How does exploring work, out of interest? Oh, and for that matter, can Skilled Labour be pre-invested in building districts? Say if you didn't have the full sum required to construct the building would you be able to invest Skilled Labour rather than wasting it and spend the riches later/the next turn?

Stormwind was actually Lordaeron herself - there was a small settlement on the island the Arameri now occupy, but it was abandoned by the men of Stormwind when the Horde came west.

To those who have questions about population growth, exploration, and the like, everything should now be in the OP. The IC is going up presently. Arcana still have yet to be finished, and may undergo a rather large overhaul in the process.

Generically, you only need to assign Populations to relevant Districts, and determine how your resources are spent/traded/etc. Very low maintenance compared to last RP.

There are no mechanisms for tech-sharing or stealing at present - if you want to learn a technology, dedicate your Scholars towards researching it.

And by extension, do individual Farm Quarters have to be manned, or just the district they're in?

Indeed.

Only the District - there are, at present, no Quarters that need to be particularly staffed.

Can I make a suggestion for tech-sharing?

Tech-sharing can cut the science cost of the technology in half? Still requires learning, but a friendly library makes researching much easier.
