2132, mankind had explored every last inch of Earth, they then turned towards the stars, they had ventured there before, now it as time to go even farther. Space agencies from around the globe began to design spacecraft, cryo-sleep vats, warp drives, all essential tools needed to explore deep into space. People began leaving Earth in droves, destinations like Mars and the Moon were popular. Colonies and Cities began to pop up on all solid planets. But, mankind's curiosity and desire to expand sent them even further, a ninth and then tenth planet were discovered, named Zanias and Ure, and they too began to be colonized. As of yet, there has been no contact with another sentient life form. After a while, people on other planets began to think of themselves not like colonists and more like Martians, Zaniasians, and Ureites, they rebelled against Earth and formed their own governments. The year is now 2243, tensions are at an all-time high,which planet to you pledge your allegiance to?

Earth is a planet that has united under the UN, electing a Chairman every 6 years. The nations run basically autonomously though, with the UN intervening only when necessary. The UN mainly deals in matters of foreign policy and trade. Earth has had multiple violent wars with Mars, and has a strong and large military.



Mars

Mars is a planet that is run by a Council that is elected every 10 years. It is moderately democratic, with some hints of Oligarchy. The people are moderately free, but are required to serve 2 years in the Martian Armed Forces. Mars is an aggressive planet by nature, but another election is approaching, so the foreign policy may change. The Martian Armed Forces are advanced and large. The economy is strong and mostly free, but regulated somewhat by the Council. It is mostly fueled by Arms Manufacturing with contributions from Mining and Information Technology.



Zanias

Zanias is a large planet that has fallen into chaos after a long and bloody Civil War. Militant groups band together and run autonomously. It has no military or government, trade is conducted by the separate groups as they see fit.


Ure

Ure is a medium sized planet that is led by a Premier with an Iron Fist. It is a Communist planet by self-description. The Economy is completely controlled by the State, and the military is large and powerful. The people have very few freedoms, effectively disenfranchised and told what to do and how to do it.
