How are you going to call a by-election for a party-list region-wide election, especially how are you going to call for snap elections when your party isn't even in government?

I see the problem now. Alright, Southpaws cannot merge into any parties but changing coalitions is fine. A Southpaw-WLIR coalition is okay but not forming one singular party.
