani Republican League, which we could establish with some backdoor donations and support from political opponents, in order to stage a revolution under our control." Limburgh explained, dropping another file on the table.

Both the protesters and the people at home sang, as the Internationale was heard in streets across the world. Billions sang in unity, to declare a new human race. A new world was truly coming, and the WLIR was at the forefront of it. Fireworks were set across the world, as more and more poured into the rallies. At the endpoint of the speech, over 5 million people had joined the protests, and many more had walked out of their workplaces outright. Perhaps, even if the WLIR were not to win, at least they had the faith of the people. De Klair said one thing to finally finish the broadcast:

The Groß Panzer - It builds off salvaged designs from the Char 2Cs found in the Great War. It is a large tank, as tall as three men. It towers with large guns and thick armour, along with mud grips to prevent it sinking in swamps. Unlike the below two designs, it is intended to be a mass-produced tank, used for both intimidation and doling out large amounts of damage.
The Hölleninferno (CLASSIFIED, BUT NOT TO A HIGH DEGREE)- Thrice the size of the Groß Panzer, it is a true giant, armed with flamethrowers from a gas tank which is secured with reinforced, bulletproof steel. The flamethrowers use a mix of nitrogen and oxygen (along with exhaust gas which gets it to the temperature where the nitrous oxide creates an exothermic reaction as the oxygen burns, although some propose hydroperoxyl instead.) to create a blue fire, which roasts through enemy tanks and infantry like...well...fire. Despite its possible strength, it is vulnerable in the gas tank (despite the reinforced steel) and can be avoided by flanking as it is unwieldy (hence why it is usually accompanied by infantry or light tanks)
Der Leviathan von Köln (TOP SECRET)- The best for last. If the Hölleninferno was excessive, Der Leviathan is EXCESSIVE. It is 9x the size of the Hölleninferno. It uses the same gas for its flamethrower as the Hölleninferno (at a whopping 50m long), along with being able to release chlorine gas through 3 turrets on the frame. It is 100m tall and operated by over 50 men. It has the thickest armour of any tank ever invented at 250mm. It uses sloped armour, the first of its time, along with ceramic steel armour, another first in tank history. The Leviathan was indestructible in any sense of the word.

History: After victory in the Weltkrieg, Germany's economy had suffered afterwards. This led to a spiralling situation, as military veterans called in the streets for a military government led by Erwin Rommel. Meanwhile, the liberals and the left called for a republic, as tensions increased further in the German Empire over time. On the 19th of September 1919, the Human Freedoms Act and the Military Compensation Act were passed to avert revolution. People were mostly pleased until the 8th of May, 1922. The liberals, the left and the militarists mobilised in the streets of Berlin, declaring an end to the monarchy. Over 100,000 people turned out, as they stormed buildings, waving the flag of their proclaimed German Republic. The military (or the loyalist military, rather) was deployed in the streets to suppress the revolutionaries, although they weren't given orders to shoot. Whilst a few people were hit in the head for punching the military forces, for the next few hours, the liberals continued to rise in the streets, and news had reached across the Empire, leading to smaller protests in other cities. There was a general accord, as it seemed to be a mostly peaceful protest. That is, until a man named Friedrich Einhart led a mob to climb the Reichstag and raise the German Republic's flag over it. Since the Reichstag was considered an important government building, a soldier had fired on the mob and Einhart, killing him. The mob was sent atwitter, as they pummelled the soldier and beat him to death violently. Since the Kaiser feared total revolution, he ordered the soldiers to fire, leading to mass riots over the next few days. Thankfully, however, the Kaiser met with Gustav Stresemann to establish the Imperial State, a complicated framework, which built an HRE-style constitutional monarchy. Stresemann was hailed throughout Germany, from all sides of the political spectrum (except the absolute monarchists) and was unanimously elected Chancellor on the 1st of June, 1922.
Stresemann's term involved large increases in the military budget (about to Weltkrieg levels), which led to a deficit. To resolve this deficit, he met with businesses to create the Stresemann plan and cleared all Weltkrieg debt in exchange for a quarter of it in advance over a year along with large tax cuts to the businesses themselves for 5 years. He worked with the Social Democrats to institute welfare and health programmes to increase productivity, which cleared the deficit in 1925. Elections came in 1926 however, as Stresemann got elected for a second term with a large majority for his coalition government, almost to the point where he could rule alone as the National-Liberal Party. The second term was when the tax cuts expired and so the surplus grew bigger and bigger and Germany was prosperous. That is, until 1929, in which the Black Tuesday panic spread to Germany. Upon hearing of the news, Stresemann received a stroke and was hospitalised. Sadly, he did not live. So, the Reichstag got to approving a new leader: Hermann Müller. Muller, to say the least, handled the situation in a messy way. The government fell into disorganisation, right as the 1930 elections happened.
Of course, as predicted, the DNVP win and become the largest party. They align themselves with the absolute monarchist KLP to form the Black Coalition. Paul von Hindenburg is invited to become High Imperial Prince but refuses, and so Goerdeler takes charge. He cuts taxes, particularly in sales and bails out many businesses. The German economy is kicked back into track by 1934, although it still feels the tingle of Black Tuesday.

Looks very good. There’s just a few things to note. The population for the German heartland would of been around 78 million while their colonies would of equaled around 94 million, making it a total of 172 million. If you don’t mind using those numbers it would make some sense. Also, the Air-Force needs to be cut by around 10% of its current amount. Also, you do have to provide us with a link at the very least of the RP post so we know. It’s more of so we know the quality of your posts. That’s all I see though.

Ethnicity Breakdown: It's mostly caucasian everywhere outside of Queensland. As par to the agreement made between the Neds and Aborigines, the Aborigine peoples were given the land of Queensland as their own as a show of good faith. Nevertheless, Queensland is home to nearly every aborigine in Australia along with some varied people of color. Due to the racial persecution of centuries prior, a natural segregation has occured in the Badlands that has played in the favor of the Aboriginal Coalition. Whites are not welcomed in Queensland period, the same is true vice versa depending on who's territory the Aboriginal is in. [The Hordes] The Hordes are in general, all of the ground forces of the outlaw army aside from the Fists. The Hordes get their name from their extremely orthodox methods of combat. This method being savage, animalistic combat, endless waves of heavily modified vehicles being sent at the enemy. These vehicles are often civilian, though it's not uncommon to sometimes spot military hardware like true armored cars among their ranks. A horde of cars usually carries at minimum a hundred vehicles, but in times of war can get upwards of tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands depending on driver participation. The combat effectiveness of the hordes come not just from their weapons and sheer mass, but from the psychological aspect of how they appear. The diesel smoke of the vehicles cascades the area behind the horde in a thick black smog, leaving only the sight of hundreds of wicked vehicles racing towards them, too often decorated with human cadavers and aged blood.
While most of the strength of the Hordes lays in their vehicles, the drivers are not just there to steer their cars, it's expected of the Hordes that drivers be able to fight as pure infantry if it comes down to it. Combat effectiveness when it comes to infantry combat is top of the line compared to that of other factions in Australia, as a fair portion of the men in Ned's army tend to have at least some kind of military experience of some kind. During the Great War. The Italian NIS provided intense training regiments to the outlaw army. Even years later, this training is remembered by veterans of the Neds, passing this knowledge onto younger untrained generations of fighters in the Hordes. As long as the tradition of the Italian teachings carries on, the Neds maintain one of the most well trained armies in Australia.
[Navy] The Ned Navy truly isn't even a fraction as fearsome as the Hordes. With only a literal handful of ships that stay in St. Vincent and Spencer Gulf to defend Adelaide. The ace in the minuscule Navy's sleeve is a relic from the great war, the Spanish constructed a massive underwater weapon reminiscent of a squid capable to flip ships with a single tentacle or punch right through them. It's a weapon to be reckoned with in any naval environment.
While the Ned's navy is small, others are not. Entire organizations of pirates exist on the Australian coasts, particularly in Tasmania. These ships and their crews are leased off of Ned Kelly's personal fortune to defend the coastal waters of the Great Australian Bight. Dozens of pirate vessels operating for the Neds patrol the waters daily with the promise of pay for the crew, and the spoils of war for any merchant or enemy naval vessels they might sink or capture.
[Ned's Fists] Ned's Fists are an elite branch of highly dedicated men and women that have proven their loyalty to the cause of the Neds even in time of anarchy. While Ned's fists are infantry, and fight alongside the Hordes, they exist as a separate entity despite this. They fight in suits of powered hydraulic armor constructed by the finest engineers in South Australia. The armor's interior engineering remains a trade secret amongst the Neds that ensures their edge over the rival powers in Australia. The armor increases the strength of it's user tenfold, allowing them to throw grown men around like dolls and lift entire vehicles over their heads. On top of the benefit of strength comes durability, small arms rounds do just about nothing to the armor. It takes sustained fire from anything that isn't a heavy caliber to even penetrate the outer layer of the armor. In terms of environmental defenses, the helmet of the armor is built in with a filter to protect from chemical weapons and other toxins.

Major Domestic Issues: Currently the most crime ridden state on the planet. Environmental regulations have been discarded leading to the landscape being torn apart. Ned Kelly himself is getting very old, despite his extensive body modifications, nobody is sure quite how much longer he has left. Society as a whole has fallen apart, civilized morals are far and few between.
Major Foreign Issues: Australia's independence from Britain and it's independence from governing bodies in general has been a controversial issue. Especially considering the willingness of the warlords to actively ignore human decency and commit what some world powers would consider war crimes.
History: Australia was built by convicts. Founded on an idea that would take mad men so far out of society that the British citizens would have to worry about them no longer. Their insanity was thought to have died out when Australia was colonized and "tamed" by the Empire. For hundreds of years, this was believed to have been the case, until the midst of the Great War. Ned Kelly, a legendary outlaw rallied one of many revolutionary organizations against the tyrannical Socialist government that had claimed independence from the British Empire. While other revolutionaries sought to overthrow their new government and return to British rule, Ned Kelly took a banner that nobody else was flying. Independence of both, and independence of the very idea of governing bodies, under the idea that tyranny could not exist if there were no position for one to be tyrannical in.
Kelly's call came unexpected, many believed him having died in prison, but his status as a legend in the outback had lived on. Caught in the midst of a war larger than any other, and a war on the home front between the black and white sides of the Loyalists and the patriots of the New Socialist power, Ned was the only realistic choice for those not wanting to take a side. While the Loyalists and the new Government battled tirelessly, Ned Kelly's army built below their noses, the leaders of both had disregarded the foolish idea of an outlaw dismantling the both of them. After having struck a deal with the unseen power, the Aboriginal Coalition and receiving extensive aid from the Italians and French, the war was coming to a close only halfway through. Ned's hordes of vehicles were a cruel but wildly effective mockery of cavalry that took both sides of the war by surprise. Ned's name was all throughout Australia, being regaled as an icon and hero for the people. Many people on the sidelines had finally made up their mind when the anarchist banner hung over Melbourne. As focus turned onto the Loyalists, the brute force of Italian and Anarchist armies combined with the lethality of Aboriginal guerrilla warfare chipped away heavily at the morale and territory of the Loyalists, until the troops New Zealand had sent finally had to pull out for their own safety. That was the deciding factor that lead to the destruction of the Loyalists and opened the gates to an alien concept in modern society. Anarchy officially ruling a nation.
To further state his beliefs, even when asked to rule Australia by his aides, Ned declined. The armies had fought for themselves and they would rule for themselves.
Not long had passed before it finally set in on the people of Australia that anarchy truly did reign now, meaning anything goes. Crime went into an uproar as the criminal society that had once ruled over society had gone full circle. Murders, Rape, Arsony, Crimes beyond speaking took the land in a storm and none were able to stop it. The numbers of Ned's army depleted wildly in this time as many went off to seek their own fortune in the lawless lands. Rather than indulge in the treasures of a free land, Ned Kelly gathered what forces had wisely chosen to remain with him and secured his presence in South Australia before rising powers had a chance to seize it from him. All the while, civilization in Australia died a slow, excruciating death at the hands of itself. Madness was the only real side to be on, and anyone that fought against it would bend, or break.
In the time following the abolition of power, power did begin to rise again in sick, twisted mockery. Warlords raised small armies across Australia, creating factions that held and competed against parts of the Australian economy, or sometimes just existed to cause chaos. Despite the leaders of these organizations being quite mad, that unintentionally made them perfect for the world they had been thrust into, one devoid of sense and human morality. These powers didn't always last however. In the decades following, it seemed new powers rise and fell every year, or even every few months. Only handfuls of select groups managed to last through the years just as the Neds had.
Modern Australia isn't much tamer than it was at the end of the Great War. Anarchy still rules without competition. Some institutions of clans have been in place since the Neds claimed victory. The Neds are still the most powerful clan in Australia, despite the immense challenge of bringing together people in an organized group in an anarchy, Ned Kelly pulled it off and proudly carries well over a million men and women with his banner and the numbers keep climbing.
In terms of slowing down, it has in a way. The thrill of murdering without punishment isn't as much as an adrenaline rush as it was when it was started, but it's unfortunately still the way of life. Communication is common between older, mature factions, newer clans often bicker and scrap for territory. Trade goes between the largest of the clans on occasion, and alliances have been built and destroyed over the decades. Some private businesses that don't quite care who they sell to sometimes send ships for trade to the Australian coasts, most prominently in Adelaide. Adelaide has since been more or less remodeled to fit that of a not-so-civilized society and has since become the only real "city" left in Australia, another reason why so many seem to flock to the Neds.
The Neds have ironically become one of the most "civilized" groups in Australia. Which isn't quite saying much. But the most civilized people left in Australia are often found in Ned's territory for few reasons. One being that there an unspoken rule among the gangs of the outback. Don't mess with Ned too much. Time has portrayed him to the Australians as their great liberator that lead them on glorious conquests against the powers that had once looked down on them. That and the fact that his forces are the main line of defense to keep Australia free. It's because of this rule, that Ned's territories are often pretty safe, at least from outside intervention. On the inside, his people are still desperate maniacs in an unfortunate land, leaving the people almost as much a danger to themselves as outsiders are to them. The military of the Neds has remained somewhat the same since the Great War. Car hordes are still in use, and the Italian training that was used to finalize his mass of criminals as a legitimate army has not been forgotten. And with Australia being a totally lawless land, inventors and mad scientists scrutinized elsewhere for their controversial work are welcomed to practice and procure their work without hassle in Australia. It's how the Neds got their hands on the wonderful invention of power armor, and how Ned has modified his body to become a weaponized blend of man and machine.
Goalwise, nobody in Australia really has plans of attacking anywhere else. There's been talk in the Neds for years of liberating New Zealand, but it's just rumors at this point. The warlords of Australia have to first deal with the madness of their homeland before even concerning with the outside world, and based on the madness they face everyday, it's unlikely they'll be dealing with it anytime soon.
