All of that should be determined by how the government is run and what bills are passed, it’s hard to believe something like this just randomly happens, and in the case it did, it would probably be dismissed as an inaccurate poll

No incidents by the way, government will run normally. If there's any incidents they'll occur later but they wont directly affect the government. Would be similar to Shanghai, just to stimulate government response and bill making.

On the other hand, if you guys literally want no incidents throughout at all then that's your choice as well. Open to everything

Oh and by incidents, I don't mean like government being changed directly if there was any miscommunication. I just meant bad events such as natural disasters that the government needs to respond to
