He was born in Warsaw in the same year as Communism fallen in Poland, he was always a bit weirder from his schoolmates, not wanting to play with others, obsessed with technicalities, especially electric devices. His school life was a hard one, he was bullied for apparently no reason, eventually, he graduated into High School and started his own business in his own house, but it wasn't going smoothly and that was the moment where he began to drink, as his business finally fell he needed to start stealing to survive

He needed to start stealing to have money to buy himself something to eat. It was pickpockets in large crowds and all that, he never felt good about it but he needed to do it. He was nearly caught one time but managed to escape before anyone could get anything that would prove he was guilty. Eventually, he was once again looking for a job, he found one, on the deck of Melody, although, for the price of being under watch more than other crew members.

Endem, what would you consider about this as an idea? What if there was a police officer who was convinced that your character was the thief despite having no evidence, and now was intent on bringing him to justice? OP, would this be a possibility?

Skills: Intellgent: Marcus is smart, though he doesn't always act like it. He is able to take in information and process it well, and is good at understanding problems presented to him and working ways to get what he wants.
Creative: Marcus is creative and able to look at the world in a unique way. Typically, this is only apparent in his musicality and talent for cooking, but he can also apply this to more typical problems, using his creativity to work out unique answers to problems.
Tough: Marcus grew up poor and in a rough neighborhood. As a result, he had to learn how to take care of himself, and developed thick skin and a comfort in fighting. He avoids fighting when he can, but often his pride and hot hotheadedness can get in the way of that.
Weaknesses: Hot Headed: Despite being so smart, Marcus often acts without thinking, damn the consequences.
Tunnel Vision: Once Marcus gets his mind on something, he will pursue it relentlessly, ignoring anything else besides it even if it may be more pressing in the moment.

Fault: Pride. Marcus is intelligent, creative and good looking, and he knows it. Though he isn't a bad guy, he can let these attributes make him prideful, and defensive when people try and attack him about any of these attributes, leading to him getting into feuds and fights.

Personality: You ever meet that guy who's obsessed with underground rap and weird music, likes chains and sneakers and wants to be the next big rapper? Thats Marcus. The only difference, while most of those guys have no talent and only like the aesthetic, Marcus very well may be the next big thing. He is charming, funny, and easy to be around, actually has a good sense of fashion instead of just wearing things because their expensive or have Gucci plastered on them, and is an actually talented and unique musician and rapper. However, despite how, well, cool he appears he is also hot headed and often doesn't think before he acts. He know's he is good looking and charming, and often expects these attributes to carry him through problems and then is surprised on the occasions they dont. Still, he is a good person at heart, and takes pride in the image he has crafted for himself.
Likes: Music (rap in particular) cooking, cities, cars.
Dislikes: People acting tough, techno, the cold, having nothing to do.
Fears: Marcus fears being forgotten. Its for that reason he wants to be a famous rapper, to make his mark on the world so everyone will know his name.

Quirks: He isnt diagnosed, but Marcus probably has ADHD. He also has a nervous tic where he shakes his left hand, when he's feeling intense emotion. (Such as fear, anger, paranoia and so on. If you see Marcus start to twitch his hand, somethings wrong in his eyes.)

Biography: Marcus was born in Miami Florida, to a Cuban mother and black father. They both were hardworking and good people, but lived in a poor and dangerous neighborhood in Overtown, and this had an effect on Marcus. From a young age he had to learn to be smart and resourceful, to avoid the more dangerous members of his community. He went to school, and was considered smart and intelligent by his teachers, but a handful. He was hyperactive, never sat still, and preferred to tell jokes and show off than to actually study. Still, he was funny, and so the other kids liked him and he always had a gaggle of other kids around him, being the obvious ring leader of their schools children.

He never managed to get particularly good grades in school, but was still at least average and passing. He preferred however to play outside and come up with schemes with his friends, or as he got older play X-Box and smoke weed. In highschool girls started to notice him, as he was a very good looking young man, as well as having an air of mystery about him because by that point he had developed a group of four or five best friends. Everyone knew who he was, and he was always friendly with most, but there were very few he actually hung out with regularly. He made a name for himself for showing up to parties and seeing how much he could get away with before he was thrown out, and in sophomore year won the school talent show for debuting a rap song he had written himself. After all the praise he got for his song, Marcus came to realize he really liked it. He enjoyed the process of making music, and it made it easier for him to make life fun for people, something he liked to do. But also, it was a place for him to use as an outlet for his emotions, which he had always had trouble with, becoming known as mysterious and exciting, there were few places for him to talk about who he really was.

In Senior year, a good friend of Marcus's was shot and killed in a drive by shooting. He hadn't been involved with either side, but was just in the wrong place at the wrong time and got hit by a stray bullet. Marcus was sad, obviously, but accepted it and took it in stride as he did with most things. However, this incident convinced Marcus that he needed to leave Overtown before it killed him. And besides, he was getting more and more popular in his area for his music, promoting it online and selling mix-tapes and singles he had burned on the sidewalk by the corner store. He figured if he kept working hard at it, he might be able to make it a career. Wanting to make enough money to move out of Overtown and somewhere where he could focus more on his music, he started looking for a job that would take him out of Miami. Luckily, cruise ships were always coming to and fro from Miami, and when he was 19 he was able to get a job as a cook on a cruise ship. When not going to school or working on his music, Marcus had been working off in on in restaurants around town, and so he had experience as a cook. It was his first time leaving Florida. Really, it was his first time leaving Miami even.

Deciding to keep working this job for a while, working on his music in his spare time, he started saving his money. He took a few cruises over the year, and decided to continue working on the ship when he turned 20, and signed on for the crew of the Melody. He likes this ship. He gets along with the other crew members, enjoys the kitchen, and found a good place in the crew quarters where the acoustics are great for recording. Thinking that if he is frugal with his money, in another year or so of working on ships he could probably have enough to start a new life somewhere other than Overtown, where he can work on his dream of being a rapper in peace.
