I was trying to find a way to explain that in my last post, but I didn't find a way how to have Cedric express that organically.
Yes. I'd imagine that if you are just a normal human outside of your suit, you're able to bring it, as long as you don't bring any lethal equipment with you in that suit.

OK, for simlicity I will make a list.
1: This is not a major problem nor a disqualifying one and honestly among all of the other issues this is minor but a picure FC is preferred. If you do not have a picture some more description is strongly recommended. Does the character have scars, other distinctive facial features etc. Also if you really want a female Goku FC, there are lots of genderbent images on a Google search. 2: The Power level is far too high. We are in what is basically the Saiyan Saga. There is a hard limit of 300 max to start off with for most characters and honestly it should be beneath that. The PL of a character will naturally grow as the RP progresses but we are all just starting. 3: OK, there are massive issues with the Bio, but starting with the biggest one, Goku does not exist in this RP. Vegeta and Nappa do not exist. Baby does not exist. No canon character exists in Dragon Ball Sagas, this was explained in the OOC. Only Original characters can be created or used in lore. This suggests that you did not read the OP, but moving on. 4: The bio is far too short, it should be at minimum two paragraphs. Give us some feel for the history of the character. 5: She could not have been tought Vegeta's techniques for the above reasons. Also, this is asking for a list of techniques. There is an example app in the OP, please look at it for reference.
That is all, honestly you are better off entirely making a new app from scratch. As aside from things like 'Likes or Dislikes and Name and species everything else was well...in need of massive reworking. I hope that this clears up any questions you may have.

Race: Saiyan Gender: M Age: 21 Power Level: 250 Bio: The Great Forests of the Western Continent are ruled by the Ha'Shana'Kai People, some build great structures atop hills, others are semi-nomadic, some even venture out into the great seas of the world. Standing atop these varied people's is the Great Clan of Ash'Too'Sho. They produce the strongest warriors of all the Warrior Clans, and according to their own legends are descended from the Great Father himself. Twenty years ago a son was born to the current War Chief, a tall and powerful woman, and it is said he rode a star onto the Earth itself. He grew to be unnaturally strong, taller than even his amazonian mother, and a proficient warrior. But the Spirits, ever mysterious, granted such a miraculous warrior at a price. A great and terrible beast would appear under the full moon and terrorize and destroy their Clan's works. This happened for many years until the Beast was slain, and it has not reappeared since.
It is said by his Mother that Colrab's name and fate were proclaimed by the stars. He became a master of the War Club, capable of defeating other warriors in groups whilst alone. He became the Chosen Warrior of the Clan, said to lead their people into the New Age. Paradise began to be threatened however, other people began to settle near the Great Forests. Colrab was tasked with retrieving a funny "paper money" from the Others by his Mother. He was pointed in the direction of a great challenge of Martial Prowess and Skill, an apparent tradition amongst the others known as the Tenkaichi Budokai. Colrab has joined the Tournament, aiming to take the winnings for himself. Steel Lariat: With one giant arm outstretched, Colrab rushes the opponent. Catching them by the upper collarbone and slamming them into the ground. Giant Boomerang: Colrab, with an unnatural amount of power and skill, winds up and throws his gunstock war club at an opponent. This covers several feet horizontally across the air, and it returns to him unless interfered. Grappler's Delight: Colrab, being physically stronger than most opponents, overpowers his opponent and restrains them with an iron grip. From this technique he can choose to preform a variety of moves, such as slamming the opponent repeatedly, throwing them into the air or wall/s, or finishing them with a deadly back breaker. Spirits Take You!: (A Finishing Move) Colrab, using his gunstock war club, beats his opponent viciously. This causes major blunt damage and minor piercing damage from the small metal blade.
Abilities: Form of the Chosen: Standing at an intimidating 8'4, Colrab is taller than most other Saiyans, let alone Humans. His form is thick with muscles, legs as thick as trees, and soul piercing gaze in his eyes'. Even the toughest of combatants should have a little fear enter their hearts. Theme Song: (Optional)

Gotta note that the slots for the Budokai have all been filled and we've already gone through all four battles in the first round, so Colrab can't be a tournament participant. Otherwise, seems fine.
