Ok, I'm literally like 99.99999% done with my app, but I'm hung up on my exchange rate of all things. I'm not too sure what it's supposed to be....

Exchange rates are hard. Technically by 2054 in this scenario the USD is just about worthless. So you have two options. Peg your currency to 2019 USD or peg your currency to another players. Currency value is related to supply, demand, inflation, and other economic factors. The three largest currencies by stability would be Russian Ruble, Commonwealths currency, and ATL Dollar. However if you’re going just by stability then the Cuban Dollar would nudge ATL out (Cuba didn’t split up so technically it’s economy is pretty stable while much smaller. Russia while it did split up has stabilized and the Ruble would be still accepted and used in both de jure and de facto Russian governed areas).

If you’re going by sheer economic size: Hong Kong Commonwealth, Russian Ruble, ATL, Nordic Commonwealth and Pacific States would be top five of most globally traded currencies.

So my advice given this information is peg to whoever you’ll probably trade the most with. Once it’s pegged and you have a rate it’s easy to calculate exchange.

In 2029, with the beginning of the German invasion of France thousands of refugees fleed to the shores of Quebec, seeking security of the (at the time) comparitively stable Canadian Nation, little did they no the peace would not last.

Cracks in the Canadian political scene began appearing as tensions rose between left and rightwing parties, and Quebec itself became a focal point for increased tension between French and Anglo Canadians that spread to the rest of Canada.

By 2035 the situation had devolved to the point that Quebec began transforming the provincial police force the Sûrete du Quebec into a paramilitary and manufacturing arms enmass.

Quebecois Revolution/Canada-Quebec War (2036~2044)
After Yukon and British Columbia declarated independence, Quebec followed suit a mere week afterwards, however unlike them, the fledging Republic was surrounded by Canada to the west, north, and east, which the latter used to it's advantage. The western front with Ontario saw the largest battles and the border remained more or less fixed for the majority of the war, with Ottawa and Quebec's forces grinding against each other. The battles with the Ottawa aligned Maritimers and Newfoundland were much more fluid with the Gaspesie Peninsula exchanging hands between Quebec and New Brunswick several times.

2042-2044: the old Canadian Government in Ottawa had become exhausted fighting on so many fronts, and had virtually accepted Quebecois independence. This had allowed the new Republic to occupy Newfoundland & Labrador. The war against the Maritimes was growing ever more brutal, as the capitulation of Newfoundland sparked feared of conquest by their Francophone opponents. New Brunswick launched a desperate offensive, pushing the depleted Sûrete back, and after a week's time occupying the Gaspesie Peninsula. Even after many attempts to reoccupy the Peninsula, Quebec's Sûrete was never able to wrest control from New Brunswick again, a year later, in 2044, the Maritimes joined the newly form Atlantic Federation. The Québécois government, having been at war for 8 years, wasn't keen on the prospect of fighting the American successor state, and decided to consolidate it's conquests, but it would not forget the actions of the "Anglos" to the south.

2044-2048
The nearly decade long war had done much to change Québécois social and political culture, the population had become militarized and had shifted towards the center. A new constitution was written in 2045 to "bring together all aspects of the nation under one system", creating a government with aspects of military rule, democracy, and socialism.
In 2047, Quebec negotiated a treaty of annexation with the neighboring French overseas territory of Saint Pierre & Miquelon.

Lol! Quebecois government's similarity to the PSA in form is coincidence. I was using a combination of various French philosophies (syndicalism, Dirigisme )and Catholic ones (integralism). In practice, my country is probably far more socially conservative.
