Roleplay Mechanics
The game will have turns on a per month basis. Each turn consists of two active phases, reconnaissance and deployment, and a result phase.
The main capital in this game is resources, which can be earned by killing terrorists. The players earn resources in the result phase and divide it among themselves at the beginning of each turn.
In Reconnaissance turns, the espionage players can infiltrate districts and use resources such as radar, drones, GPS, bribing locals and police involvement. At the end of Reconnaissance phase, the players, if successful, get details of enemy locations and activities.
In Deployment phase, the military players devise strategies and attack terrorists using units. They must describe the actions of their units. Units consume resources each turn and they are weak without additional investment, such as training, personal weapons, tanks, artillery and transport. This however consumes resources.
