Same. I'm only 7 weeks into my story. I am really pushing his character narrative. I'm going to have to startt playing the ground work for his 3 year progression.

( Optional ) Picture:

Prior Profession: Information Technology Programmer
Level of education: Master's Degree On Information Technology, Probably some other degree things which i don't know how to translate to English, but they're essentially all about Software Development and that kind of stuff (You know, Programming, Databanks, that kind of thing)
Physique description: Felipe De Eleur has a rather athletic build. He is no body-builder, but it can be clearly noticed that he possesses natural strength.

-Old Warfare Knowledge (Pre-Cold War)
-Horsemanship
National Origin: Brazil
What were you doing prior to falling asleep and awakening in the past?: Browsing The Internet
Description of personality: Philipp Von Eleur's personality is an odd one. At first sight, he might appear to be an rather calm, calculative person. Yet, those who are closer to him can't deny that he possesses an weird form of "charisma", if it could be called that.
Where in the world are you landing?: Sarmatia, East Of The Dnieper

Autobiography/Biography: Felipe De Schaffensburgo was born in Brazil, in the southern state of Parana. Like many others from the region, he was an descendant of the Old Germanic people who immigrated to Brazil in the 19th century. His family was, with not much of a surprise, of rural origins, living in the countryside, working their farm and livestock. During his childhood, Felipe learned many skills which would be, albeit unknown to him, very useful in his later life. Working with his family in the farm, or even with the livestock, he quickly showed himself to be an smart, active child. Apart from what he would learn at the school, Felipe would always read as much as he could, rapidly turning into a book worm.
After seeing he had the potential for a better future, Felipe's Parents decided to move to an urban city, as to allow him to more easily go to an better school. They sold their small patch of land and their livestock, and to a new life they went. From there on, the life of the German-Brazilian was not too out of the ordinary. He continued to frequent school, eventually being able to get into an university, and graduating in the area he wished. He managed to get a very well-paying job, working for the many international corporations that took home in the city he lived. It seemed as if life for Felipe De Schaffensburgo would be pleasant and calm. Yet, fate had other plans for him. The gears of destiny began their work...

( Optional on down)
What are your intentions for this RP, what's the long term goal?: To become an emperor, of course.
What people or places are you taking inspiration from?: None, really.
Why did you chose to land where you did?:Because Sarmatians And Scythians are Cool.
What vibe should we get from your civilization and it's culture?: Cavalry Spam.
What are your character's motivations?: Seeing he's trapped in this world, why not become someone important as well.
Theme Song?:I will find one.
What do you wanna see in this RP? What would make it better?:

You are an expert in what period of warfare? Pre-cold war covers most of human history. And what era of history are you an expert in?

Again - EXPERT

Well, it depends on what you mean by Expert.

Do you mean that you need to have a literal degree on it, or just highly knowledgeable?

Like i said, i've always been a history buff. I'd like to believe that my knowledge is enough to count as "expert", because i've always liked reading about history.

Sorry to the folks who don't enjoy post-vomiting; just getting some ideas and exposition out of the way ahead of the timeskip.

Well, i would say all, but that might be a bit too vain and, i can't be 100% sure, so i'll just say "most", at least for what counts. For example, i'm not going to know detail by detail about the history of the Central African Republic.

I wouldn't sweat it. Plenty of time for things in the future, what with this flexible timescale and all.

Rapid timeskip to 1.5 years. Sorry. May do another to 2 if I feel it's needed. I just want to make the story to her rise in the community known as a little more... gradual. Should we say. Prep for timeskip.

Do you truly have the knowledge equivalent of a Baccalaureate in History for each time period or do you have the usual NS WikiWarrior level of knowledge? And I am not disparaging you, I myself am an unrepentant WikiWarrior when it comes to history.

Right now we're working at a solid 75-25 old-new material ratio. Past G-Tech had some weird constructions in his posts, and didn't elaborate many places he needed to :P

Tut tut. These damned Internet Posting Corporations make impressive environmental claims and then begin to slack after just a few posts.

Sometimes you need to burn a few thermosetting plastics to build a new rainforest. This is the way of the world.

Neither of the ways I know how to make soap without modern ingredients are particularly...pleasant. But the potential of soap is so great!

Well, i mean, i don't know about a Baccalaureate, because i didn't do one of those in history, so i'd say probably WikiWarrior? Still, i'd say i know a lot. But still, it says there Usefull skills. If it's just a usefull skill, then you don't need an goddamn degree on it. I don't need an master's degree on culinary to know how to make rice. I know that boiling water will help get it better for consume. Does that count as a useful skill, or do i need an degree in chemistry? This is why i feel like the app isn't being clear enough. It says useful skills, but apparently you have to be an complete, 100% knowledgeable master with a postdoctorate degree to it count as one? I feel like i'm a bit lost here. What does expert qualify as? Just someone who knows about it to an extent that they actually know what they are doing?

From personal experience lye water is very caustic.

Also the soap will probably burn a teensy bit but it will work.
