Jeez I need a linked roster to figure out what's taken, what's not, what's where, and things like that. Considering a New Republic Adm in command of an SSD, along with her/his fleet...would that be alright? Was the Eclipse ever made and where does it stand? Same with the Reaper, Intimidator (Black Fleet Crisis SSD), and Lusankya?

Update: Nevermind on the Eclipse. Dang it.

Second Update: Just read-up on all the ships. I think a NR SSD should most definitely be a thing. Beware, I hunt.

The Lusankya was captured and pressed into service by the new republic, maybe she could be the basis for your custom dreadnought. The eclipse and other super laser based destroyers are not presently available. Your SPAT pursuit could possibly be achieved by forsaking armor or general armament in favor of a mass of long range missile launchers. Perhaps a set of the cannons mounted on the Mandatory IV (I’d personally envision them being mounted as a set of 8, with batteries of 4 mounted on the top and bottom of the destroyer). Just an idea

Appearance:
RB-204 is 1.93 meters in height and weighs 145 kilograms, owing to the heavier materials used in his construction.

Force Sensitive: A definitive No.

Faction Alignment: RB-204 works as an officer for a security company, protecting wealthy clients on Canto Bight; due to their business connections and his own programmed preference for authoritarianism, his ultimate allegiance is to the scheming of Snoke and his First Order.

Occupation: Effectively a Corporate Thug, RB-204's job as a Security Officer consists of organizing two actions for himself and the droids below him: offering safety to those who have money, and bring a great deal of harm to anyone who gets in the way of the first directive. Due to his considerable age, most of the money RB-204 makes is used on either physical maintenance or reformatting his notably corrupt and erratic system memory.

Personality: Five decades of watching the Galaxy spin into chaos have not been kind to the data stores that house the personality matrix of RB-204. In his early years, he was often described as chatty with a slow wit; however, following the unscrupulous acquisition of programs and drivers intended for upgraded CIS tactical droids, RB-204 transformed into the Shrewd, Proud, and Paranoid machine he is today. Age is a cruel mistress, however, and some of his inferiors describe RB-204 as an increasingly Arbitrary droid due to several missing lines of code in his reasoning.

Skills/Abilities: RB-204's skills consist of the use of Blasters, Unarmed Combat and Tactics. Possessing no extraordinary abilities other than a rather weak Personal Shield Generator, RB-204 is able to match up to most non-Force sensitive opponents.

Equipment: Armed with his decades-old E-5C heavy blaster rifle, RB-204 makes no use of a secondary such as a knife or a pistol, confident that his fellow security forces and his Personal Shield Generator (albeit a weak model) more than compensate for a measly peashooter. It ought to be noted that RB-204 has no prior experience with explosives such as Detonators, aside from running away from them during his service in the Clone Wars.

Biography: Constructed by Baktoid Combat Automata on the Planet of Genosis shortly after the start of the Clone Wars, RB-204 started out in a very similar position to other B-1 battle droids of his time, namely being used in wave assaults against the Grand Army of the Republic. Deployed in the Outer Rim Campaign, the young automaton was still near-identical to his comrades well into the War, until a fallen Jedi on the other side of the Galaxy had massacred the Separatist Council and shut down most of the Droid Army. Due to the existence of numerous Separatist Holdouts in the Outer Rim that later joined the Rebel Alliance, RB-204 and his unit were not deactivated by the signal from Mustafar. However, a combination of software corruption and the experiences of the Clone Wars had made RB-204 into a sort of droid-pacifist, hoping moreso that the Empire would ignore the Rim and focus on consolidating its power than the alternative of dying on a backwater for a cause he never believed in.

After the Battle of Yavin had taken place and galaxy-wide resistance against the Empire galvanized, RB-204 was upgraded with pirated software to increase his mental capacity. However, the stresses placed upon his operating system took their toll upon his personality, annihilating the naive chattiness that had earned him the friendship of several Rebel technicians, along with any reservations he previously felt towards warfare. Serving as a sort of military police, RB-204 used the false impression given off by a B-1 to trick numerous soldiers into revealing information that could either be sold or used as blackmail, for the aging robot had fully recognized that if he were to survive after the Galactic Civil War, money was an absolute necessity. RB-204 eventually deserted shortly after the Battle of Endor sent the Empire into chaos, giving him the cover needed to make a quiet escape from the organization that had given him a second chance in life.

Nar Shaddaa. It was on this moon that RB-204 made his "third life", that of a rootless gun-for-hire. Eventually settling down as a Security Droid in the casino-city of Canto Bight, RB-204 spent the ample free time in between his shifts in pondering the reasons behind the cause of his existence. Deciding that the limp-wristed individuality and corruption that saved him three decades prior were the primary cause of conflict in the Galaxy as a whole, he created a small manual, Self-Memorandum: On the Nature of Egalitarian Slavery, in which he detailed to his future self why it was not necessary organics nor droids that inherently brought conflict in their wake, but rather the idea of serving one's own interest ahead of the greater collective, citing the lack of internal wars on Geonosis and the rampant corruption of the Galactic Republic as examples in why he ought to find a means to fulfill the end of oneness. While RB-204 dismisses the hidden document as a far-off fantasy for now, his actions in the coming years will be decided based not on the cost-benefit analysis in his "first life" nor on the self-serving pragmatism of his "second", but on the totalitarian criterion of furthering the ideal of total control.

Forsaking armor/general armament? My good sir, I have better ideas than that! Overall ship style would be to replace a good bit of the hanger bays (The vessels are stated to be capable of carrying thousands, which I'd place at something like 4k-2k, give or take) with shield generators, secondary hyperdrives, tertiary hyperdrives, etc, giving the vessel effectively a capacity for secondary shielding in much the same way as a Mon Calamari Star Cruiser as well as a rapid ability for deployment. Outer hull would be modified for external missile launchers which would, outside of drone-aided reload, not be reloadable, much in the same way as the modified sleeper ship in The Expanse. Outer hull would also have modified sections for the launch and recovery of "Gravity Mines", effectively independent, droid-controlled gravity well generators with the gravity well, a power plant, and maneuvering thrusters controlled by that same droid in order to form gravity wells within the battlespace itself. Portions of the turbolaser and ion cannon armament would be sacrificed in order to mount four Hypervelocity guns (The type one used in Empire At War) in two turrets. Also gonna mount PDCs. A lotta PDCs. Might as well make a WW2 USS-Texas impersonation while I'm at it.

Probably will give her a nice little compliment of X-Wings and K-Wings to boot. Maybe Skipray Blastboats, the GAT-12s.

The fleet composition following that would be something like two-five MC-80b Star Cruisers and Coronas.

That sounds...

Beautiful.

I too was thinking about replacing half my armament with CIWS and radar-guided missiles to force the New Republic into a new naval doctrine.

When you play at least five games perfecting exactly how to screw-up the entirety of Star Wars naval doctrine and philosophy through the application of common sense and technologies available, it's neat right? Thanks. I haven't even gotten into the missile technology I'm going to be using...

I have plans. Plans and slight murder.

I see that you are a man of logic and reason. Would burying the command deck inside the ship and using extensive automation to cut down on the ludicrous crew requirements among them?

On the Executor class? Sure. But I'm not doing the latter because at that level of droid system you have so many holes in intelligence and the like that it's not even worth it. Besides, we have wnoigh people for the manning requirements.

Oh jesus that's a bit far back. A lot was the Rebellion Rising and it's reboot, Risen Rebellion as well as a few of Revlona's games. Hard to specify that sorta thing. Krast's Exultation is a great example of what I can do. In my signature I've got some examples of that stuff.

It's all good. I'd rather a great IC in April than a good IC violently slapped on tonight.

Agreed. Looking forward to it though!

Force Sensitive: Yes
Faction Alignment: New Republic
Occupation: Admiral, Republic Navy
Personality:
Skills/Abilities:
Personal Assets:
Fleet Assets:
    Name: Cradle of Opportunity
Class: Rogue-Class Star Dreadnought (Modified Executor-Class)
    Length: 19,000 m
    Crew: 300,000
    Modifications:
    • Addition of Multiple Hyperdrives (ARef1)
    • "Stealth" Hyperdrive (ARef2)
    • Externally Mounted "Gravity Well Mines" (ARef3)
    • Structural Modifications (ARef4)
    Armament:
    • 4x HvS-2 Hypervelocity
    • 1,000x Octuple Barbette Turbolaser batteries
    • 1,500x Heavy Ion batteries
    • 100x Quad Repeater batteries (BRef1)
    • 300x Flak Gun batteries (BRef2)
    • 8,000 Plate Gun batteries (BRef3)
    • 40x Superheavy Missile Launchers (BRef4)
    • 500x Assault Concussion Launchers
    Compliment:
    • 70x T-70 X-Wing Squadrons (560 total)
    • 30x K-Wing Squadrons (360 total)

(Extremely slow hyperdrive designed to keep as close to the vessel's previous position as possible while keeping in the hyperspace dimension. Think a Class 300, if not slower
(Gravity Well Generator attached to a droid brain, power generator, and maneuvering thrusters)
      Bridge. Weapons

Designed to overall boost the effectiveness of fighter and bomber forces while embarked by destroying enemy corvettes and other light anti-fighter vessels, the Quad Repeater is designed around the idea of four light turbolasers in a rotating mount which thereby cycle their fire in order to keep a continuous level of firepower on an enemy target. This firepower is improved by placing four of these mounts in a traversable, trainable turret. It should be noted that these weapons have limited success in anti-fighter operations as well, as normally only two or three hits from the weapon is all that is required for destroying an enemy bomber. Due to the speed of the shot and distance travelled, which normally allows for the enemy to perform evasive manoeuvres, it is recommended that the weapon is fired while the enemy is attempting their final approach.
(Think Battle of Coruscant flak batteries for long range anti-fighter)
(Name WIP. Think a ball joint light repeating cannon mounted on four angled pylons, allowing for a cone of fire. Short range anti-fighter. Think .50 cal M2 or 20mm Oerlikion)
(4 A-Wing engines, associated power and fuel systems, connected to an Episode 2 Sonic Charge from Geonosis on a gyroscope followed by a directed ion blast. Ion blast limits shield interference while the sonic charge, now oriented properly thanks to the gyroscope, detonates to potentially cut a vessel in half. Externally mounted on nonreloadable tubes)

    Bio:
Born 40 years prior to the outbreak of the Clone Wars into what can best be described as Coruscanti Nobility, Kily’s family was by no means extensively rich. Landowning on a planet with no free land, however, was an occupation that could never be called poor. They owned a light shipyard, or rather the land it was on, and above and below it. This included, subsequently, three apartment complexes, a bordello, one nursery, and at minimum five Spice dens at any one time which no one really could or did keep track of. Her family had married with another, the Hastoys, sometime prior to the Mandalorian Wars and while for some genetic purity was a high item there were always just enough who could give less of a toss about the purity. Kily, for her part, was born to the latter and as such had no blessedly crooked limbs.

From a young age she was pushed towards the delicate matters of etiquette, dining, and hosting for whatever galas they might be hosting. A sane person might think it’d be a waste to dedicate a person to the hosting of galas, but unfortunately they were not entirely sane or rather they weren’t reasonable people. Wealth and time does that. Of course the basics were given, general mathematics, High Galactic, science, and a rose-tinted view of history, but these were never focused on in any considerable way, never really delved into. Despite what little she was given Kily would find interest in most of those subjects not focused on, interest in the math, the words, the past. The tutors were driven on, on and on to topics far in advance of their expectations to teach. For their part, her parents kept aside, though whether this is by respect or ignorance Kily never really was sure. The family at large never really connected on an emotional level, not to a high degree, not to the point of the talks and discussions one might usually find. Her brother, however, became a close friend due to the various adventures held between them in youth.

Kily would receive a stipend allowance, enough to buy clothes and baubles for various occasions. She would never use the money for its intent, instead siphoning it away into first a savings account for use on a poor day and then to stocks. Even from a young age Kily disliked the extravagance and gaudiness and as such looked towards other facets in life. While spending it on trivialities was one thing, making it for necessities was another and the stocks were easily accessible. Hiring a young man she met at a gala, one who held little interest in marriage or even casual relationships, he would be the personal hand to buy, sell, and otherwise manage. Kily was just fourteen.

As she grew older the idea that everyone was an idiot came more and more naturally to Kily. It was so obvious to her that they would be wrong, that she would be right. That enraged her so, so much, filled her up with hate when they patted her on the head with that patient little smile, told her it would be alright. It started with the little things, the minor annoyances in a day-to-day life which never could change much in an important way. Then they might bring up relationships, who they saw at the gala last week making eyes at who, at her, possibilities, possibilities. Their insistences always drew Kily pain, tugs on a course she didn’t want to follow though her responses always stayed the same. He has a lazy eye. He’s bowlegged. He smells foul. He is an idiot. Eventually the disclaimer of ‘hard to please’ would feel to be floating above her head.

This, sadly enough, would only drive the shy away and the rambunctious on, the latter seeing it more and more as a challenge to face, a mountain to climb. Her attitude turned as sour as an Akk Dogs’, refusing often to speak with those who had that glint in their eye. Kily would leave the dances early, often refuse the offer to a slow waltz, stay at home more and more. Her parents pushed back, intent on finding a good match the only way they knew how. Her temper would flare and a painting would fall, a door slam, something of the sort. Concerned, with discretion a doctor was called forth to look into the matter. A brief check would show her to be Force-Sensitive, latent enough to be taken away by the Jedi Order. The doctor paid extra, the parents had an argument over whether or not it was acceptable to have a Jedi in the family. At least, there was an argument until the realization that she was too old, that they would take her and she would never be seen again. They were afraid. Kily was afraid, too. They swallowed their courage, decided that keeping her away would be best for all concerned. Concessions were made between them, with her parents no longer forcing the galas and Kily trying to focus on her self-control via meditation.

This wouldn’t be enough, however, as the bouts grew worse and worse. She would be sent-away, away to the Altis Sect of the Jedi for her self-control. They would accept her at age sixteen, training her to not destroy that about her despite her age. They were far less constricting than others, less controlling about the emotions they wished to somewhat harness and bring under command. Kily had little interest in the dedication of her life to the sect, however, and left as soon as it was considered that she would be no danger to others. The temple ship was a far more different life compared to the house back home, far more Spartan, and as such she found worth in the emotional connections to objects instead of the material connections. It could be considered a freeing experience by many, though on her return she could say nothing of it. It was a little secret, kept away with the braid and robes and lightsabers. Others gave notice to her meditations more frequent than before, but they could only attribute such a thing to a fad from a vacation. Fear of discovery lead to a lack of actual use, however, and thus was the sensitivity kept chained away.

And yet, on her return, her parents would start to think that it would be alright for Kily to go to the dances again. They gently tried to push her back there, redeveloping that little war of wills between them. She would lock herself in her room, meditating away, playing her songs and music and anything really to forget the fact that she was, indeed, just locking herself in her room. Kily found that her room, however, was no place to spend one’s existence, that it wasn’t a plan at all to become a hermit in a home. Her brief and sporadic searching drew nothing however, and the young noblewoman took the other action. She joined the military, the fast and dirty manner of exit with the Naval Academy. It was hard, but orderly enough that Kily found it freeing. There was no push to the dances, to social events, to meeting others. All there was were orders, reasonable orders most of the time but orders. She would graduate on time, not the highest marked student but by no means the worst.

The first command would be a quiet one, a starfighter tender on the Outer Rim which was on loan from the Coruscant Defence Fleet to those outer regions. A measure of peace, that’s what the diplomats said.. It was by no means exciting, just a simple job. Kily would spend her free time reading, endlessly reading. That is to say, it was spent before a pirate group started operations in the area. They would attempt to engage the tender while it was in low Bespin orbit, deploying it’s Tibanna scoops to refuel. Under Kily’s orders, all the Tibanna stores were vented and the tender made all haste to escape orbit, pot-shots fired aft. As the pirates moved through and around the concentrated Tibanna gas cloud, the gas detonated from a stray shot in a massed explosion. The pirates, damaged heavily if not destroyed outright, would exit the engagement rapidly, wishing to find easier and more profitable prey and to repair their own craft. Such was the extent of her battle career in the Coruscant Defence Fleet

Peacetime footing meant for slow advancement and, over the years, Kily would come into the command of a Dreadnought-Class Heavy Cruiser, the Squall. As a newly-minted Admiral, a rank that truly meant nothing except maybe the buzz one created at a social event by mere arrival, she found the vessel to be in remarkably poor condition. It really served as a slow façade, half of her requiring some form of maintenance or another. It was depressing, though over the years the admiral would work to ensure that it would be repaired. This would go slow, however, due to again the same peacetime footing. The Naboo Crisis, as it grew to immediate proportions, would drive her on faster. The threats were one thing, but the blockade and multiple assassination attempts was quite another in Kily’s opinion. The Trade Federation was getting uppity, they said. People at home were concerned, too; the Trade Feds supplied too much to start getting uppity, especially for such a manufactured reason as the Neimodians waved. Even as political upheaval found the Galactic Senate, as the parents heard of courageous Gungans, the Squall was in dockyards, the last of the repairs underway. Kily smelled a war, knew the ship had to be ready.

Then Geonosis struck and it all changed. The Grand Army of the Republic, thousands of clone soldiers, generals, and commandoes landed in the middle of a battle to rescue a Jedi strike team, really the bulk of the senior Jedi order, from droid forces. The news spread like wildfire, news that they had an army, a fleet, both ready and willing to go on the offensive. The Coruscant Defence Fleet was dissolved, its ships shuffled into the Republic Navy, and suddenly Admiral Imme was Captain Imme. It was no massive blow, the loss of a meaningless title in exchange for something with purpose not a pain and, for once, it was something she could fight for. In some ways the status quo had aided her and, as far as she was concerned, the societal reformations required to halt corruption were things internal reformation could and should solve. Peace was a lie, however, and there was only war.

Her first patrols would be with no battle fleet, no breaking of Confederacy blockades, but would instead be the movements against commerce raiders in the Outer Rim. The cruiser, along with a squadron of Clockshape fighters, engaged the enemy with a will. They found corvettes and frigates for the first while, converted freighters and other civilian vessels. It was good, the sort of work they could excel at. Then, sadly enough, the Confederate Navy must have thought the Squall was a part of a larger fleet because the vessel began to meet squadrons of five Recursant-Class warships, of Munificent-Classes on combat patrols, things of a heavier nature. The ship and crew became adapt at electronic warfare, the best counter-balance to droid enemies. Throughout the war they plied the Outer Rim, rarely if ever engaging with friendly forces, the Squall never carrying an emissary, a Jedi general, not once. As wetworkers in a war they embraced the idea.

When the last Separatist push came to Coruscant, their last mass effort, the Squall would be stationed in high orbit on one of the skyhooks. Rapidly detaching, the Dreadnought-Class would weather heavy fire, losing a good portion of the armament in the first few enemy salvos as her shields were breached. A brief withdrawal later and the cruiser would return to the engagement, closing the distance at a vertical angle. Raking fire and a loss of the fire control system would lead to Capt. Imme ordering a brace action and flanking speed. They would cut the shieldless Lucrehulk-Class’s neck in two with a ram, secondary explosions destroying the enemy command vessel and leaving the Squall adrift and without primary drive. The rest of the battle would consist of damage control and the engineers restoring power. She would go into drydock immediately after, the hull breaches extensive to the point where it couldn’t be rightly stated that she had a forward hull. It would be from this viewpoint that Kily would watch Order 66 and indeed the end of the war unfold, a galaxy changed before her very eyes, a navy changed, a government changed. A Galactic Empire emerged and with it a new breed of naval thought and officer. Due to her actions in the Clone Wars, Kily would be both promoted and gifted.

As, once against, a new-found Admiral she would be assigned to the ISD-Catalyst, a Secutor-Class Star Destroyer brand-spanking-new off the shipyards. With this vessel, she would participate in the Five Veils Campaign and others to engage CIS holdouts. Muunlist was one particularly strong and annoying place, one that required far too many airstrikes for what was exactly there. And yet, it was urban enough to require such a thing. Kily’s service following that point would be rather quiet while at work, her time on the home front far harsher. Remains of the Battle of Coruscant had fallen onto the planet below, killing so, so many and the landings while followed in the midst of the chaos aided nothing. Many people had died and among those would be found her family. She would take leave following the campaigns, attending the mass funerals, the speeches, the marches. The ascension to Voy Au Aum, patron of the house and family, was a quiet and sober one, one without the ceremony and joy that might otherwise have followed it. It was only attended by twenty, twenty who had escaped the death by living on Corellia or by evacuating immediately.

In 14 ABY, Adm. Imme would retire from the Imperial Navy after only four years of honest service. Her time in, however, had led to a collection of ideas, potential designs a field captain would think of. As the Empire expanded further and further, as the bureaucracy became more tangled, Imme would join one of the newly made organizations, The Bureau of Naval Technology and Development. Despite her efforts and the supposed goal of the office, The Tarkin Doctrine even in it’s infancy under Emperor Palpatine would prove too strong for her, supported and designed as it was. Not a shred of independent power was actually granted to her and the only result was a very frustrated lady. Imme would leave after just a year in the bureau.

Hiya. I noticed that, in spite of the fact that I was told I was accepted, my character wasn't added to the Accepted list. Is it just a logistical issue, or do I need to make some edits?

That brief moment when I have no idea who that is and can't access the wikis.

By the way, rest of the bio, the personality, and the physical appearance have been written up. On paper. I still need to transfer that stuff over (which is soul draining to be honest) and hope that I don't breach the word count for single posts.

    Wish me luck.
