Well, that would be a good idea, but Sioux City is rather far from Gypsum Hills...
Unless Felix and the boiz happened to be out hauling the Junkyard Dog on some sort of clearing run in an effort to scavenge what's left of the city. Thankfully flatbed trucks can haul things heavier than the Junkyard Dog. However, I don't know if that idea really makes sense. That would probably be the fastest way of getting Felix into the thick of things, but I would prefer cohesion over convenience. What about say... The thing they've got going ends and their transport flies over Gypsum Hills while the VagaBonds are fighting off a horde and they detect the action somehow? idunno. And then they send a liaison to check things out the next day or something?

That could work, It's a bit out of the way for a direct flight back to Colorado, but we could try and justify it as a pit stop or something. It also depends on if we're doing cleaning and reopening the shop Mon.

I prefer talking in the OOC. We usually just shit-talk in Discord anyway.

The hotel is north of the river.

Yes, but I don't know where I am in relation to it. To my understanding we have two teams, of which I don't really know where they are. If I'm interpreting it correctly, Alpha is at the hotel, while Bravo is on the south side of the river doing overwatch or something.

So according to one of Towers' old posts, and what I can discern. Amanda sent Alexandre, and a lot of the bigger MACEs to the north side of the river to cover from just outside the hotel to the waterfront. I think everyone else aside from the overwatch and rear recon teams is either on the south side or walking along either bank of the river.

Bravo Team/South of the river - Victor, Alyxandra, Claudia

Recon Team/Along the river - Nadya, Leon, Edward

Overwatch Team/Further away from the hotel - Amanda, Yasmine, Casey

It may be worth to start keeping a visual representation of what's going on during deployments. A map or something. Google Maps should work fine since we're effectively in the real world.

Alpha was approaching the hotel from the southeast actually, we were moving along I-29. I'll try to get a short post up tomorrow, I need to finish an assignment first.

So I assume that our extract and the SRT's is a different set of vehicles, how exactly are they getting our heavy mechs out? I've been under the impression the hotel is the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino is this correct, because I looked at the map again and there are a fair few in the area?
