Okay well my opinion is that cards like change of heart, raigeki and dark hope provide far too much benefit for far too little a cost. Rather than rewarding players for creating interesting decks it makes it far to easy to rely on a few generic overpowered cards, therefore killing deck uniqueness. Plus it’s less interesting when killing powerful strategies is that easy

True, lets make it this then, maybe as rewards you can use them, I don't want to remove them completely, but I do want to make them attainable. And did you mean Dark Hole when you said Dark Hope?

Advanced Banlist, but if you win the card in a tournament you can use it. To make it more fair, if you are in the final two, you are awarded the card for the tournament.

Ok, new tournament will begin when everyone is ready, i need at least 4 participants, so for my nomination of my characters, Yami Bakura is in. He will be using a different strategy.

Can we do some sort of recruiting drive? Also dragons, I’m making an npc for the tourney maybe if kaiba enters they can fight in the first round? Also perhaps kaiba is there to recruit duelists for the tourney?

Actually Pegasus as an NPC is hosting it back at the old Duelist kingdom.
