To the New World Order out of character forum, where you may post an application in order to enter the rp, this world was created when Japan bio-engineered a plague and launched it at the west coast of the United States and began to spread like wild fire. Wiping out most of humanity and destroying civilization!

Every In real life day, is one season. Currently the year is 1956 and the season is Spring.

This rp has AI Nations, they're mainly meant to fill up the world a bit and bring some life to it, but also make things interesting between them and players. AI Nations will often not expand much, and players are free to interact with them.

Heirs of a Nation
This roleplay has a mechanic where you may be able to pick the heir of a nation, being the heir of a nation allows you to gain a small buff in defense when fighting in land your predecessor owned before Germany went to war with Poland in 1939. It also allows you to be the nationality and ethnicity of that country. Colonies don't count.

Rebellions
This roleplay also has a system known as "rebellions" where if you take a province that didn't belong to your predecessor nation and is a different ethnicity than you, that province will have a +5% chance of rebelling and will increase for every province that is like this one. Rebellion chance may also increase depending on your ideology or how the ethnicity in your borders is treated. Rebellion chances can be decreased if you appease or..... Remove them, this can be done by creating a post that is at least 100 words long, going over how you're appeasing or removing them. It'll take 1 irl week for the effect to take place.

In the year of 1938, the German High Command chose to establish a new wing to its operations as it created Operation: Wehrwolf, a semi-independent force made to preserve the German Reich if it were to suffer defeat in the coming war. While this was seen as highly unlikely by many, it was decided that it was necessary to have a just in case plan if the worst were to come upon them. Wehrwolf would receive a large supply of food, weapons, armor, and supplies as it built up massive stockpiles of resources all throughout the Reich’s territory. Establishing bunkers outside of Munich, Berlin, Vienna, Frankfurt, Cologne, Hamburg, Prague in secured hidden locations which were all heavily classified. Furthermore, bunkers would be constructed in the wilderness of the Swabian, Rhineland, and Bavaria areas.

The operation went further as a special division would be created in order to fight for when the worst comes, having 25,000 soldiers for their own private usage. Along with the ability to conscript members of the SS and armies of the ninth and twelfth, if the need were to arise for them to do so.

By 1940, Operation Wehrwolf distinguished itself from the rest of the High Command, while still receiving orders it acts increasingly more independent and establishes more bunkers and supply caches throughout Germany and expand its influence in Poland. Especially among the city of Danzig, tunnels have even been constructed in order to connect the now numerous bunkers throughout the Reich. Conscripting Jews And Slavs in order to do the dirty work, and upon finishing they’d be executed by firing squad.

1942, the Reich have invaded the Soviet Union and although they came near to capturing Moscow they were pushed back by the winter, and pushed back even further when the disastrous defeat at Stalingrad occurred. Such a thing would never allow the Reich to recover, Germany’s armies did everything they could to push back the red tide of Russian forces or to simply halt them but to no avail. An uneasy feeling of defeat loomed over them, causing Operation Wehrwolf to see a new increase in funding from the Fuhrer himself.

1944, things seem to only get worse for the Reich as the Americans and British manage to pull off a landing in France, and are making rapid advances as they retake Paris. Pushing even deeper now, the last of Germany’s resources are put into Operation Wehrwolf and to hold off the ally offensive for as long as possible.

1945, ally forces push deeper and deeper into Germany, yet a strange disease fills the air…. Pushes have slowly begun to become more and more rare, as the fighting continues but advances slow. Plague had reached Europe now, and it was ravaging ally forces and Germany’s as well, while the Soviets kept pushing to reach Berlin. It costed them more and more lives, despite allied offenses coming to a near halt many knew that the Reich was already defeated. The entire government was in crisis, Hitler himself was even reported to have succumbed to the plague and died while inside his bunker. The entire government collapsed around the German people, now they’re left to either flock to the allies or to the Wehrwolf banner.

1948, death… death everywhere…. Corpses litter the streets of men and women from all creeds, religion, ideology, and country. The plague discriminated from nobody, and millions lay dead in the graveyard that is Germany…. That is Europe. World War Two ends with no victor, instead only a broken shell of Europe existed, the continent that was the center of all civilization Now was merely civilization’s tomb.

1952, years have passed by and the German government lived underground among the bunker’s tunnels. Growing and plotting to retake the Vaterland, now the chance to do so has finally come, Radio Wehrwolf plays throughout the dead nation and Wehrwolf forces are mobilized as they retake much of Bavaria with their center of operations being Munich. While their forces are small, they’re well equipped and trained for the mission of uniting the German people once more. While no new Fuhrer has been appointed, Joseph Goebbels currently serves as the unofficial leader as he communicates with Wehrwolf forces via radio. The High Command has also been remade, while smaller and a bit rushed it will have to do. Many are still wary, and fearful…. The war hasn’t officially ended and while no signs of ally forces are in sight, it is chosen for them to lay low and remain hidden from whatever the world is now.

The Fourth Reich is declared, and a new flag rises above the great country once more.

Pope Pius XII would quickly become a Jesus like figure to the people of Rome as they flocked to his side in support of the creation of a Neo Papal State. The Pope would answer these calls and officially declare the city of Rome and the surrounding areas under the control of The Neo Papal State.

History - The Order of the Dragon was originally thought to have been eliminated in the 16th century and in part there is truth to this claim. Officially the Order had been removed as an official military charter by the Catholic Church and all members to be declared apostates despite the deep ties the nobility had with it. Yet those ties saved it by transforming the Order into an assembly of bodyguards that would protect the descendants of its members especially those who take on the burden of fighting Islam such as the encroaching ottomans. Over time the former members would have been freed to pursue their own goals forging separate kingdoms of the balkans until their constant warring weakened them to be plunged into the horror of Caliphate control. Uprising after Uprising were required to pull the yoke off and restore freedom to the region, but old habits and rivalries emerged once more despite the Order's best efforts to unify the leading elements. Then World War 1 emerged soon after several disastrous wars that depleted precious resources, assassinated their best hope Franz, and in a final blow introduced a multitude of ideologies that competed or outright destroyed the old, yet hard-won connections with replaceable choruses of sycophants (their view on democracy).

It was a blessing that many masters of the Order were able to adapt to such circumstances and continue to find sympathizing people of distinction or resources...heck even basic villages were considered worthwhile as their old values and oaths found synergy. For the longest time the Order had been content to merely to protect those who could realistically administer and manipulate the events of the world, but now Grandmaster Orpheus devised a plan to instead launch a forceful assault on the region since their diplomacy and intrigue has failed. To make the best possible last ditch effort in their sacred mission the Order had been hiding multiple prominent families concocted of the local nobility (even the exiled ones) for the purpose of stability, they built bunkers, utilized existing military networks, and even managed to create a formidable Headquarters for the first time in centuries...all while being paid for and secreted by its agents. The grounds, bunkers, and declared top secret presence allowed the Order to train and recruit a private army with all of the necessities. The multiethnic makeup of the Balkans proved to be both a boon and a hindrance as fights were common, but knowing the multiple languages and differing economic-political situations allowed the Order a new ease of movement as it became more serious than an exclusive VIP club.

Then the Second World War came in a blinding flash once again ripping what little peace existed. This time however the Order was able to retreat from the Nazi regime and even use contacts in the Reich to divert attention away from the sensitive areas, but not without great risk. It became clear that the communist advance in all its secular horror and abhorrence of the old world was coming. The leaders wondered if they should establish in farther lands such as America in a bid to return, but then the lines went silent.

Disease had come and already being cordoned off the Order did not emerge until 1952...with all of its preparation to bear.

The collapse of the Netherlands to the disease lead to the slow abandonment of the Dutch East Indies by the regional government. Islands and eventually the whole country began declaring their independence; but it was far too late.

By the time each island was recognized, the plague had spread across the globe. Entire cultures went extinct in Indonesia, but one remained; the remnants of the Majapahit. They took the eastern parts of Java and the western parts of Sumatra, and declared themselves the resurrected state of the long lost empire; the New Majapahit. The red and white stripes flew over their territory once again, and they nationalized the spice and coffee trades on their islands. Their main leader, Sutikno, was declared Emperor Sutikno I of the Majapahit in 1951.

Now, in the later years, the Majapahit is the strongest force in Australasia. They are slowly but surely securing their hold over the Indonesian islands, and are even planning to go into Southeast Asia or maybe even Australia. The glory of the Majapahit Empire will be brought to life again.

Quickly spreading into San Antonio and Austin. Federal troops stationed within fort hood were dispatched to calm the situation. However, the situation quickly grew out of hand, with government authority being ignored. Finally on February 4th, 1945, the second Texas republic is declared at the San Jacinto. Where it was declared 100 years before. The new state quickly fell into anarchy though. As elections weren’t being held due to the plague. Now it is 1952, and the first election is finally held amongst what’s left of the population. God Bless Texas
