Oh please don't have a trap; I I mean the protagonist doesn't want to be in for a surprise like that!

Any thoughts about a reverse trap? lel kek get rekt

The same guy has a PSA on getting trapped in a video game. Look up "Mother's Basement Isekai." Not all of his work is great, but his PSAs are top-notch.

Character Name: Tekīra Josei
Age (Must be 18+): 21
Archetype: muscle girl (think Undine from Claymore) with a side order of gonk
Theme Song: Come on, don't act like you didn't know what it'd be from the pic.
Major/Minor: History, South American Mythology
Equipment: Tequila, muscles, German science journals
Hobby: Studying vampire mythology, working out
Blood Type (not important here; it's just a thing in Japan): O
Background with Kiyoshi, if applicable: None
Any additional information:
100% Cis-Het Woman. She just has some... unfortunate genetics. And took after her father. And works out.

Saying she looks like a man? That's a paddlin'. Saying her makeup is anything less than perfect? That's a paddlin'. Saying she will never get a man because of her muscles? You better believe that's a paddlin'.

Image

Character Name: Simon, Cyrene
Age (Must be 18+): 20
Archetype: Sweet healer, bookworm
Theme Song: It just seems to fit.
Major/Minor: Medicine/psychology
Equipment: Medical books, scrubs, ability to heal wounds at the cost of feeling the pain of them
Hobby: Studying medicine
Blood Type (not important here; it's just a thing in Japan): A
Background with Kiyoshi, if applicable: None
Any additional information:
Cyrene is an English student studying in Japan who has the power to heal any wound, so long as the healee is living, but at the cost of feeling the pain of that wound. More info. An AU of her in her younger days.

Image

Character Name: Homura Miku
Age (Must be 18+): Chronologically 21, biologically 32
Archetype: Chronically late, often tired kuudere, with shades of cloud-cuckoolander and ditz
Theme Song: I'll stop the world and melt with you
Major/Minor: Medicine/chemistry
Equipment: Ability to stop time, rubber bouncy balls, metal legos, spiky jacks, metal ball bearings, all conveniently stored in the many pockets of her coat (not pictured).
Hobby: Searching for ways to reverse aging
Blood Type (not important here; it's just a thing in Japan): AB
Background with Kiyoshi, if applicable: Met him as a high-schooler, when she was considering running away because of the mockery she endured from other students and the shame her parents felt at their daughter rapidly aging. He was kind to her and eventually became the reason she didn't.
Any additional information:
DESPISES her half-brother, Ignacio.

Able to stop time as described here, with the exception of her pain limit being 15 seconds, and her exhaustion being 30. Another AU, this one aged up to 21. She is looking for a way to truly reverse the aging process so she can use her ability to stop time without having to worry about how much time she stops for. Her overuse of her power has almost thoroughly ganked her short-term memory, to the point where she has become a compulsive note-taker out of necessity, though anything that makes it to long-term memory stays there. Her circadian rhythm is likewise shot.

A: F--- ME SIDEWAYS; WHY DID YOU HAVE TO- *ahem,* this is a very interesting character. I like the subtlety of bringing German science journals as she's studying South American mythology, because of the German diaspora to Argentina in the early 1900s. I don't quite see how vampirism fits as part of the whole, but I look forward to bringing this character to a sane dissection in the IC. Not that you're going to do that, obviously. You sick f-
B: Oh, she's sweet. Shame she's going to die in the inevitable battle with Oshiro Momoka. If she were a tank instead of a healer, she'd fare better against the DPS. Oh well...
C: Had to look up "cloudcuckoolander." Going to use that in my everyday language now. Thank you for enlightening me.

All three are accepted. I look forward to the now hilariously-sized harem we're building. If this were a college about the size of Claremont-McKenna, he'd have won over one whole percent of the school already.

A: Mythology gag/reference.
B: MF, don't tempt me. I got a half-Japanese American who I can easily genderswap.
C: You're welcome.

No. I would, but it works far too well, and I picked it because of the meaning of the word ("Woman". With "Tekira" meaning Tequila.). They have different family names. Also, call her Jo-san. Also, two characters sharing a given name lends itself really well to the "Josei!" "Yes?" "Yes?" gag.

In that case, Momoka will make sure Pearl Harbour II doesn’t miss the aircraft carriers!

This RP thread is beautiful. Hits all the right notes, in all the right places, in a matter that is just raunchy enough to imply legitimately everything wrong in anime while still keeping it PG-13. I love you guys. I hope my other RP friends come join so that we can have a dream team.

And of course, I'll have redeem this harem anime, somehow.

Also, Muscle Girl Rivalry? Muscle Girl Rivalry, though she's more girl than muscle.

The Japanese have made personifications of sovereign nations an actual thing. It's actually a classic.
The Chinese made a game for Japan in which they personified WWII battleships.
There is a popular harem anime where the protagonist is on the edge about courting half-human-half-animals. There are actually several harem anime with this concept.
There's a joke visual novel about dating tanks.
The sky is the bloody limit.

We have a mech scientist, ZA WARUDO!!!!!!!!, a touch healer, a literal alien, and a genderbent twin of questionable moral alignment. All of the above would probably just be another Wednesday.

NOT the OP, however, as an Otaku (rabid fan):

IMO, witches are fine and I think we have a couple of supernatural types already. Humanoid alien girls, sure. Time Travelers I'm not sure about (maybe a girl from a previous time in magical suspended animation?). Sword Fighters, definatly. Android girls? Why not?

Just ask yourself if (A) you can pull it off within the greater plot line and (B) will it be funny?

A teacher character? No, I don't think so.

I am playing the senpai and his sister, though.
